Abstract

运动鞋
本发明涉及具有高跟部的运动鞋的改进。
鞋一般包括一底部、一内底和一上部。底部包括一鞋底部和一鞋跟部。在本说明书中，上部意指包围穿鞋者脚的后跟侧和脚背的部位，而包围后跟侧的部分被称作侧榜。已知一种运动鞋，其鞋底(即鞋底部和后跟部)是整体的，而鞋底部仅高于或厚于足尖部。这类鞋的内底是平的。侧榜的后跟部通过衬以鞋料而增厚，以保持其形状。这里所称的运动鞋包括各种鞋，诸如散步鞋、赛跑鞋、平底鞋、锻炼鞋、网球鞋、蓝球鞋、帆布胶底鞋和类同物。
然而，上述公知的运动鞋明显地显示出后跟部是增高的，看上去并不整洁和漂亮。此外，后跟部和鞋底被制成一体，从而只有单个鞋垫件，它导致缺少柔软性。而且，这类运动鞋的内底面和侧榜并不适合穿鞋者脚底和侧面(包括脚后跟)。结果，这种鞋易从穿鞋者的脚上滑脱。
因此，本发明的目的是提供解决了存在于所述公知运动鞋中的问题的鞋，制造出来的鞋的鞋跟并不显露后跟升高或增高。
为了达到该目的，本发明提供一种运动鞋，包括一个具有一鞋底及一个设在该鞋底上的内底的鞋体，在所述的鞋体内，内底的后跟部较其足尖部为厚，其特征在于：
所述的鞋底及内底各自在后跟部具有足够的厚度，用来组成双鞋垫；
该鞋体的侧帮从所述的其上设有内底的鞋底的上边缘向上延伸，使内底的后跟部不显露地升高，并使穿鞋者的脚跟由于该内底后跟部的厚度而所处的水平比外面所显示的位于鞋底的上边缘水平的要高；
所述的位于内底底面的后跟部设有两个或以上的槽，以及
所述的运动鞋还包括一个设于侧帮后跟部上面、用来盖住穿鞋者踝部后侧区域的侧边适配件。
本发明的鞋跟是按上述制造的，因此，它们并不显露后跟升高或增高。由于在鞋体内增加内底，该鞋便具有两个鞋垫件，即鞋底和设置在鞋底上的内底。由于设置侧边适配件和鞋底适配件，该鞋便舒适温暖地贴合于穿鞋者足侧和足底。

图1是本发明运动鞋的剖视图。一内底3，其后跟部厚或高于足尖端，叠置在鞋体2内的鞋底1的上表面，鞋底1具有适当的厚度。
鞋底1由聚氨酯橡胶制成。在图1中，后跟部1a厚度为2.5-3厘米，而足部1a较足尖部1b厚或高，然而，本发明的鞋并不受限于此。鞋底自后跟端到足尖端可以是厚度均匀的。
鞋体2在其侧帮2a的后跟上部有一侧边适配件4，如图1和2所示。该侧边适配件4由海棉橡胶或类同物制成，以便赋以充分的弹性垫作用。
内底3由聚氨酯橡胶或类同物制成。在图1中，内底3的后跟部3a厚度为2.5-3厘米，而脚尖部3b的厚度为0.5～1.0厘米。内底3有一脚底适配件5，在其后跟侧为空心曲面形。此外，如图3中所示，在内底3的底侧，在其后跟部3a设置若干条细长的平行槽6。设置这些槽是为了防止后跟部3a扭曲。
当穿着如上制造的本发明的运动鞋时，升高的后跟部在外观上看不出来。由于在鞋体2的鞋底1上附加了内底3，便提供了双鞋垫；鞋底1和叠置于其上的内底3。在鞋体2上设置的侧边适配件4舒适和温暖地贴合于穿鞋者的脚侧，而在内底3上设置的鞋底适配件5则很好贴合于穿鞋者的脚底。
由于本发明的适动鞋按上述制造，消除了后跟部升高的难看外表，使鞋显得比较漂亮和整洁。此外，鞋底1和内底3提供了双垫效果，因而这种鞋更柔软。由于双垫效果，在锻炼时减少了冲击，防止穿鞋者脊锥受损伤。同样由于具有侧边和鞋底适配件，这种鞋能舒适地贴合于穿鞋者的脚，他或她能舒适地穿着它们，鞋子没有滑脱的危险。

Claims (4)

1．一种运动鞋，包括一个具有一鞋底(1)及一个设在该鞋底(1)上的内底(3)的鞋体(2)，在所述的鞋体(2)内，内底(3)的后跟部较其足尖部为厚，其特征在于：
所述的鞋底(1)及内底(3)各自在后跟部具有足够的厚度，用来组成双鞋垫；
该鞋体(2)的侧帮(2a)从所述的其上设有内底(3)的鞋底(1)的上边缘向上延伸，使内底(3)的后跟部不显露地升高，并使穿鞋者的脚跟由于该内底(3)后跟部的厚度而所处的水平比外面所显示的位于鞋底(1)的上边缘水平的要高；
所述的位于内底(3)底面的后跟部设有两个或以上的槽(6)，以及
所述的运动鞋还包括一个设于侧帮(2a)后跟部上面、用来盖住穿鞋者踝部后侧区域的侧边适配件(4)。
2．如权利要求1所述的运动鞋，其特征在于：所述内底(1)的后跟部的厚度为2.5至3厘米，内底(3)的后跟部厚度为2.5至3厘米，使后跟部不显露地升高了2.5至3厘米，从而使穿鞋者显高。
3．如权利要求1所述的运动鞋，其特征在于：侧边适配件(4)是由海棉橡胶制成，并在鞋体的内侧从侧帮的顶部向下延伸至内底(3)。
4．如权利要求1所述的运动鞋，其特征在于：在内底(3)后跟部上面还设有一鞋底适配件(5)。
