The device is additionally provided with a group of winch traction high-pressure hoses, an air compressor for ventilation and a group of head sheaves on the basis of the unchanged original rotary digging mechanical device; the elevator with the ventilation limber hole, the drill rod with the ventilation limber hole and the double-layer barrel drill are replaced, the use is simple and convenient, the service life of the alloy drill bit on the barrel drill can be prolonged with the help of external strong pressure, the drilling work efficiency is increased, and the material utilization rate is increased.
