本发明涉及一种压涂式抗痕印苎麻织物面料,是在苎麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、蜡和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到苎麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。苎麻织物面料表面经涂布材料保护后,织物具有更好的抗痕印特性,提高了面料的使用品质。

技术领域
本发明属于苎麻织物面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗痕印的压涂苎麻织物面料。
背景技术
苎麻是多年生宿根性草本植物,是重要的纺织纤维作物。也称白叶苎麻。其单纤维长、强度最大,吸湿和散湿快,热传导性能好,脱胶后洁白有丝光,可以纯纺,也可和棉、丝、毛、化纤等混纺,闻名于世的浏阳夏布就是苎麻纤维的手工制品。
在各种麻类纤维中,苎麻纤维最长最细。纤维长度比最高级的棉花还要长两倍到七倍 原麻脱胶精制后,纤维外观颜色洁白,有丝样光泽。苎麻纤维构造中的空隙大,透气性好,传热快,吸水多而散湿快,所以穿麻织品具有凉爽感。苎麻纤维强力大而延伸度小。它的强力比棉花大七、八倍。苎麻纤维不容易受霉菌腐蚀和虫蛀,而且轻盈。不断开发苎麻织物面料的新功能是苎麻织物面料发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗痕印的压涂式苎麻织物面料。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种压涂式抗痕印苎麻织物面料,是在苎麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、蜡和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到苎麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
优选地,所述苎麻基布的组织结构采用异面组织,以便于涂层更好的涂布以及面料后期的固化平衡,延长使用寿命。
优选地,异面组织包括选1/2斜纹、1/3斜纹、破斜纹、1/4斜纹或者五枚缎纹组织结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种压涂式的抗痕印苎麻织物面料,经过压涂涂层保护后,使苎麻织物面料具有更好的抗痕印性能,提高了苎麻织物面料的使用品质。

实施例1
抗痕印苎麻织物面料,是在苎麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、蜡和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到苎麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中的苎麻基布的组织结构为1/2斜纹组织结构。
本实施例所得苎麻织物面料具有很好的抗痕印特性。
实施例2
抗痕印苎麻织物面料,是在苎麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、蜡和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到苎麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于130℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中苎麻基布的组织结构为破斜纹组织结构。
本实施例所得苎麻织物面料具有很好的抗痕印特性。

抗痕印苎麻织物面料,是在苎麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、蜡和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到苎麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中苎麻基布的组织结构为五枚缎纹组织结构。
本实施例所得苎麻织物面料具有很好的抗痕印特性。

1.一种压涂式抗痕印苎麻织物面料,其特征在于:是在苎麻基布的外表面采用压涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、蜡和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用压涂的方式施加到苎麻基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压涂式抗痕印苎麻织物面料,其特征在于:所述苎麻基布的组织结构采用异面组织。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压涂式抗痕印苎麻织物面料,其特征在于:所述异面组织包括选1/2斜纹、1/3斜纹、破斜纹、1/4斜纹或者五枚缎纹组织结构。
