Abstract

本发明涉及散热涂料技术领域,尤其是一种LED灯饰用水性涂料,将以下各组分放入高速分散机中超分散,即可得LED灯饰用水性涂料,其中35‑65%水性丙烯酸树脂40‑55;水性氨基树脂15‑30;环氧树脂3‑5;流平剂0.5‑0.8;碳纳米管0.5‑1;附着力促进剂0.5‑3;润湿剂4‑6;云母1‑2;水余量。本发明的一种LED灯饰用水性涂料中,控制云母与碳纳米管的质量比为2:1,在此比例下,可以使涂料的散热效果达到最优;使散热器在同样负载下温度下降4~10度,或者在温升相同的情况下负载能力提高20‑30%左右。

技术领域
本发明涉及散热涂料制备技术领域,尤其是一种LED灯饰用水性涂料。
背景技术
众所周知热量传递有三种基本方式:热传导(导热)、热对流、热辐射。与传统光源相比,LED灯具的显著优点是节能环保、体积小、结构紧凑、方便嵌入各种灯具。LED灯具的散热技术一直是灯具使用寿命长短的决定因素。若灯具的散热效率设计较高,不但可以减少LED灯具的光衰,保护灯珠,延长LED的使用寿命,还可以减轻灯具的重量,拓展其应用范围。
LED散热涂料是一种可涂布LED灯饰外表面以提高散热效果的节能涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED灯饰用水性涂料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种LED灯饰用水性涂料,各组分按质量百分比计为:
其中,水性丙烯酸树为三木化工EA1620和WTB5124的混合物,其重量比为1:0.5-2。
具体地,所述水性氨基树脂为乙二醇改性氨基树脂。
其中乙二醇改性氨基树脂的方法可以为:将甲醛溶液调节pH>9,加热至 60℃,然后加入三聚氰胺,保持pH,回流搅拌缓缓加热,然后加入适量的乙二醇,在90℃的条件下反应5小时,最后在80℃条件下旋蒸2小时,冷却后得乙二醇改性氨基树脂。
具体地,所述碳纳米管直径为20nm-30nm,长度为200nm-500nm,
具体地,所述水性流平剂为离子型丙烯酸酯溶液或聚醚改性有机硅。可以选择BYK-381。
具体地,所述云母与碳纳米管的质量比为2:1。在此比例下,可以使涂料的散热效果达到最优。
具体地,所述附着力促进剂为改性环氧磷酸酯。可以选择励欧化工 NEO-8980,可以较大幅度的提升材料的附着力。
具体地,所述水性润湿剂为多官能基的烷醇胺或共聚体。可以选择 DISPERBYK-181。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的一种LED灯饰用水性涂料是一种以水为稀释剂的水性材料,由于所用的水性丙烯酸树脂液同时含有羟基和羧基,既可以起到亲水作用,又能起到固化作用,只需要中和就可以得到储存稳定性好的水溶液。
(2)通过调配氨基树脂的使用量,可以调节涂膜的硬高、柔韧性、耐水性、耐溶剂和附着力等性能,可以适用不同用户要求;
(3)本发明的一种LED灯饰用水性涂料中的水性氨基树脂优选为乙二醇改性氨基树脂,进一步增加了体系的相容性,并有效增加了漆膜的韧性以及体系的附着力;
(4)本发明的一种LED灯饰用水性涂料中,控制云母与碳纳米管的质量比为2:1,在此比例下,可以使涂料的散热效果达到最优。
(5)本发明的一种LED灯饰用水性涂料,使散热器在同样负载下温度下降4~10度,或者在温升相同的情况下负载能力提高20-30%左右。
