Abstract

本发明涉及一种低热封温度包装膜,由热封层和芯层组成,所述芯层为BOPP薄膜,所述热封层为聚烯烃树脂,所述聚烯烃树脂的熔点为100‑130℃。本发明的包装膜具有较低的热封温度和较高的热封强度,热封温度可控制在100‑130℃,热封强度可达到9N,剥离力可达到0.8N,适合用作冷饮包装膜、方便面包装膜、饼干包装膜、薯片包装膜、茶叶包装膜、饮料包装膜、医药产品包装膜、化妆品包装膜等。

Description

一种低热封温度的包装膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装膜,尤其是一种基材为BOPP薄膜的低热封温度装膜。
背景技术
普通BOPP薄膜不具有热封性能,可热封的包装膜需要将BOPP薄膜与热封层复合制成,一般为A/B型复合膜,其中A代表热封层,B代表芯层,热封层厚度控制在1μm左右。在热封合时,包装膜被加热到热封温度以上,热封层受热成为黏流态,并借助一定的热封压力使处于黏流态热封层界面分子链相互渗透、扩散,使两层膜界面融合为整体,具有一定的强度和热封性。作为BOPP薄膜热封层的原料需要满足以下性能:1)热封层的热封温度明显低于BOPP基材的热封温度;2)较高热封强度、热粘强度;3)透明度与基材BOPP相同或更高;4)适应高速自动化生产。通常采用的热封层原料一般为乙丙二元共聚物、乙丙丁三元共聚物,BOPP薄膜的热封强度与热封层原料、热封层厚度有关,对于厚度为22μm标准配方薄膜,热封层原料选择乙丙二元共聚物,热封层与芯层厚度为0.8μm/20.4μrn/0.8μm和1.5μm/19μm/1.5μm两种,在不同的热封温度下测定它们的热封强度,发现在一定热封范围内,薄膜的热封强度随着热封层厚度的增加而增大。因此,在实际生产中,应根据使用需要来控制薄膜的热封层厚度,一般情况下,22μm的薄膜热封层厚度为0.8~1.2μm。用于热封的聚丙烯树脂必须具有较低的热封温度和较高的熔点,这是高速热封材料发展的一个趋势。
目前,现有技术一般采用BOPP复合无规共聚聚丙烯得到可热封的包装膜,而无规共聚聚丙烯的熔点在140℃左右,热封温度较高,热封强度一般,影响包装膜的性能和使用体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术热封温度高、热封强度低等的不足,提供一种低热封温度的包装膜,其具有较低的热封温度和较高的热封强度,可用作冷饮包装膜、方便面包装膜、饼干包装膜、薯片包装膜、茶叶包装膜、饮料包装膜、医药产品包装膜、化妆品包装膜等。
技术方案
一种低热封温度的包装膜,由热封层和芯层组成,所述芯层为BOPP薄膜,所述热封层为聚烯烃树脂,所述聚烯烃树脂的熔点为100-130℃。
进一步,所述聚烯烃树脂选自三元共聚聚丙烯(PP)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)或烯烃嵌段共聚物(OBCs)中的一种;三元共聚聚丙烯的熔点低于130℃,熔融指数为15-30g/10min;低密度聚乙烯的熔点低于110℃,熔融指数为5-10g/10min;烯烃嵌段共聚物的熔点为100-110℃,熔融指数为10-20g/10min。
进一步,所述热封层的厚度为0.8-1.2μm。
上述低热封温度的包装膜的制备方法:将聚烯烃树脂通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,然后通过T型模头淋到BOPP薄膜上,在60-100℃的温度下进行热压,即得低热封温度的包装膜。
进一步,双螺杆挤出机的温度为:一区140-190℃,二区170-240℃,三区190-250℃,四区190-250℃,五区190-260℃,六区200-270℃,七区190-260℃,八区190-250℃。
进一步,T型模头温度为140-260℃。
有益效果:本发明的包装膜具有较低的热封温度和较高的热封强度,热封温度可控制在100-130℃,热封强度可达到9N,剥离力可达到0.8N,适合用作冷饮包装膜、方便面包装膜、饼干包装膜、薯片包装膜、茶叶包装膜、饮料包装膜、医药产品包装膜、化妆品包装膜等。
具体实施方式
实施例1
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯树脂FS5612(新加坡TPC公司产)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,在65℃的温度下以4Kg/cm2的压力进行热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:180℃、230℃、240℃、250℃、260℃、260℃、260℃、250℃,T型模头温度为250℃。
本实施例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为132.2℃,热封强度为6.3N,撕裂强度为0.3N。
实施例2
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯树脂FS5611L(新加坡TPC公司产)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,在75℃的温度下以4Kg/cm2的压力进行热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:180℃、230℃、240℃、250℃、260℃、260℃、260℃、250℃,T型模头温度为250℃。
本实施例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为131.9℃,热封强度为5.9N,撕裂强度为0.3N。
实施例3
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯树脂740T(湖南化学公司)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,在80℃的温度下以4Kg/cm2的压力进行热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:190℃、240℃、250℃、250℃、260℃、270℃、260℃、250℃,T型模头温度为250℃。
本实施例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为129.2℃,热封强度为6.2N,撕裂强度为0.4N。
实施例4
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将低密度聚乙烯树脂1C7A(燕山石化公司)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,在90℃的温度下以4Kg/cm2的压力进行热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:140℃、180℃、200℃、200℃、200℃、210℃、200℃、200℃,T型模头温度为200℃。
本实施例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为105.3℃,热封强度为8.6N,撕裂强度为0.8N。
实施例5
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将低密度聚乙烯树脂XL600(韩国乐天化学)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,在100℃的温度下以4Kg/cm2的压力进行热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:140℃、180℃、200℃、200℃、200℃、210℃、200℃、200℃,T型模头温度为200℃。
本实施例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为105.0℃,热封强度为9.0N,撕裂强度为0.8N。
实施例6
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将烯烃嵌段共聚物INFUSETM 9817(陶氏化学公司)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,在95℃的温度下以4Kg/cm2的压力进行热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:140℃、170℃、190℃、190℃、190℃、200℃、190℃、190℃,T型模头温度为190℃。
本实施例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为102.8℃,热封强度为8.7N,撕裂强度为0.7N。
实施例7
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将烯烃嵌段共聚物INFUSETM 9807(陶氏化学公司)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,在80℃的温度下以4Kg/cm2的压力进行热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:140℃、170℃、190℃、190℃、190℃、200℃、190℃、190℃,T型模头温度为190℃。
本实施例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为102.5℃,热封强度为8.6N,撕裂强度为0.7N。
对比例1
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将聚丙烯树脂9413L(新加坡TPC公司)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:200℃、250℃、265℃、275℃、280℃、285℃、285℃、275℃,T型模头温度为275℃。
对比例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为140.7℃,热封强度为6.6N,撕裂强度为0.4N。
对比例2
以BOPP薄膜为基材,将普通聚丙烯树脂670M(湖南石化公司)通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,再通过T型模头淋在BOPP薄膜上,热压,即得包装膜。其中,双螺杆挤出机一至八温度为:200℃、250℃、265℃、275℃、280℃、285℃、285℃、275℃,T型模头温度为275℃。
对比例得到的包装膜裁取15mm进行热封性能测试,其热封温度为143.9℃,热封强度为6.3N,撕裂强度为0.4N。

Claims (9)

1.一种低热封温度的包装膜,其特征在于,由热封层和芯层组成,所述芯层为BOPP薄膜,所述热封层为聚烯烃树脂,所述聚烯烃树脂的熔点为100-130℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的低热封温度的包装膜,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃树脂选自三元共聚聚丙烯、低密度聚乙烯或烯烃嵌段共聚物中的一种。
3.如权利要求2所述的低热封温度的包装膜,其特征在于,所述三元共聚聚丙烯的熔点低于130℃,熔融指数为15-30g/10min。
4.如权利要求2所述的低热封温度的包装膜,其特征在于,所述低密度聚乙烯的熔点低于110℃,熔融指数为5-10g/10min。
5.如权利要求2所述的低热封温度的包装膜,其特征在于,所述烯烃嵌段共聚物的熔点为100-110℃,熔融指数为10-20g/10min.
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的低热封温度的包装膜,其特征在于,所述热封层的厚度为0.8-1.2μm。
7.权利要求1至6任一项所述低热封温度的包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚烯烃树脂通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,然后通过T型模头淋到BOPP薄膜上,在60-100℃的温度下进行热压,即得低热封温度的包装膜。
8.如权利要求7所述的低热封温度的包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,双螺杆挤出机的温度为:一区140-190℃,二区170-240℃,三区190-250℃,四区190-250℃,五区190-260℃,六区200-270℃,七区190-260℃,八区190-250℃。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的低热封温度的包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,T型模头温度为140-260℃。
