Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚丙烯复合塑料,包括保护层Ⅰ、基材层、发泡层和保护层Ⅱ,基材层为彩色PP,所述保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ为原色PP,所述发泡层为PP微孔发泡。还公开了一种用上述塑料制成的塑料碗及其制备方法。本发明采用彩色基材层和原色保护层,既可以满足塑料制品对色彩美观的要求,又可保证没有着色剂等与食物接触,保证安全、健康。同时设有的PP微孔发泡层,具有优异的微波适应性,同时又有良好的隔热性能,可加工制成各种食品盛放容器。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子技术领域,具体涉及一种聚丙烯复合塑料、塑料碗及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP塑料)是继尼龙之后发展的又一优良树脂品种,它是一种高密度、无侧链、高结晶的线性聚合物,具有优良的综合性能。未着色时呈白色半透明。食用级PP就是可以直接接触食品的塑料(制品)。
现有的塑料碗一般采用食品级PP原料制成,但随着消费者对健康的重视程度日益提高,人们关注PP塑料碗本身所用的材料是否健康、卫生、安全,而且还要求塑料碗耐用,要有优越的耐冲击性,重压或撞击时不易碎裂,不会留下刮痕。
现有的塑料碗虽然采用食品级PP原料制成,可微波,但是为了美观,会使用着色剂,而且微波加热后,塑料碗很烫手,不方便拿取。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种聚丙烯复合塑料,包括保护层Ⅰ、基材层、发泡层和保护层Ⅱ,基材层为彩色PP,所述保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ为原色PP,所述发泡层为PP微孔发泡。
优选地,所述保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ还可以GFR-PP复合材料层。
一种聚丙烯复合塑料碗,包括碗底和碗壁,所述碗底和碗壁采用上述聚丙烯复合塑料制成。
优选地,所述聚丙烯复合塑料碗的保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ的厚度为0.1-0.4mm,所述发泡层的厚度为0.6-1.2mm,所述基材层的厚度为0.4-1mm。
所述聚丙烯复合塑料碗还包括保温盖,所述保温盖与碗壁接触处设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有弹性密封圈;所述碗壁上设有至少一组对称设置斜向的卡槽,所述卡槽上边均设有多个卡齿,所述保温盖上设有与卡齿相配合的对称设置的卡凸。
一种聚丙烯复合塑料碗的制备方法,采用注塑成型方法制成,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)定量加料;
(2)熔融塑化;
(3)将超临界状态的二氧化碳或氮气注入发泡层的熔融原料中;
(4)施压注射;
(5)充模冷却;
(6)起模取件。
优选地,所述施压注射的工艺参数设定如下:
本发明有益效果:
(1)采用彩色基材层和原色保护层,既可以满足塑料制品对色彩美观的要求,又可保证没有着色剂等与食物接触,保证安全、健康。
(2)设有的PP微孔发泡层,具有优异的微波适应性,同时又有良好的隔热性能,可加工制成各种食品盛放容器。
(3)设有的保温盖,可延长碗盛放食物的保温时间。
(4)设有斜向的卡槽,卡槽上边设置的多个卡齿,可根据需要调整保温盖的密封程度,还可延长保温盖的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种聚丙烯复合塑料,包括保护层Ⅰ、基材层、发泡层和保护层Ⅱ。
本实施例中基材层为彩色PP,所述保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ为食品级透明原色PP,所述发泡层为PP微孔发泡。
一种聚丙烯复合塑料碗的制备方法,采用注塑成型方法制成,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)定量加料;
(2)熔融塑化;
(3)将超临界状态的二氧化碳或氮气注入发泡层的熔融原料中;
(4)施压注射;
(5)充模冷却;
(6)起模取件。
其中,所述施压注射的工艺参数设定如下:

本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于,所述保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ为GFR-PP复合材料层。
实施例3
如图2-3所示,一种聚丙烯复合塑料碗,包括碗底和碗壁,所述碗底和碗壁采用实施例1中所述聚丙烯复合塑料制成。其中,所述聚丙烯复合塑料碗的保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ的厚度为0.1-0.4mm,所述发泡层的厚度为0.6-1.2mm,所述基材层的厚度为0.4-1mm。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1不同在于, 所述聚丙烯复合塑料碗还包括保温盖,所述保温盖与碗壁接触处设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有弹性密封圈;所述碗壁上设有至少一组对称设置斜向的卡槽,所述卡槽上边均设有多个卡齿,所述保温盖上设有与卡齿相配合的对称设置的卡凸。

Claims (7)
1.一种聚丙烯复合塑料,其特征在于,包括保护层Ⅰ、基材层、发泡层和保护层Ⅱ,基材层为彩色PP,所述保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ为原色PP,所述发泡层为PP微孔发泡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯复合塑料,其特征在于,所述保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ还可以GFR-PP复合材料层。
3.一种聚丙烯复合塑料碗,其特征在于,包括碗底和碗壁,所述碗底和碗壁采用权利要求1-2任一项所述聚丙烯复合塑料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚丙烯复合塑料碗,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯复合塑料碗的保护层Ⅰ和保护层Ⅱ的厚度为0.1-0.4mm,所述发泡层的厚度为0.6-1.2mm,所述基材层的厚度为0.4-1mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的聚丙烯复合塑料碗,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯复合塑料碗还包括保温盖,所述保温盖与碗壁接触处设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有弹性密封圈;所述碗壁上设有至少一组对称设置斜向的卡槽,所述卡槽上边均设有多个卡齿,所述保温盖上设有与卡齿相配合的对称设置的卡凸。
6.一种聚丙烯复合塑料碗的制备方法,其特征在于,采用注塑成型方法制成,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)定量加料;

(5)充模冷却;
