Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机,包括固定辊和调节辊,它还包括滤筒、提升上料输送带和水平上料输送带,滤筒安装于固定辊和调节辊的正上方,滤筒最顶端安装有进料口,滤筒内部中心设有竖直的中转轴,中转轴自上而下依次安装有螺旋切刀、精筛、加热搅拌棒和推料螺旋,加热搅拌棒和推料螺旋中间插入注液装置,注液装置与滤筒相接处保持密封,进料口一侧设有水平上料输送带,水平上料输送带一端延伸至进料口边缘,另一端连接提升上料输送带;能够粉碎过滤杂质,防止压制前粉料结团,提高产品质量的用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机。

技术领域
本发明属于催化剂生产设备领域,具体涉及一种用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机。
背景技术
对辊式压块机的工作方式:两根直径相同的轮辊之间留有一定间隙,两轮以相同转速做相反旋转,轮辊表面上有规则地排列许多形状、大小相同的穴孔,两轮辊呈水平布置,成型粉料从两轮辊上方连续均匀地加入,靠自重或强制喂料进入两轮辊之间,物料先是做自由流动,从轮辊表面的某点起失去其自由流动的性质,被轮辊咬入,随着轮辊的连续旋转,物料占有的空间逐渐减小因而逐渐被压缩,成型压力达到最大值,随后成型压力则逐渐降低。所压得的团块因弹性回复而产生尺寸增大,团块与穴孔壁的贴合受到破坏加上其本身的重量而顺利地脱落。
目前,对辊式压块机存在因进行辊压之前有杂质和结团导致进入对辊压出后,质量下降,而催化剂的配比直接影响到它之后的使用效果,故当现有技术中的对辊式压块机用于催化剂生产时,会严重影响催化剂的质量,造成不好的影响。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种能够粉碎、去除杂质,防止压制前粉料结团,提高产品质量的用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机,包括固定辊和调节辊,所述固定辊由固定转轴固定并驱动顺时针旋转,所述调节辊由转轴驱动逆时针旋转,所述转轴连接调节杆,使得调节辊在水平方向可以在合适范围内移动,它还包括滤筒、提升上料输送带和水平上料输送带,所述滤筒安装于固定辊和调节辊的正上方,所述滤筒最顶端安装有进料口,所述滤筒内部中心设有竖直的中转轴,所述中转轴自上而下依次安装有螺旋切刀、精筛、加热搅拌棒和推料螺旋,所述加热搅拌棒和推料螺旋中间插入注液装置,所述注液装置与滤筒相接处保持密封,所述进料口一侧设有水平上料输送带,所述水平上料输送带一端延伸至进料口边缘,另一端连接提升上料输送带,物料经由所述提升上料输送带输送至水平上料输送带,再由水平上料输送带送入进料口。
作为进一步改进的技术方案,所述进料口中部设有水平的粗离散筛,所述粗离散筛可以打散成团的物料。
采用上述进一步改进的技术方案的有益效果为:进行初步的粗离散,使得物料能够以较为松散的状态进入滤筒,使得滤筒的处理效果更好。
作为进一步改进的技术方案,所述调节杆采用液压调节杆。
作为优选的技术方案,所述加热搅拌棒设为上下水平的两根橡胶棒。
本发明的工作原理和使用方法:先由螺旋切刀对粉料中的团结结构、硬物和杂质进行打碎,再通过精筛去除硬物和杂质,接着由加热搅拌棒对注有粘结剂的粉料进行搅拌,最终粉料送入对辊进行压块。
本发明的有益技术效果如下:
(1)采用输送带结构,上料方便,平稳,平铺面比较大,分散程度高。
(2)采用多重过滤结构,能够去除粉料中的杂质,同时使得粉料的更均匀,有效防止了压制前粉料结团,有效提高了压块的质量。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的阐述和说明。
如图所示,一种用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机,包括固定辊1和调节辊,所述固定辊1由固定转轴2111固定并驱动顺时针旋转,所述调节辊由转轴21驱动逆时针旋转,所述转轴21连接调节杆22,使得调节辊在水平方向可以在合适范围内移动,它还包括滤筒3、提升上料输送带5和水平上料输送带6,所述滤筒3安装于固定辊1和调节辊的正上方,所述滤筒3最顶端安装有进料口4,所述滤筒3内部中心设有竖直的中转轴3621,所述中转轴3621自上而下依次安装有螺旋切刀31、精筛32、加热搅拌棒33和推料螺旋35,所述加热搅拌棒33和推料螺旋35中间插入注液装置34,所述注液装置34与滤筒3相接处保持密封,所述进料口4一侧设有水平上料输送带6,所述水平上料输送带6一端延伸至进料口4边缘,另一端连接提升上料输送带5,物料7经由所述提升上料输送带5输送至水平上料输送带6,再由水平上料输送带6送入进料口4。
所述进料口4中部设有水平的粗离散筛41,所述粗离散筛41可以打散成团的物料7。
所述调节杆22采用液压调节杆22。
所述加热搅拌棒33设为上下水平的两根橡胶棒。

1.一种用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机,包括固定辊(1)和调节辊(2),所述固定辊(1)由固定转轴(11)固定并驱动顺时针旋转,所述调节辊(2)由转轴(21)驱动逆时针旋转,所述转轴(21)连接调节杆(22),使得调节辊(2)在水平方向可以在合适范围内移动,其特征在于,它还包括滤筒(3)、提升上料输送带(5)和水平上料输送带(6),所述滤筒(3)安装于固定辊(1)和调节辊(2)的正上方,所述滤筒(3)最顶端安装有进料口(4),所述滤筒(3)内部中心设有竖直的中转轴(36),所述中转轴(36)自上而下依次安装有螺旋切刀(31)、精筛(32)、加热搅拌棒(33)和推料螺旋(35),所述加热搅拌棒(33)和推料螺旋(35)中间插入注液装置(34),所述注液装置(34)与滤筒(3)相接处保持密封,所述进料口(4)一侧设有水平上料输送带(6),所述水平上料输送带(6)一端延伸至进料口(4)边缘,另一端连接提升上料输送带(5),物料(7)经由所述提升上料输送带(5)输送至水平上料输送带(6),再由水平上料输送带(6)送入进料口(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机,其特征在于,所述进料口(4)中部设有水平的粗离散筛(41),所述粗离散筛(41)可以打散成团的物料(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机,其特征在于,所述调节杆(22)采用液压调节杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于生产废水处理催化剂的精加工对辊式压块机,其特征在于,所述加热搅拌棒(33)设为上下水平的两根橡胶棒。
