背景技术
砂轮是用于磨削加工过程中最主要的磨具,广泛应用于各类机械加工行业。由于磨料、结合剂及制造工艺不同,砂轮的特性差别很大,因此对磨削的加工质量、生产率和经济性有着重要影响。目前,砂轮还存在耐磨耐热性较差,导致砂轮磨耗过大,不利于实际生产。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐磨耐热砂轮,其配方合理,得到的砂轮具有良好的耐磨耐热性,提高了砂轮的工作效率,延长了砂轮的使用寿命。
本发明提出的一种耐磨耐热砂轮,其原料按重量份包括:金刚石65-85份、改性碳化硅15-25份、碳化硼8-15份、长石5-10份、酚醛树脂8-12份、二氧化硅溶胶3-5份、丙烯酸乳液2-3份、硅藻土0.2-0.4份、钼酸铵0.2-0.4份、硼酸0.1-0.3份、低密度聚乙烯1-2份。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:金刚石70-80份、改性碳化硅16-24份、碳化硼9-14份、长石6-9份、酚醛树脂9-11份、二氧化硅溶胶3.5-4.5份、丙烯酸乳液2.2-2.8份、硅藻土0.25-0.35份、钼酸铵0.25-0.35份、硼酸0.15-0.25份、低密度聚乙烯1.2-1.8份。
优选地,金刚石、改性碳化硅、碳化硼和长石之间的重量比为72-78:18-22:10-12:7-8。
优选地,酚醛树脂、硅藻土、钼酸铵和硼酸之间的重量比为9.5-10.5:0.28-0.32:0.28-0.32:0.18-0.22。
优选地,酚醛树脂、二氧化硅溶胶、丙烯酸乳液和低密度聚乙烯之间的重量比为9.5-10.5:3.8-4.2:2.3-2.7:1.3-1.7。
优选地,金刚石的粒度为20-60目。
优选地,改性碳化硅是将改性碳化硅经偶联剂改性得到。

本发明中通过优化配方,使各物料之间发生协同作用,其中,酚醛树脂和硅藻土、钼酸铵、硼酸、二氧化硅溶胶、丙烯酸乳液、低密度聚乙烯发生共混改性,使得到的砂轮磨料具有硬度大、耐热性好,同时磨料和结合剂配合,磨削效率高,耐磨性好,有效降低工人的劳动强度等优点。本发明提出的一种耐磨耐热砂轮,其配方合理,得到的砂轮具有良好的耐磨耐热性,提高了砂轮的工作效率,延长了砂轮的使用寿命。

其中,金刚石的粒度为20目。

其中,金刚石的粒度为40目。

其中,金刚石的粒度为60目。

本发明提出的一种耐磨耐热砂轮,其原料按重量份包括:金刚石80份、改性碳化硅22份、碳化硼12.5份、长石8.5份、酚醛树脂10.5份、二氧化硅溶胶4.5份、丙烯酸乳液2.6份、硅藻土0.32份、钼酸铵0.32份、硼酸0.25份、低密度聚乙烯1.6份。
其中,金刚石的粒度为40目。
