技术领域
本发明属于钻头材料领域,具体涉及一种高强度石墨钻头材料。
背景技术
传统钻头的材料为金属陶瓷复合材料,在钻杆钻进过程中,承受较大的摩擦力和冲击力,导致钻头磨损过大,影响使用,而在研磨性较强的底层或者工况下,传统钻头的材料已不能满足要求,因此,必须研发一种强度更高、耐磨性更好的砖头材料。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高强度石墨钻头材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种高强度石墨钻头材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:铁70-80份、石墨7-15份、铝0.3-0.5份、镍0.4-1.2份、锰0.5-1.2份、铬0.3-1份、铂1-1.3份、钨0.2-0.4份、钴0.6-1份、钼0.05-1份、碳化硅3-7份、氧化硅4-8份。
本发明具有以下优点:强度高、耐磨性好;钻头材料在满足所有API标准的力学性能的基础上,抗疲劳性能得到提高,疲劳寿命得到延长。

一种高强度石墨钻头材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:铁70份、石墨7份、铝0.3份、镍0.4份、锰0.5份、铬0.3份、铂1份、钨0.2份、钴0.6份、钼0.05份、碳化硅3份、氧化硅4份。
实施例2
一种高强度石墨钻头材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:铁75份、石墨10份、铝0.4份、镍1份、锰0.7份、铬0.5份、铂1.2份、钨0.3份、钴0.8份、钼0.5份、碳化硅5份、氧化硅5份。
实施例3
一种高强度石墨钻头材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:铁80份、石墨15份、铝0.5份、镍1.2份、锰1.2份、铬1份、铂1.3份、钨0.4份、钴1份、钼1份、碳化硅7份、氧化硅8份。
