The effect of the product of the invention on improving gastric function (assisted by the college of pharmacy of Suzhou university) was studied by using a gastric emptying test, which was in accordance with the animal test standards of Suzhou university. 6 mice were selected, half male and half female, 18-22 g in weight, and randomly divided into 3 groups, an experimental group, a positive control group, and a model group, 2 mice per group. The model group is perfused with the normal saline according to the dosage of 0.2ml/10 g; positive control group stomach-nourishing tablet (commercially available) of 2.0 g/kg; the experimental group was gavaged with 2.0g/kg of the inventive drink for 6 days. Mice were fasted for 24h before gastric emptying experiments were performed. 30min after the last administration, 0.2ml of 0.1% methyl orange solution is perfused into the stomach, 30min later, each group of mice is sacrificed and the stomach is taken out, the gastric contents are fully washed in distilled water, the pH value is adjusted to 6.0-6.5 by sodium bicarbonate solution and poured into a graduated centrifuge tube, the mixture is centrifuged at 2000rpm for 10 min, the supernatant is taken and is compared with 752 type spectrophotometer (420nm), the distilled water is used for zero adjustment, and the measured optical density is the optical density of the methyl orange in the stomach. And 0.1 percent of methyl orange 0.2ml is added with 10ml of distilled water to be evenly shaken, the optical density of the mixture is measured to be used as the base number of the optical density of the methyl orange, and the gastric residual rate of the methyl orange is calculated according to the following formula to reflect the speed of gastric emptying.
The gastric residual ratio (%) of methyl orange = gastromethyl orange optical density/cardinal methyl orange optical density × 100%.
Example one
1. Selecting high-quality lemongrass, removing impurities and foreign matters, washing the lemongrass by using clear water, drying the lemongrass at room temperature, crushing the lemongrass into 80 meshes, mixing the crushed lemongrass with distilled water according to the mass ratio of 1:8, adding the mixture into a stirrer, stirring the mixture for 20 minutes at 40 ℃ for pre-extraction, transferring the pre-extraction solution into a pot, boiling the mixture for extraction for 30 minutes, filtering the mixture, and collecting filtrate to obtain the lemongrass extraction solution;
2. selecting ripe grapes, removing fruit stalks, cleaning and airing, cleaning apples, mangoes and pawpaw, airing, removing fruit stones, cutting into blocks, juicing 32 parts of grapes, 28 parts of apples, 18 parts of mangoes and 12 parts of pawpaw by using a juicer, filtering obtained homogenate by using double-layer sterilization gauze to obtain mixed fruit juice, and removing fruit residues;
3. and (3) mixing 32 parts of lemongrass extract, 62 parts of mixed juice obtained in the step (2) and 6 parts of honey, homogenizing for 3 minutes after mixing, keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ for 20 minutes, and immediately cooling to 4 ℃ to prepare the lemongrass mixed juice beverage.
Preservation experiment for Mixed fruit juice
Selecting 65ml of the mixed juice obtained in the step 2, and performing different treatments, namely treatment 1, blank Control (CK): mixing 65ml of the fruit juice, adding 35ml of sterilized distilled water, and mixing uniformly; and (3) treatment 2: mixing 65ml of the juice, adding 35ml of the lemongrass extract obtained in the step 1, and uniformly mixing; and (3) treatment: the juice was mixed with 65ml of the mixture, 35ml of sterilized distilled water was added thereto, and potassium sorbate was added to a final concentration of 0.02%. Each treated juice was allowed to stand at room temperature, and samples were taken every 12 hours, and colony counts were carried out by referring to GB/T4789.2-2003 "determination of total number of colonies for food hygiene microbiology", see FIG. 1. As can be seen from the figure, the total number of colonies of the control increased sharply with the increase of the standing time; the fruit juice has better bacteriostatic action by adding 0.02 percent of potassium sorbate, and the total number of colonies at each time point is lower than that of a control; the addition of 35% of lemongrass extract has better bacteriostatic action on the fruit juice, the total number of colonies is greatly increased until 96 hours later, but the standard is still met in 108 hours, and the bacteriostatic effect is better than that of 0.02% of potassium sorbate. The total number of colonies of the beverage added with honey is slightly increased, but is still less than 4 logs in 96 hours10cfu/ml, indicating that the lemongrass extract with proper concentration is added into the fresh juiceEffectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, maintain the original nutrient components and flavor of the fresh fruit juice and prolong the preservation period.
The gastric emptying experiment of the mouse shows that the gastric residual rates of the methyl oranges in the experimental group, the positive control group and the model group are respectively 6.58%, 12.62% and 21.38%; 10 mild gastric acid volunteers are clinically recruited, 200g of the beverage is drunk every morning and afternoon, and gastric acid phenomenon is basically avoided after one week; the beverage has good stomach nourishing effect.
Example two
1. Selecting high-quality lemongrass, removing impurities and foreign matters, washing the lemongrass by using clear water, airing at room temperature, crushing to 50 meshes, mixing the crushed lemongrass with distilled water according to the mass ratio of 1:5, adding the mixture into a stirrer, stirring for 20 minutes at 40 ℃ for pre-extraction, transferring the pre-extraction solution into a pot, boiling for extraction for 30 minutes, filtering, and collecting filtrate to obtain a lemongrass extraction solution;
2. selecting ripe grapes, removing fruit stalks, cleaning and airing, cleaning apples, mangoes and pawpaw, airing, removing fruit stones, cutting into blocks, juicing 30 parts of grapes, 20 parts of apples, 20 parts of mangoes and 15 parts of pawpaw by using a juicer, filtering obtained homogenate by using double-layer sterilization gauze to obtain mixed fruit juice, and removing fruit residues;
3. and (3) mixing 30 parts of lemongrass extract, 65 parts of mixed juice obtained in the step (2) and 5 parts of honey, homogenizing for 3 minutes after mixing, keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ for 20 minutes, and immediately cooling to 4 ℃ to prepare the lemongrass mixed juice beverage. For the mixed juice preservative test, the total number of colonies in 96 hours is slightly higher than that in the first example, but still less than 4 logs10cfu/ml, which indicates that the lemongrass extract with proper concentration is added into the fresh juice, so that the growth of bacteria can be effectively inhibited, the original nutrient components and flavor of the fresh juice are maintained, and the preservation period is prolonged; if the process of cooling to 4 ℃ immediately after keeping 80 ℃ for 20 minutes is modified to be 115 ℃ for 20 minutes, the total number of colonies of the obtained product in 96 hours reaches 4.5 log10cfu/ml。
EXAMPLE III
1. Selecting high-quality lemongrass, removing impurities and foreign matters, washing the lemongrass by using clear water, airing the lemongrass at room temperature, crushing the lemongrass into 100 meshes, mixing the crushed lemongrass with distilled water according to the mass ratio of 1:10, adding the mixture into a stirrer, stirring the mixture for 20 minutes at 40 ℃ for pre-extraction, transferring the pre-extraction solution into a pot, boiling the mixture for extraction for 30 minutes, filtering the mixture, and collecting filtrate to obtain the lemongrass extraction solution;
2. selecting ripe grapes, removing fruit stalks, cleaning and airing, cleaning apples, mangoes and pawpaw, airing, removing fruit stones, cutting into blocks, juicing 35 parts of grapes, 30 parts of apples, 15 parts of mangoes and 10 parts of pawpaw by using a juicer, filtering obtained homogenate by using double-layer sterilization gauze to obtain mixed fruit juice, and removing fruit residues;
3. and (3) mixing 35 parts of lemongrass extract, 55 parts of mixed juice obtained in the step (2) and 10 parts of honey, homogenizing for 3 minutes after mixing, keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ for 20 minutes, and immediately cooling to 4 ℃ to prepare the lemongrass mixed juice beverage. For the mixed juice preservative test, the total number of colonies in 96 hours is slightly higher than that in the first example, but still less than 4 logs10cfu/ml, which indicates that the lemongrass extract with proper concentration is added into the fresh juice, so that the growth of bacteria can be effectively inhibited, the original nutrient components and flavor of the fresh juice are maintained, and the preservation period is prolonged; if the process of cooling to 4 ℃ immediately after keeping 80 ℃ for 20 minutes is cancelled, the total number of colonies of the obtained product in 96 hours reaches 5.4 log10cfu/ml; if 47.5 parts of lemongrass extract, 47.5 parts of mixed fruit juice and 5 parts of honey are selected, the total number of colonies of the obtained product in 96 hours reaches 4.3 log10cfu/ml and has no obvious effect of nourishing the stomach.
Claims (3)
1. A preparation method of stomach-nourishing lemon and citronella mixed juice beverage comprises the following steps:
(1) removing impurities from Cymbopogon citratus, cleaning, and air drying at room temperature in dark place; then crushing the dried lemongrass to obtain a crushed substance; mixing the crushed material with distilled water according to a mass ratio of 1: 5-10, and stirring for 20 minutes at 40 ℃ to obtain a pre-extraction solution; then boiling the pre-extracting solution for 30 minutes, filtering, and collecting filtrate as a lemongrass extracting solution; the particle size of the crushed material is 50-100 meshes;
(2) mixing fructus Chaenomelis, fructus Mangifera Indicae, fructus Vitis Viniferae, and fructus Mali Pumilae, squeezing, homogenizing, and filtering to obtain mixed juice; the mass ratio of pawpaw, mango, grape and apple is (10-15): (15-20): (30-35): (20-30);
(3) mixing the lemongrass extract, the mixed juice and honey, homogenizing for 3 minutes, keeping at 80 ℃ for 20 minutes, and cooling to 4 ℃ to obtain the stomach-nourishing lemongrass mixed juice beverage; according to the mass percentage, the lemon lemongrass extract is 30-35%, the mixed fruit juice is 55-65%, and the honey is 5-10%.
