Abstract
本发明公开了一种优质苜蓿青贮专用保鲜剂,该保鲜剂为甲酸、蜜糖、乳酸菌、碳酰胺、多畸杆菌的混合水溶液,其中,各组分按重量百分比计:甲酸90%浓度50%;蜜糖65%浓度25%;乳酸菌10%;碳酰胺10%;多畸杆菌5%。本发明配制的保鲜剂,可有效的保证了青贮牧草的保鲜度,使得在确保有效蛋白含量提高的同时保证了可以长期储存的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及保鲜剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种优质苜蓿青贮专用保鲜剂。
背景技术
苜蓿是优质的豆科牧草,因富含蛋白质等多种营养成分、适口性好被称为“牧草之王”。高品质的青贮饲料本身对糖分、淀粉有较高要求,优质牧草本身含糖量很低,因而不容易发酵,进而影响青贮牧草的质量及保存期限,要使青贮饲料保持新鲜,保鲜剂的质量极为关键,如何配制出一种优质苜蓿青贮专用保鲜剂成为需求。
发明内容
为了解决该问题,本发明公开了一种优质苜蓿青贮专用保鲜剂,该保鲜剂为甲酸、蜜糖、乳酸菌、碳酰胺、多畸杆菌的混合水溶液,其中,各组分按重量百分比计:甲酸90%浓度50%;蜜糖65%浓度25%;乳酸菌10%;碳酰胺10%;多畸杆菌5%。
一种优质苜蓿青贮专用保鲜剂,其制备方法为:在陶质容器里,通风环境下进行配制;
制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一,在陶质容器里倒入欲配制混合水溶液重量50%的甲酸90%浓度;
步骤二,将欲配制混合水溶液重量25%的蜜糖65%浓度和欲配制混合水溶液重量10%的碳酰胺进行混合并充分搅拌;
步骤三,把步骤二的混合物倒入步骤一的陶质容器里,使之与甲酸进行充分混合;
步骤四,在步骤三的混合水溶液中加入欲配制混合水溶液重量10%的乳酸菌和欲配制混合水溶液重量5%的多畸杆菌,进行稳定,待用。
较佳地:本发明的配制液需要在24小时内用完。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明配制的保鲜剂,可有效的保证了青贮牧草的保鲜度,使得在确保有效蛋白含量提高的同时保证了可以长期储存的目的。

一种优质苜蓿青贮专用保鲜剂,该保鲜剂为甲酸、蜜糖、乳酸菌、碳酰胺、多畸杆菌的混合水溶液,其中,各组分按重量百分比计:甲酸90%浓度50%;蜜糖65%浓度25%;乳酸菌10%;碳酰胺10%;多畸杆菌5%。
一种优质苜蓿青贮专用保鲜剂,其制备方法为:在陶质容器里,通风环境下进行配制;
制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一,在陶质容器里倒入欲配制混合水溶液重量50%的甲酸90%浓度;
步骤二,将欲配制混合水溶液重量25%的蜜糖65%浓度和欲配制混合水溶液重量10%的碳酰胺进行混合并充分搅拌;
步骤三,把步骤二的混合物倒入步骤一的陶质容器里,使之与甲酸进行充分混合;
步骤四,在步骤三的混合水溶液中加入欲配制混合水溶液重量10%的乳酸菌和欲配制混合水溶液重量5%的多畸杆菌,进行稳定,待用。

以配制100KG的保鲜剂为例:
所需各组分重量为:
甲酸90%浓度50KG;蜜糖65%浓度25KG;乳酸菌10KG;碳酰胺10KG;多畸杆菌5KG。
其制备方法为:在陶质容器里,通风环境下进行配制;
制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一,在陶质容器里倒入甲酸90%浓度50KG;
步骤二,将蜜糖65%浓度25KG和碳酰胺10KG进行混合并充分搅拌;
步骤三,把步骤二的混合物倒入步骤一的陶质容器里,使之与甲酸进行充分混合;
步骤四,在步骤三的混合水溶液中加入乳酸菌10KG和多畸杆菌5KG,进行稳定,待用。
较佳地:本发明的配制液需要在24小时内用完。
