Abstract

用于钢脱氧的硅铝钡锶铁合金,其化学成分(%) 为Si25—40,Al20—30,Ba6—15,Sr4—10,Fe余 量。采用一次熔炼成硅钡锶铁合金,二次加铝和铁熔 炼成硅铝钡锶铁合金,用于炼钢脱氧,具有细化晶粒 和节铝效果。

Description

本发明涉及冶金,具体为炼钢脱氧用的一种铁合金及其制备方法。
中国专利CN1052901A公开了申请号为89109528.4的一种炼钢用复合脱氧剂硅铝钡铁合金。该合金的化学成分为Si22-28%,Al30-40%,Ba3-12%,Fe余量。这种合金虽较原来使用的硅铝铁复合脱氧剂具有降低非金属夹杂物总量、改变夹杂物形状、尺寸和分布的性能及节铝效果,但其细化晶粒的性能不够理想;另外,其含铝量仍在30%以上。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有细化晶粒和含铝量进一步降低的炼钢用合金脱氧剂及其制备方法。
本发明提供的合金脱氧剂除含有硅铝钡铁成分外,增加金属锶。具体化学成分(重量比)为:Si25-40%,Al20-30%,Ba6-15%,Sr4-10%,Fe余量。
本发明合金脱氧剂的制备方法是先按原料重量配比石英石20-45%,重晶石5-15%,天青石5-20%,铁屑1-5%,石灰石0.5-5%,萤石0.5-2%,焦炭20-35%,于矿热炉中冶炼出硅钡锶铁合金;然后再将该硅钡锶铁合金与铝及铁在感应炉中二次熔炼成硅铝钡锶铁合金。
用本发明提供的硅铝钡锶铁合金作冶炼U71Mn钢的脱氧剂,与原来使用的硅铝钡铁合金脱氧剂比较(在用量相同情况下),钢中高熔点Al2O3夹杂物含量由原来的0.0018%降至0.0016%;奥氏体晶粒度由原来7级占75%,8级占25%提高到7级占25%,8级占75%。显然,其细化晶粒的性能明显提高;同时,本发明的铁合金中铝的含量进一步降低,在硅铝钡铁脱氧剂的基础上进一步节铝5-10%。
实施例1
按重量百分比配料:石英石(含SiO299%以上)35%,重晶石(含BaSO485%以上)10%,天青石(含SrSO480%以上)15%,铁屑5%,石灰石4%,萤石1%,焦炭30%,加入1800KVA矿热炉中熔炼成硅钡锶铁合金,然后按该合金50%,铝22%,铁28%的配料比配料,于感应电炉中二次熔炼成Si25%,Al20%,Ba6%,Sr4%,Fe45%的硅铝钡锶铁合金。
实施例2
工艺步骤与实施例1相同,仅配料比为石英石38%,重晶石12%,天青石15%,铁屑3%,石灰石1.5%,萤石0.5%,焦炭30%;二次熔炼时硅钡锶铁合金58%,铝27%,铁15%,最终可获得Si30%,Al25%,Ba10%,Sr30%,Fe27%的合金。
实施例3
工艺步骤与实施例1相同,仅配料比为石英石40%,重晶石14%,天青石16%,铁屑1%,石灰石0.5%,萤石0.5%,焦炭28%;二次熔炼时硅钡锶铁合金65%,铝32%,铁3%,最终可获得Si40%,Al30%,Ba15%,Sr10%,Fe5%的合金。

Claims (2)

1、用于钢脱氧的硅铝钡锶铁合金,其特征在于,其化学成分为Si25-40%,Al20-30%,Ba6-15%,Sr4-10%,Fe余量。
2、如权利要求1所说的硅铝钡锶铁合金的制备方法,其特征在于,先按原料重量配比石英石20-45%,重晶石5-15%,天青石5-20%,铁屑1-5%,石灰石0.5-5%,萤石0.5-2%,焦炭20-35%于矿热炉中冶炼出硅钡锶铁合金;然后再将该合金与铝及铁二次熔炼成硅铝钡锶铁合金。
