Abstract
本发明公开了板式燃气热水炉,它包括一个板式换热器,在板式换热器中上部从一侧向内安装有一个燃气燃烧器,在换热器中下部从另一侧向外引出有一根向上伸出的排烟管,在排烟管与换热器各换热板之间分别连通有烟火通道,在换热器上靠近上端安装有一个与换热器换热板内过水通道连通的出水管,在换热器上靠近下端安装有一个与各换热板内过水通道连通的进水管,在出水管上安装有自动排气阀和出水温度传感器,在进水管上安装有进水温度传感器,在排烟管上安装有排烟温度传感器。本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、热能利用率高、成本低的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及常压热水炉,特别是一种适用于宾馆、酒店、洗浴中心等场所供应洗浴热水的板式燃气热水炉。
背景技术
目前,给宾馆、酒店、洗浴中心等场所提供洗浴热水的装置有多种,如电热水器,燃煤炉或燃气炉等,它们存在的共同问题是体积大、结构复杂,热能利用率低,使用不方便、成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,使用方便,热能利用率高的板式燃气热水炉
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,它包括一个板式换热器,其特征在于:在板式换热器中上部从一侧向内安装有一个燃气燃烧器,在换热器中下部从另一侧向外引出有一根向上伸出的排烟管,在排烟管与换热器各换热板之间分别连通有烟火通道,在换热器上靠近上端安装有一个与换热器换热板内过水通道连通的出水管,在换热器上靠近下端安装有一个与各换热板内过水通道连通的进水管,在出水管上安装有自动排气阀和出水温度传感器,在进水管上安装有进水温度传感器,在排烟管上安装有排烟温度传感器。散热板是采用传热效率高的铜板、铝板或不锈钢板,过水通道和烟火通道之间采用耐高温密封垫密封。
本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、热能利用率高、成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述实施例,本发明是在一个板式换热器7中上部从一侧向内安装有一个燃气燃烧器8,在换热器中下部从另一侧向外引出有一根向上伸出的排烟管3,在排烟管与换热器各换热板之间分别连通有烟火通道11,在换热器上靠近上端安装有一个与换热器各换热板内过水通道10连通的出水管4,在换热器上靠近下端安装有一个与各换热板内过水通道连通的进水管1,在出水管上安装有自动排气阀5和出水温度传感器6,在进水管上安装有进水温度传感器2,在排烟管上安装有排烟温度传感器9。
本发明的换热板是采用传热效率高的铜板、铝板或不锈钢板,过水通道和烟火通道之间采用耐高温密封垫密封。
本发明在一个板式换热器内安装燃气燃器,通过换热板直接给水加热,供宾馆、酒店、洗浴中心等大量使用热水单位使用,具有节能环保、使用方便,降低经营成本的优点。

1.板式燃气热水炉,它包括一个板式换热器,其特征在于:在板式换热器中上部从一侧向内安装有一个燃气燃烧器,在换热器中下部从另一侧向外引出有一根向上伸出的排烟管,在排烟管与换热器各换热板之间分别连通有烟火通道,在换热器上靠近上端安装有一个与换热器换热板内过水通道连通的出水管,在换热器上靠近下端安装有一个与各换热板内过水通道连通的进水管,在出水管上安装有自动排气阀和出水温度传感器,在进水管上安装有进水温度传感器,在排烟管上安装有排烟温度传感器。
2.如权利要求1所述的板式燃气热水炉,其特征在于:散热板是采用传热效率高的铜板、铝板或不锈钢板,过水通道和烟火通道之间采用耐高温密封垫密封。
