Abstract
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车排气管。本发明的一种汽车排气管,包括:主排气管、与主排气管的第一端连通的第一支排气管和第二支排气管、与主排气管的第二端连通的安装法兰、设于主排气管上的沿尾气排放方向依次排列的第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器、以及分设于第一支排气管和第二支排气管上的第一消声器和第二消声器;第一过滤器内填充有过滤丝棉,第二过滤器填充有活性炭;主排气管、第一支排气管和第二支排气管均包括:外管、设于外管内部的内管、以及设于外管和内管之间的隔热管,可通过第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器对排气管的尾气进行处理,提升排气管的环保性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车排气管。
背景技术
汽车排气管是一种常见的汽车配件,主要用于排放汽车尾气,使得发动机正常工作,现有的汽车排气管往往没有将尾气进行处理就直接排放,造成了严重的环境污染,且排气管的隔热效果也很差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车排气管,提升汽车排气管的环保性能和隔热效果。同时,本发明还提供了一种汽车排气管的过滤组件及其加工方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车排气管,包括:主排气管、与所述主排气管的第一端连通的第一支排气管和第二支排气管、与所述主排气管的第二端连通的安装法兰、设于所述主排气管上的沿尾气排放方向依次排列的第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器、以及分设于所述第一支排气管和第二支排气管上的第一消声器和第二消声器;
所述第一过滤器内填充有过滤丝棉,所述第二过滤器填充有活性炭;
所述主排气管、第一支排气管和第二支排气管均包括:外管、设于所述外管内部的内管、以及设于所述外管和内管之间的隔热管。
所述外管的材料为不锈钢,所述隔热管的材料为树脂。
所述主排气管呈L形。
一种汽车排气管的过滤组件,包括沿尾气排放方向依次排列的第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器,第一过滤器内填充有过滤丝棉,第二过滤器填充有活性炭。
一种汽车排气管的过滤组件的加工方法,步骤如下:
①、构造及成型
过滤组件包括沿尾气排放方向依次排列的第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器,第一过滤器内填充有过滤丝棉,第二过滤器填充有活性炭;
三元催化器依现有技术制备;
第一过滤器和第二过滤器均包括壳体以及置于壳体内的填充物,过滤丝棉和活性炭依现有技术制备,壳体采用碳素钢材质锻造而成;
②、第一过滤器和第二过滤器的壳体内壁预处理
对第一过滤器和第二过滤器的壳体内壁喷涂预处理液,喷涂结束直接烘干;
预处理液的组分为:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂30份、石墨粉7份、防腐剂8份、纳米二氧化硅粉末10份、乙醚16份、氨基寡糖素4份、樟脑3份;
③、组装
第一过滤器和第二过滤器的壳体内壁预处理后,分别将过滤丝棉和活性炭填充在第一过滤器和第二过滤器的壳体内;最后沿尾气排放方向依次将第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器安装在排气管上。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种汽车排气管,包括:主排气管、与所述主排气管的第一端连通的第一支排气管和第二支排气管、与所述主排气管的第二端连通的安装法兰、设于所述主排气管上的沿尾气排放方向依次排列的第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器、以及分设于所述第一支排气管和第二支排气管上的第一消声器和第二消声器;所述第一过滤器内填充有过滤丝棉,所述第二过滤器填充有活性炭;所述主排气管、第一支排气管和第二支排气管均包括:外管、设于所述外管内部的内管、以及设于所述外管和内管之间的隔热管,可通过第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器对排气管的尾气进行处理,提升排气管的环保性能,通过隔热管提升排气管的隔热效果。
2)、一种汽车排气管的过滤组件及其加工方法,产品结构设计合理,可对尾气进行吸附和过滤。为了克服第一过滤器和第二过滤器内部被废气腐蚀,在其加工过程中,对第一过滤器和第二过滤器的内壁进行了防腐预处理,从而提升第一过滤器和第二过滤器的使用寿命。

实施例1
请参阅图1至图2,本发明提供一种汽车排气管,包括:主排气管1、与所述主排气管1的第一端连通的第一支排气管2和第二支排气管3、与所述主排气管1的第二端连通的安装法兰4、设于所述主排气管1上的沿尾气排放方向依次排列的第一过滤器5、三元催化器6和第二过滤器7、以及分设于所述第一支排气管2和第二支排气管3上的第一消声器8和第二消声器9;
所述第一过滤器5内填充有过滤丝棉,所述第二过滤器7填充有活性炭;
所述主排气管1、第一支排气管2和第二支排气管3均包括:外管10、设于所述外管10内部的内管11、以及设于所述外管10和内管11之间的隔热管12。
具体地,所述外管10的材料为不锈钢,所述隔热管12的材料为树脂。
具体地,所述主排气管1呈L形。
具体地,本发明可通过第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器对排气管的尾气进行处理,提升排气管的环保性能,通过隔热管提升排气管的隔热效果,同时还通过第一消声器和第二消声器降低排气管的噪音,减少噪音污染。
实施例2
一种汽车排气管的过滤组件的加工方法,步骤如下:
①、构造及成型
过滤组件包括沿尾气排放方向依次排列的第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器,第一过滤器内填充有过滤丝棉,第二过滤器填充有活性炭;
三元催化器依现有技术制备;
第一过滤器和第二过滤器均包括壳体以及置于壳体内的填充物,过滤丝棉和活性炭依现有技术制备,壳体采用碳素钢材质锻造而成;
②、第一过滤器和第二过滤器的壳体内壁预处理
对第一过滤器和第二过滤器的壳体内壁喷涂预处理液,喷涂结束直接烘干;
预处理液的组分为:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂30份、石墨粉7份、防腐剂8份、纳米二氧化硅粉末10份、乙醚16份、氨基寡糖素4份、樟脑3份;
③、组装
第一过滤器和第二过滤器的壳体内壁预处理后,分别将过滤丝棉和活性炭填充在第一过滤器和第二过滤器的壳体内;最后沿尾气排放方向依次将第一过滤器、三元催化器和第二过滤器安装在排气管上。

1.一种汽车排气管,其特征在于,包括:主排气管(1)、与所述主排气管(1)的第一端连通的第一支排气管(2)和第二支排气管(3)、与所述主排气管(1)的第二端连通的安装法兰(4)、设于所述主排气管(1)上的沿尾气排放方向依次排列的第一过滤器(5)、三元催化器(6)和第二过滤器(7)、以及分设于所述第一支排气管(2)和第二支排气管(3)上的第一消声器(8)和第二消声器(9);
所述第一过滤器(5)内填充有过滤丝棉,所述第二过滤器(7)填充有活性炭;
所述主排气管(1)、第一支排气管(2)和第二支排气管(3)均包括:外管(10)、设于所述外管(10)内部的内管(11)、以及设于所述外管(10)和内管(11)之间的隔热管(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车排气管,其特征在于,所述外管(10)的材料为不锈钢,所述隔热管(12)的材料为树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车排气管,其特征在于,所述主排气管(1)呈L形。
