本发明公开了一种新型隔音板材,包括隔音板材本体,所述隔音板材本体分为装饰层、吸音层和防滑层;所述吸音层和防滑层之间浇注有一层基板;所述吸音层与装饰层之间焊接有超薄金属网格;所述超薄金属网格中的每一小格中设置有吸音单元;所述吸音单元由石英砂微粒、水泥、玻化微珠组成,采用高频振压机制成型,且吸音单元的上方铺设有一层弹性缓冲层;所述弹性缓冲层上开设有吸音孔,本发明结构简单,安装方便,美观大方,结构稳定,防腐效果好,吸音单元可以有效降低噪音,隔音效果好,成本低,使用年限长。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔音板材技术领域,具体为一种新型隔音板材。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快,人们周遭会出现各种各样的声音,在小区中,在住房中,往往半夜会受到噪音的影响,从而影响到人体的睡眠质量,并且在很多的场合中,需要借助隔音板材进行隔音。现在市场上的隔音板材隔音效果不是很好,且易受到环境温度的影响,结构会发生改变,易被腐蚀和进水,从而降噪效果大大减弱,使用寿命不长,所以需要对现有的隔音材料进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型隔音板材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明提供了一种新型隔音板材,包括隔音板材本体,所述隔音板材本体分为装饰层、吸音层和防滑层;所述吸音层和防滑层之间浇注有一层基板;所述吸音层与装饰层之间焊接有超薄金属网格;所述超薄金属网格中的每一小格中设置有吸音单元;所述吸音单元由石英砂微粒、水泥、玻化微珠组成,采用高频振压机制成型,且吸音单元的上方铺设有一层弹性缓冲层;所述弹性缓冲层上开设有吸音孔。
通过上述技术方案,隔音板材本体分为装饰层、吸音层和防滑层,装饰层可以使整体变得美观,可以根据需要设计图形,吸音层为主要的降噪隔音层,有效减少噪音,防滑层便于安装,吸音层和防滑层之间浇注有一层基板使得结构更加牢固,防止脱落,吸音层与装饰层之间焊接有超薄金属网格,且每个超薄金属网格中均设置有吸音单元,吸音单元由石英砂微粒、水泥、玻化微珠组成,采用高频振压机制成型,可以有效阻隔噪音,减少振动,从而削弱噪音的强度,吸音单元的上方铺设有一层弹性缓冲层,且弹性缓冲层上开设有吸音孔,将振动的声波通过弹性缓冲层减少振动的幅度,通过吸音孔进入到吸音单元中,使得噪音大大降低,降噪效果大大提升。
优选的,所述防滑层的外侧压制有防滑条纹。
通过上述技术方案,采用防滑条纹增加摩擦系数,增加摩擦力,减少滑落的现象。
优选的,所述装饰层的上方涂有一层防腐层。
通过上述技术方案,采用防腐层可以延长使用寿命,减少腐蚀的程度。
优选的,所述隔音板材本体的外侧包围着一圈固定框架。
通过上述技术方案,采用固定框架让结构稳定,防止热胀冷缩的变形程度。
优选的,所述装饰层、吸音层和防滑层各层之间采用凝聚剂和加胶剂黏合在一起。
优选的,所述固定框架上涂有一层防水膜。
通过上述技术方案,采用防水膜可以有效阻隔水,减少霉变现象的发生。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此新型隔音板材结构简单,安装方便,美观大方,结构稳定,防腐效果好,吸音单元可以有效降低噪音,隔音效果好,成本低,使用年限长。

进一步的,所述防滑层4的外侧压制有防滑条纹13,增加摩擦系数,增加摩擦力,减少滑落的现象。
进一步的,所述装饰层2的上方涂有一层防腐层14,可以延长使用寿命,减少腐蚀的程度。
进一步的,所述隔音板材本体1的外侧包围着一圈固定框架15,让结构稳定,防止热胀冷缩的变形程度。
进一步的,所述装饰层2、吸音层3和防滑层4各层之间采用凝聚剂和加胶剂黏合在一起。
进一步的,所述固定框架15上涂有一层防水膜16,可以有效阻隔水,减少霉变现象的发生。

1.一种新型隔音板材,包括隔音板材本体(1),其特征在于:所述隔音板材本体(1)分为装饰层(2)、吸音层(3)和防滑层(4);所述吸音层(3)和防滑层(4)之间浇注有一层基板(5);所述吸音层(3)与装饰层(2)之间焊接有超薄金属网格(6);所述超薄金属网格(6)中的每一小格中设置有吸音单元(7);所述吸音单元(7)由石英砂微粒(8)、水泥(9)、玻化微珠(10)组成,采用高频振压机制成型,且吸音单元(7)的上方铺设有一层弹性缓冲层(11);所述弹性缓冲层(11)上开设有吸音孔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔音板材,其特征在于:所述防滑层(4)的外侧压制有防滑条纹(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔音板材,其特征在于:所述装饰层(2)的上方涂有一层防腐层(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔音板材,其特征在于:所述隔音板材本体(1)的外侧包围着一圈固定框架(15)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔音板材,其特征在于:所述装饰层(2)、吸音层(3)和防滑层(4)各层之间采用凝聚剂和加胶剂黏合在一起。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型隔音板材,其特征在于:所述固定框架(15)上涂有一层防水膜(16)。
