背景技术
随着合成清洗剂种类的不断增加,分类也越来越精细,具有特定用途的清洗剂越来越受到人们的关注。 其中油污清洗剂是由多种表面活性剂、油脂分散剂、渗透剂及其它助剂等成份复配而成,对金属零部件具有渗透、乳化、分散、剥离功能,能清机械设备上的洗油脂、油污及混合污垢。 然而没有通用于所有领域有特效的合成清洗剂,具体清洗哪一个领域的哪一类油污,针对性的合成清洗剂还有待进一步定制开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种油污清洗剂及其制备方法,该清洗剂各成分安全环保,能够对表面和深层的油污进行清理,活性较高,残留物少,毒副作用小,适合作为厨房顽固油渍污渍的清洗剂。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种油污清洗剂,包括如下重量份的原料:正庚烷60~80份、大豆皂苷10~20份、二甲基甲酰胺1~6份、十二烷基甜菜碱1~3份、乙二醇单丁醚2~10份、聚乙二醇1~6份、羧甲基纤维素钠2~8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5~2份、防腐剂0.2~0.8份、乙醇20~40份、次氯酸钠2~5份、阳离子表面活性剂10~20份、去离子水40~60份。

上述油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量份将正庚烷、乙二醇单丁醚溶解于去离子水中,搅拌30~40min得到混合物a;
(2)按照重量份将大豆皂苷、二甲基甲酰胺、十二烷基甜菜碱、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,40~50℃反应20~30min后,得到反应物b;
(3)将混合物a、反应物b混合,加入聚乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、次氯酸钠、阳离子表面活性剂、防腐剂,50~60℃搅拌20~30min,静置后得到该油污清洗剂。
优选地,所述步骤(1)搅拌后使用超声波清洗5~10min。
优选地,所述步骤(3)静置6~10小时后装入喷洒瓶即可。

(1)本发明的油污清洗剂,各成分安全环保,能够对表面和深层的油污进行清理,活性较高,残留物少,毒副作用小,适合作为厨房顽固油渍污渍的清洗剂。
(2)本发明的清洗剂成分中,正庚烷具有高脂溶性和易挥发性,而且去污能力强;二甲基甲酰胺是一种无色、淡的氨气味的透明液体,能和水及大部分有机溶剂互溶;十二烷基甜菜碱是一种性质稳定、耐酸碱、成本较低的两性离子表面活性剂;乙二醇单丁醚是优良的溶剂兼表面活性剂,可清除金属、织物、玻璃、塑料等表面的油垢;聚乙二醇具有良好的润滑性、分散性、抗静电性、粘接性,并与许多有机物组份有良好的相溶性,使得杂质污物更容易地随水冲走;羧甲基纤维素钠具有增稠、悬浮、粘合、乳化、分散、保持水分及胶体等性能,进一步提高了清洗剂的粘性;防腐剂卡松和凯松能有效地抑制和灭除菌类和各种微生物,防腐效果显著,在150ppm浓度下可完全抑制细菌、霉菌、酵母菌的生长。综上,多种成分的复配后,使得该清洗剂性能优良,绿色环保。

(1)按照重量将正庚烷、乙二醇单丁醚溶解于去离子水中,搅拌32min,使用超声波清洗6min得到混合物a;
(2)按照重量将大豆皂苷、二甲基甲酰胺、十二烷基甜菜碱、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,46℃反应25min后,得到反应物b;
(3)将混合物a、反应物b混合,加入聚乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、次氯酸钠、阳离子表面活性剂、防腐剂,52℃搅拌28min,静置后7小时后装入喷洒瓶得到该油污清洗剂。
实施例2

(2)按照重量将大豆皂苷、二甲基甲酰胺、十二烷基甜菜碱、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,50℃反应20min后,得到反应物b;
(3)将混合物a、反应物b混合,加入聚乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、次氯酸钠、阳离子表面活性剂、防腐剂,50℃搅拌30min,静置后10小时后装入喷洒瓶得到该油污清洗剂。
实施例6
一种油污清洗剂,包括如下重量的原料:正庚烷70g、大豆皂苷14g、二甲基甲酰胺3g、十二烷基甜菜碱2g、乙二醇单丁醚4g、聚乙二醇2g、羧甲基纤维素钠6g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.6g、防腐剂0.6g、乙醇34g、次氯酸钠3g、阳离子表面活性剂18g、去离子水56g。
上述油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量将正庚烷、乙二醇单丁醚溶解于去离子水中,搅拌36min,使用超声波清洗8min得到混合物a;
(2)按照重量将大豆皂苷、二甲基甲酰胺、十二烷基甜菜碱、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,48℃反应23min后,得到反应物b;
(3)将混合物a、反应物b混合,加入聚乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、次氯酸钠、阳离子表面活性剂、防腐剂,56℃搅拌25min,静置后8小时后装入喷洒瓶得到该油污清洗剂。
实施例7
一种油污清洗剂,包括如下重量的原料:正庚烷80g、大豆皂苷20g、二甲基甲酰胺6g、十二烷基甜菜碱3g、乙二醇单丁醚10g、聚乙二醇6g、羧甲基纤维素钠5g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.6g、防腐剂0.7g、乙醇33g、次氯酸钠3g、阳离子表面活性剂15g、去离子水58g。
上述油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量将正庚烷、乙二醇单丁醚溶解于去离子水中,搅拌40min,使用超声波清洗10min得到混合物a;
(2)按照重量将大豆皂苷、二甲基甲酰胺、十二烷基甜菜碱、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,50℃反应20min后,得到反应物b;
(3)将混合物a、反应物b混合,加入聚乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、次氯酸钠、阳离子表面活性剂、防腐剂,60℃搅拌20min,静置后10小时后装入喷洒瓶得到该油污清洗剂。
本发明的油污清洗剂,各成分安全环保,能够对表面和深层的油污进行清理,活性较高,残留物少,毒副作用小,适合作为厨房顽固油渍污渍的清洗剂。

Claims (8)

1.一种油污清洗剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:正庚烷60~80份、大豆皂苷10~20份、二甲基甲酰胺1~6份、十二烷基甜菜碱1~3份、乙二醇单丁醚2~10份、聚乙二醇1~6份、羧甲基纤维素钠2~8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5~2份、防腐剂0.2~0.8份、乙醇20~40份、次氯酸钠2~5份、阳离子表面活性剂10~20份、去离子水40~60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油污清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂包括如下重量份的原料:正庚烷70份、大豆皂苷15份、二甲基甲酰胺3份、十二烷基甜菜碱1份、乙二醇单丁醚3份、聚乙二醇3份、羧甲基纤维素钠5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.8份、防腐剂0.6份、乙醇36份、次氯酸钠2份、阳离子表面活性剂15份、去离子水52份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油污清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂包括如下重量份的原料:正庚烷75份、大豆皂苷16份、二甲基甲酰胺4份、十二烷基甜菜碱1份、乙二醇单丁醚8份、聚乙二醇5份、羧甲基纤维素钠6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.2份、防腐剂0.6份、乙醇38份、次氯酸钠3份、阳离子表面活性剂18份、去离子水55份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油污清洗剂,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基阳离子烷基咪唑啉、聚乙烯基吡啶季铵盐中的一种或多种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油污清洗剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自卡松或凯松。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量份将正庚烷、乙二醇单丁醚溶解于去离子水中,搅拌30~40min得到混合物a;
(2)按照重量份将大豆皂苷、二甲基甲酰胺、十二烷基甜菜碱、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,40~50℃反应20~30min后,得到反应物b;
(3)将混合物a、反应物b混合,加入聚乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、次氯酸钠、阳离子表面活性剂、防腐剂,50~60℃搅拌20~30min,静置后得到该油污清洗剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)搅拌后使用超声波清洗5~10min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)静置6~10小时后装入喷洒瓶即可。
