Abstract
本发明涉及陶瓷、玻璃、搪瓷等硅酸盐制品的液
体装饰材料,其特点是不含铑,以锡和铬或单纯以铬
作耐温剂,锡和铬的摩尔比为0—2,金水其它组分也
根据需要作了优化调整。本发明的金水,耐高温,达
880℃,生产成本至少可降低10%,彩烤后的黄金饰
膜符合陶瓷行业标准。
Description
本发明涉及一种陶瓷、玻璃、搪瓷等硅酸盐制品的液体装饰材料。
金水是硅酸盐制品如陶瓷、玻璃等的重要装饰材料之一,近几年来有了很大的发展,出现了许多新品种,但各种金水均是由发色剂、调色剂、附着剂、耐温剂、填充剂和溶剂混合均匀后经陈化处理的组合物,且均含有相当数量的铑作耐温剂,这有因为铑具有独特的耐温性,且使彩烤后的金膜具有很好的连续性和高的光泽度,如国内普遍使用的无苯金水,美国墨鹤牌(Hanorla)金水和德国日月名牌(Suncndmoon)金水。可是金属铑的价格十分昂贵,货源短缺,近几年来,铑的价格更是突飞猛涨,近十年间,价格便涨了近二倍,导致金水的生产成本大幅度提高,严重制约着金水的发展,国内外都曾进行过以其它金属替代铑作耐温剂的研究,但进展不大,日本专利昭-93567号曾报道,在陶瓷用金水中(添加部分树脂钍代替一部分铑发挥作用,但因钍是放射性元素,受到工作人员的反对,而且其价格昂贵,最高耐温为700℃,远不能满足陶瓷用金水的使用温度要求,故未能投入生产应用。在本申请人于1991年8月13日申请的名称为金水的专利(申请号91106515.6)中,提供了二种降铑代铑金水,一种是用一部分锡代替一部分铑发挥耐温作用,但金水中仍含有一定数量的铑作耐温剂,另一种是用锡全部代替铑作耐温剂,但金水的耐温性差,最高烤烧温度为800℃,适于低温情况下装饰,不能满足一般陶瓷用金水的烤烧温度要求。因此,寻找一种经济实用的铑代用品,以降低金水的生产成本,成为当前金水生产中亟待解决的问题。
本发明的目的,在于提供一种不含铑的金水,用价格低廉的金属铬和锡或单独用铬替代目前金水中的金属铑作耐温剂,性能达到含铑金水原有的使用效果,从而大大降低金水的生产成本。
本发明的目的可以通过以下途径来实现:
本发明金水,以铬和锡的松脂酸盐作耐温剂,锡和铬的摩尔数比为0-2,加入量为(以下均以加入金属量与金水总量的%表示):0.1-0.52;金的有机树脂盐为发色剂,加入量为8-12;银的松脂酸盐为调色剂,加入量为0-0.3;铋的松脂酸盐为附着剂,加入量为0.30-0.52;20-40%四氢萘,10-50%樟油,5-10%环己酮,5-10%松节油的混合液作溶剂,加入量(以下以加入重量与金水总重的%表示)为2-10;以硝化松香作填充剂,加入量为20-50。
其中:耐温剂锡、铬的摩尔比最佳为0.1-0.7,加入量最佳为0.12-0.35;
调色剂银的松脂酸盐的加入量最佳为0.02-0.15;
附着剂铋的松脂酸盐的加入量,最佳为0.30-0.45;
作为发色剂的金的有机树脂盐,可以是松脂酸金,芳香油硫化香脂金、松节油硫化香脂金、硫醇金,以松节油硫化香脂金最佳;
制备上述金水的方法可以是:
1、以氯化亚锡重量为:0-1,氯化铬重量为1.2-2.5,与重量为3-8的松香,重量为10-16的有机溶剂混合加热生成混合耐温剂。
2、以硝酸银重量为1,与重量为2-6的含硫量8-15%的硫化油,混合加热组成调色剂。
3、以硝酸铋重量为1,与重量为2-5的松香,重量为8-15的有机溶剂混合加热制得附着剂。
4、以氯化金重量为1,加入重量为2-6含硫量8-15%的硫化油,混合加热组成发色剂。
5、以松香重量为1,加入重量为0.3浓度为30%的稀硝酸,重量为1-1.5有机溶剂,混合加热组成填充剂。
6、以四氢萘重量为20-40,樟油重量10-50,环己酮重量为5-10,松节油重量为5-10,混合组成有机溶剂。
7、将发色剂、铬、锡混合耐温剂、调色剂和附着剂、填充剂、有机溶剂充分混合搅拌,陈化一周即得金水。
本发明充分利用铬、锡松脂酸盐的耐温性能,找到了金水各组分之间的合理配比,满足了金水的耐温度要求,彩烤后黄金膜符合陶瓷行业技术标准,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、由于本发明以价格低廉、储量丰富的金属铬、锡替代金属铑作耐温剂,产品成本大大降低,生产成本至少可降低10%,而且易于推广应用。
2、本发明的产品无论从内在性能和烤烧后质量均达到目前含铑金水的质量及使用要求以陶瓷用金水为例,与国内外名牌产品性能对比如下:
备注:无苯陶瓷金水系山东省硅酸盐研究所设计院生产的“春蕾”牌陶瓷金水,批号为9206,生产日期92年6月18日,1978年获全国科学大会奖,国家A级产品。
英国Matthey金水系英国Johnson Matthey公司出品,生产日期1992年1月。
测试条件:45/0,所用仪器是日本岛津GM-260色度、光泽度仪。
本发明的实施例如下:

Claims (3)
1、一种金水,由发色剂、调色剂、附着剂、混合耐温剂、溶剂和填充剂构成,
A20-40%四氢萘,10-50%樟油,5-10%环已酮,5-10%松节油的混合液作溶剂,加入量(以下以加入重量与金水总重的%表示)为2-10;
B硝化松香作填充剂,加入量为20-50;
C金的有机树脂为发色剂,加入量(以下均以加入金属重量与金水总重的%表示)为8-12;
D铋的树脂酸盐为附着剂,加入量为0.30-0.45;
其特征在于:
E以铬和锡的松脂酸盐作混合耐温剂,锡和铬的摩尔比为0-2,加入量为0.1-0.52;
F银的松脂酸盐为调色剂,加入量为0-0.3。
2、如权利要求1所述的金水,其特征在于所述耐温剂,锡和铬的摩尔比为0.1-0.7,加入量为0.12-0.35。
3、如权利要求1所述的金水,其特征在于调色剂银松脂酸盐的加入量为0.02-0.15。
