本发明提供一种石墨烯防静电不发火磨石,其主要原料按重量份计包括:普通硅酸盐水泥90‑100份、石墨烯2‑5份、聚羧酸盐3‑5份、颜料20‑40份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物3‑5份、牡蛎壳2‑5份、可分散乳胶粉0.5‑0.7份、乙酸钠2‑5份、白云石180‑200份。本发明的石墨烯防静电不发火磨石具有导电性能稳定、抗压强度高、耐磨性好、同时具有不发火的性能。

技术领域
本发明属于磨石领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯防静电不发火磨石。
背景技术
现有的防静电不发火水磨石存在性能不能持久,长期使用返修率高的问题,其防静电材料和不发火骨料在物理化学性能方面存在较大缺陷。首先承担防静电功能的导电粉(如石墨等)在空气中容易被氧化而丧失导电功能,在水泥等碱性介质的催化下更加速了氧化还原反应,一般10-16个月防静电检测将不符合国家标准。其次,不发火骨料中采用的白云石,本身材质轻脆,不发火原理正是利用其这种特性,在实际应用中,即使遇到轻微的摩擦碰撞,地面也会发生崩裂起砂导致损毁,其不发火功能也随之丧失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种导电性能稳定、抗压强度高、耐磨性好、同时具有不发火性能的石墨烯防静电磨石。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种石墨烯防静电不发火磨石,所述石墨烯防静电不发火磨石
的主要原料按重量份计包括:普通硅酸盐水泥90-100份、石墨烯2-5份、聚羧酸盐3-5份、颜料20-40份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物3-5份、牡蛎壳2-5份、可分散乳胶粉0.5-0.7份、乙酸钠2-5份、白云石180-200份。
优选的,所述石墨烯防静电不发火磨石的主要原料按重量份计包括:普通硅酸盐水泥100份、石墨烯5份、聚羧酸盐3份、颜料40份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5份、牡蛎壳2份、可分散乳胶粉0.5份、乙酸钠3份、白云石200份。
本发明的显著优点:本发明的石墨烯防静电不发火磨石具有导电性能稳定、抗压强度高、耐磨性好、不发火的性能。
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物具有优异的弹性、柔性、光泽性、透气性,将其加入到磨石材料中,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物填充在白云石的空隙中,当白云石遇到摩擦碰撞时,会对该摩擦碰撞力有个缓冲作用,避免了白云石的崩裂起砂,保证了磨石的不发火功能以及延长了磨石的使用寿命。

一种石墨烯防静电不发火磨石,所述石墨烯防静电不发火磨石的主要原料按重量份计包括:普通硅酸盐水泥100份、石墨烯5份、聚羧酸盐3份、颜料40份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5份、牡蛎壳2份、可分散乳胶粉0.5份、乙酸钠3份、白云石200份。
实施例2
一种石墨烯防静电不发火磨石,所述石墨烯防静电不发火磨石的主要原料按重量份计包括:普通硅酸盐水泥90份、石墨烯2份、聚羧酸盐3份、颜料20份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物3份、牡蛎壳2份、可分散乳胶粉0.5份、乙酸钠2份、白云石180份。
实施例3
一种石墨烯防静电不发火磨石,所述石墨烯防静电不发火磨石的主要原料按重量份计包括:普通硅酸盐水泥95份、石墨烯3份、聚羧酸盐4份、颜料30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物4份、牡蛎壳4份、可分散乳胶粉0.6份、乙酸钠3份、白云石190份。
将实施例1-3所得石墨烯防静电不发火磨石进行性能测试,其结果见表1。
