本发明公开了一种耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料及其制备方法,其由下列重量份的物质制备而成:氯化聚乙烯70-90、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20-30、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10-15、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯0.4-0.8、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1.5-2.5、二硫化钼4-8、三氧化二锑10-15、硅微粉8-12、聚四氟乙烯微粉5-10、尼龙酸二辛酯10-15、山梨糖醇3-5、癸二酸二辛酯5-10、沉淀白炭黑20-25、促料具有耐低温性、高弹性的性能,在-50℃低温条件下,仍保持良好的弹性、柔进剂TMTD2-3、防老剂ODA1-2、防老剂TPPD1-2、复合填料3-5。本发明护套韧性,且具有优良的物理机械性能、电绝缘性能、耐老化、耐磨性和抗冲击性,经久耐用,安全可靠,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源线护套料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电源线护套是电源线不可缺少的中间结构部分,起着保护电源线的作用,保证电源线的通电安全,让铜丝和水、空气等介质隔绝,避免出现漏电现象。氯化聚乙烯护套料因具有优良的阻燃性、耐候性以及较好的物理机械性能,适用于电源线护套,对铜芯具有足够的保护作用。但是目前现有的氯化聚乙烯电源线护套的耐低温和弹性难以同时达到使用要求,因此急需开发一种耐低温性好、弹性高的氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种综合性能优异的耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯70-90、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20-30、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10-15、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯0.4-0.8、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1.5-2.5、二硫化钼4-8、三氧化二锑10-15、硅微粉8-12、聚四氟乙烯微粉5-10、尼龙酸二辛酯10-15、山梨糖醇3-5、癸二酸二辛酯5-10、沉淀白炭黑20-25、促进剂TMTD2-3、防老剂ODA1-2、防老剂TPPD1-2、复合填料3-5;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量份的原料:叶腊石8-12、透辉石5-10、蛋白土4-8、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、木质素磺酸钙2-3、硅酸钠3-5、电气石渣4-7、纳米金刚石3-6、锗石粉2-4、硬脂酸钠1-2;b、将叶腊石、透辉石、蛋白土在540-580℃下煅烧4-8h,冷却,粉碎,过300-400目筛,与电气石渣、纳米金刚石、锗石粉、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、三乙醇胺和硅酸钠,1000-1500rpm高速研磨15-20min,烘干;然后加入适量的水打浆制成浓度为40-50%的浆液,然后加浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液煮沸1-2h,冷却至室温后,用浓度为15-20%的氢氧化钠溶液调节至中性,再加入1-2%的三乙醇胺、2-3%的聚丙烯酸、3-5%的月桂醇硫酸钠、2-3%的松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和3-4%的聚乙二醇,水浴加热至70-80℃,2000-3000rpm高速研磨浆料粒径至10μm以下,然后喷雾干燥成粉末即可。
一种耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将密炼机加热至70-80℃,加入氯化聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、沉淀白炭黑、尼龙酸二辛酯、二硫化钼、三氧化二锑,混炼3-6min;当温度升至95-100℃时,加入硅微粉、聚四氟乙烯微粉、山梨糖醇、癸二酸二辛酯、复合填料,混炼2-4min,再加入其余原料,混炼1-2min,降温至45℃以下出料;
(2)将上述混好的物料投入双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为140-160℃,螺杆转速为200-250r/min,最后经风冷、筛选磁选、计量、包装,即得所需的护套料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明护套料具有耐低温性、高弹性的性能,在-50℃低温条件下,仍保持良好的弹性、柔韧性,且具有优良的物理机械性能、电绝缘性能、耐老化、耐磨性和抗冲击性,经久耐用,安全可靠,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
一种耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料,由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯80、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯0.5、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯2、二硫化钼6、三氧化二锑12、硅微粉10、聚四氟乙烯微粉7、尼龙酸二辛酯15、山梨糖醇4、癸二酸二辛酯8、沉淀白炭黑22、促进剂TMTD2、防老剂ODA1、防老剂TPPD2、复合填料4;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量(kg)的原料:叶腊石10、透辉石8、蛋白土6、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5、木质素磺酸钙2、硅酸钠4、电气石渣6、纳米金刚石4、锗石粉3、硬脂酸钠2;b、将叶腊石、透辉石、蛋白土在580℃下煅烧4h,冷却,粉碎,过400目筛,与电气石渣、纳米金刚石、锗石粉、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、三乙醇胺和硅酸钠,1500rpm高速研磨15min,烘干;然后加入适量的水打浆制成浓度为50%的浆液,然后加浓度为18%的盐酸溶液煮沸1.5h,冷却至室温后,用浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液调节至中性,再加入1.5%的三乙醇胺、2%的聚丙烯酸、4%的月桂醇硫酸钠、2.5%的松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和3%的聚乙二醇,水浴加热至80℃,3000rpm高速研磨浆料粒径至10μm以下,然后喷雾干燥成粉末即可。
一种耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将密炼机加热至70-80℃,加入氯化聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、沉淀白炭黑、尼龙酸二辛酯、二硫化钼、三氧化二锑,混炼5min;当温度升至95-100℃时,加入硅微粉、聚四氟乙烯微粉、山梨糖醇、癸二酸二辛酯、复合填料,混炼3min,再加入其余原料,混炼2min,降温至45℃以下出料;
(2)将上述混好的物料投入双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为140-160℃,螺杆转速为200r/min,最后经风冷、筛选磁选、计量、包装,即得所需的护套料。
制得的护套料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯70-90、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20-30、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体10-15、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯0.4-0.8、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1.5-2.5、二硫化钼 4-8、三氧化二锑10-15、硅微粉 8-12、聚四氟乙烯微粉 5-10、尼龙酸二辛酯 10-15、山梨糖醇 3-5、癸二酸二辛酯5-10、沉淀白炭黑 20-25、促进剂TMTD 2-3、防老剂ODA 1-2、防老剂TPPD 1-2、复合填料3-5;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量份的原料:叶腊石8-12、透辉石5-10、蛋白土4-8、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、木质素磺酸钙2-3、硅酸钠 3-5、电气石渣4-7、纳米金刚石3-6、锗石粉2-4、硬脂酸钠1-2;b、将叶腊石、透辉石、蛋白土在540-580℃下煅烧4-8h,冷却,粉碎,过300-400目筛,与电气石渣、纳米金刚石、锗石粉、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、三乙醇胺和硅酸钠,1000-1500rpm高速研磨15-20min,烘干;然后加入适量的水打浆制成浓度为40-50%的浆液,然后加浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液煮沸1-2h,冷却至室温后,用浓度为15-20%的氢氧化钠溶液调节至中性,再加入1-2%的三乙醇胺、2-3%的聚丙烯酸、3-5%的月桂醇硫酸钠、2-3%的松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和3-4%的聚乙二醇,水浴加热至70-80℃,2000-3000rpm高速研磨浆料粒径至10μm以下,然后喷雾干燥成粉末即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐低温高弹性氯化聚乙烯电源线护套料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    (1)将密炼机加热至70-80℃,加入氯化聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、沉淀白炭黑、尼龙酸二辛酯、二硫化钼、三氧化二锑,混炼3-6min;当温度升至95-100℃时,加入硅微粉、聚四氟乙烯微粉、山梨糖醇 、癸二酸二辛酯、复合填料,混炼2-4min,再加入其余原料,混炼1-2min,降温至45℃以下出料;
    (2)将上述混好的物料投入双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的工作温度为140-160℃,螺杆转速为200-250r/min,最后经风冷、筛选磁选、计量、包装,即得所需的护套料。
