In this embodiment, the movable shearing finger 523 is provided with a blowing hole 5231 for blowing away the trimmed waste, one end of the blowing hole 5231, which is close to the fixed shearing finger 522, is an air outlet end, and the other end of the blowing hole 5231 is an air inlet end; the air inlet end of the air blowing hole 5231 is connected with an external air pipe, when the waste protruding out of the filter element 10 is sheared, the sheared waste is blown away by the air of the external air pipe through the air blowing hole 5231, so that the sheared waste is prevented from remaining on the fixed shearing finger 522 or the movable shearing finger 523 or between the fixed shearing finger 522 and the movable shearing finger 523, the influence on the trimming mechanism 52 to shear the waste in the filter element 10 after the next edging is avoided, and the trimming efficiency of the trimming mechanism 52 is improved.
