一种管道外壁开槽器,包括桶状结构的刀架,刀架包括固定在一起的底座与桶壁,桶壁上设有豁口,豁口内固定沿桶壁轴向设置的导向柱,导向柱外套设切刀,切刀设有与导向柱配合的固定孔,固定孔的径向长度大于导向柱的厚度,使得切刀能进行径向移动;桶壁的前端螺纹配合压紧螺母,压紧螺母向后方延伸形成按压部,按压部与桶壁的外表面之间形成收纳室,切刀固定指向收纳室的弯曲部,通过弯曲部与按压部的盘配合,能使切刀进行径向移动;导向柱固定在刀架上。相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果为,本发明通过螺母与刀架的配合,使切刀与管道外壁发生旋转运动,完成开槽动作,减少人工了劳动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道外壁开槽器。
背景技术
在铺设水管过程中,经常要将两个管道连接起来,有时候需要在水管外壁开设环状槽,目前没有合适的工具器械。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:在管道外壁开槽时,如何减少人工劳动、减轻负担。
本发明的技术方案具体为:
一种管道外壁开槽器,包括桶状结构的刀架,刀架包括固定在一起的底座与桶壁,桶壁上设有豁口,豁口内固定沿桶壁轴向设置的导向柱,导向柱外套设切刀,切刀设有与导向柱配合的固定孔,固定孔的径向长度大于导向柱的厚度,使得切刀能进行径向移动;桶壁的前端螺纹配合压紧螺母,压紧螺母向后方延伸形成按压部,按压部与桶壁的外表面之间形成收纳室,切刀固定指向收纳室的弯曲部,通过弯曲部与按压部的盘配合,能使切刀进行径向移动;导向柱固定在刀架上。
在桶壁的前端固定水管支撑架。
桶壁与水管支撑架的固定具体为:桶壁的前端内壁上设有环状槽,水管支撑架的对应位置为凸环,凸环卡在环状槽内。
按压部的内表面设有凹陷区。
水管支撑架开口处的壁上设有至少一个豁口。
相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果为,本发明通过螺母与刀架的配合,使切刀与管道外壁发生旋转运动,完成开槽动作,减少人工了劳动。

具体实施方式
本说明书中,前为水管进入方向,后为底座方向。
如图1-3,一种管道外壁开槽器,包括桶状结构的刀架1,刀架1包括固定在一起的底座14与桶壁13,桶壁13上设有豁口,豁口内固定沿桶壁13轴向设置的导向柱11,导向柱11外套设切刀2,切刀2设有与导向柱11配合的固定孔21,固定孔21的径向长度大于导向柱11的厚度(参见图2),使得切刀2能进行径向移动。
桶壁13的前端螺纹配合压紧螺母3,压紧螺母3向后方延伸形成按压部31,按压部31与桶壁13的外表面之间形成收纳室15,切刀2固定指向收纳室15的弯曲部22,通过弯曲部22与按压部31的盘配合,能使切刀2进行径向移动。
导向柱11固定在刀架1上,可以为底座14,也可以为桶壁13。
其工作原理为:
将水管8穿在刀架1内,直到水管8抵在底座14上,此时,水管管壁的进入,使切刀位于高位(就是切刀刀刃与水管管壁只是接触状态)。然后,(通过手动或者机械带动)旋转刀架1,使刀架1与压紧螺母3发生旋转运动、同时轴向方向发生相向运动,导致弯曲部22伸入到收纳室15更深的位置、同时弯曲部22挤压按压部31、切刀2进行径向移动进入到水管外壁进行开槽。当开槽宽度完成后,将水管取出即可。
为了方便固定水管,在桶壁13的前端固定水管支撑架8,其能在开槽时,避免水管晃动。
为了方便水管进入支撑架8内,支撑架8开口处的壁上设有至少一个豁口。
桶壁13与水管支撑架8的固定具体为:桶壁13的前端内壁上设有环状槽12,水管支撑架8的对应位置为凸环41,凸环41卡在环状槽12内。
事实上,开设的槽中间可能会有阻挡部(就是说,该槽的首尾不连通),此时,如图3,按压部31的内表面设有凹陷区32。本发明工作时,压紧螺母3不转动、水管8不转动,刀架1及其固定的切刀2转动,完成开槽。当切刀2的弯曲部22转动到凹陷区32时,弯曲部22不能继续挤压按压部31,造成切刀2会发生跳刀(就是跳刀从槽中跳出),同时刀架1及其固定的切刀2继续转动,在跳刀的这段时间内,切刀2不再进行开槽,所以,跳刀时间切刀2扫过的部分的水管管壁上会形成阻挡部。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种管道外壁开槽器,包括桶状结构的刀架,刀架包括固定在一起的底座与桶壁,桶壁上设有豁口,豁口内固定沿桶壁轴向设置的导向柱,导向柱外套设切刀,切刀设有与导向柱配合的固定孔,固定孔的径向长度大于导向柱的厚度,使得切刀能进行径向移动;
桶壁的前端螺纹配合压紧螺母,压紧螺母向后方延伸形成按压部,按压部与桶壁的外表面之间形成收纳室,切刀固定指向收纳室的弯曲部,通过弯曲部与按压部的盘配合,能使切刀进行径向移动;
导向柱固定在刀架上;
按压部的内表面设有凹陷区。
2.如权利要求1所述的管道外壁开槽器,其特征在于:在桶壁的前端固定水管支撑架。
