Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种圆筒形工件的激光涂敷法,其中,在对需涂敷的表面进行表面加工后,使工件绕其轴线转动,将一不完全聚焦的激光束放射在工件的表面上,并将具有与需沉积的合金相同成分的预合金粉料投放在激光束与工件相互作用的区域内。
这种技术专门用于零件的修复,特别是通过在激光束中投放粉料对汽轮机控制棒进行的补料修复。这要求加上大量的热量以致使工件变形。
为避免这种变形,作为本发明的第一实施例,沿分布在工件上的若干彼此不相接触的母线作出第一周的成道沉积合金,此后再作出若干周类似于第一周的成道沉积合金直至整个工件表面受到覆盖。
作为本发明的第二实施例,在工件上作出相对于与工件轴线正交的垂直平面彼此对称的若干道窄条螺旋形沉积合金直至整个工件表面受到覆盖。
本发明并不受这两个特殊的实施例的限制,以下就这两个实施例参照附图作较详细的说明。
图1所示为本发明涂敷方法的第一实施例。
图2所示为图1所示工件的剖面。
图3所示为本发明涂敷方法的第二实施例。
需涂敷的圆筒形工件11可绕其轴线转动并在其两端装有防护环12(图1)。
CO2激光发生器13放射出一激光束14,使此激光束在工件11的表面上作不完全聚焦,从而使激光束14轰击工件的一区域15,将具有与需沉积的合金相同成分的预合金粉料投放在所述区域15内,粉料通过一喷咀16随运载气体一起投放。
喷咀17向工件表面喷射冷却气体。
按本发明,激光13和喷咀16平行于工件11的一母线移动。因而沿一条母线1沉积出第1道合金,此后工件移动180℃而沉积出第2道合金。工件再转动90℃而沉积出第3道合金。最后,工件转动180°而沉积出第4道合金(图4)。这样,第一周即告结束。于是开始类似的第二周而相邻于第1、2、3、4道合金依次沉积出第5、6、7、8道合金。这一操作连续地进行直至整个工件表面受到覆盖。
这样涂敷的工件不会产生明显的变形,精加工所需加工量可降低到最低程度。
在图3所示本发明方法的实施例中,工件11转动而激光和喷咀沿相对于工件的垂直对称平面的两条彼此对称的螺旋形路线n和n+1移动,再沿相邻于此第一对螺旋形路线移动直至整个工件表面受到覆盖。

Claims (5)

1、一种用激光(13)对圆筒形工件(11)进行涂敷的方法,其中,在对需涂敷的表面进行表面加工后,使工件(11)绕其轴线转动,将一不完全聚焦的激光束(14)放射在工件(11)的表面上,并将具有与需沉积的合金相同成分的预合金粉料投放在激光束(14)与工件(11)相互作用的区域(15)内,该方法的特征是:沿分布在工件(11)上的若干彼此不相接触的母线作出第一周的成道沉积合金,此后作出类似于第一周的若干周成道沉积合金直至整个工件表面受到覆盖。
2、按权利要求1所述用激光对圆筒形工件进行涂敷的方法,其特征是:沿一母线沉积出第1道合金,再使工件绕其轴线转动180°而沉积出第2道合金,再使工件转动90°而沉积出第3道合金,再使工件转动180°而沉积出第4道合金,此后,相邻于第n道合金沉积出第n+4道另外的四道合金,这样连续进行下去直至整个工件(11)表面受到覆盖。
3、一种用激光(13)对圆筒形工件(11)进行涂敷的方法,其中,在对需涂敷的表面进行表面加工后,使工件(11)绕其轴线转动,将一不完全聚焦的激光束(14)放射在工件(11)的表面上,并将具有与需沉积的合金相同成分的预合金粉料投放在激光束(14)与工件(11)相互作用的区域(15)内,该方法的特征是:在工件(11)上作出相对于与工件轴线正交的一垂直平面彼此对称的若干道窄条螺旋形沉积合金直至整个工件表面受到覆盖。
4、按权利要求1或3所述的方法,其特征是:该激光为CO2激光。
5、按权利要求1-4中任一项所述方法,其特征是:对需涂敷的表面进行冷却。
