Abstract

本发明公开了一种锂电池涂布机,本发明包括机架、涂布辊、支撑架、传动链轮组、支撑链和分段调整结构,所述涂布辊两端通过轴与支撑架转动连接,支撑架通过弹性部件与机架连接,所述的分段调整结构包括支撑块和多组支撑轮组,支撑块分别位于涂布辊的两端,支撑轮组位于支撑块的下方,每组支撑轮组有两个支撑轮,两个支撑轮分别设置在支撑链的两侧,多组支撑轮组等间距设置。本发明通过设置支撑链上支撑轮组的间距来调整涂布的长短,通过更换支撑架下端两侧的两块可拆卸的支撑块来调整涂布分段的间距。本发明不仅能够进行分段涂布而且能够根据需要非常方便的调整涂布的长度,结构简单可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锂电池涂布机。
背景技术
锂电池作为新兴能源使用越来越广泛,尤其是移动通讯数码产品及新能源汽车在人们的生活中使用非常普遍,锂电池制造设备也在不断的改进更新,而锂电池极片的涂布工序是锂电池生产过程中非常关键的工序,涂布质量的的好坏会极大的影响电池的安全性,目前虽然涂布机种类很多,但极片都是采用连续涂布,再根据需要进行切割分片,这种工艺不仅工艺复杂且生产效率低,而且无法保证产品质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:本发明提供一种能够对锂电池极片进行分段涂布且加工工艺简单质量可靠的锂电池涂布机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括机架、涂布辊、支撑架、传动链轮组、支撑链和分段调整结构,所述涂布辊两端通过轴与支撑架转动连接,支撑架通过弹性部件与机架连接,所述的支撑链设置在涂布辊下方,用于驱动支撑链的传动链轮组设置在支撑链中,每个传动链轮组包括有两个同轴设置有链轮,支撑链包括环状输送带和设置在环状输送带两侧的两个环状链条,两个环状链条分别与传动链轮组的两个链轮啮合,所述的分段调整结构包括设置在支撑架下端两侧的两块可拆卸的支撑块和设置在支撑链上多组支撑轮组,支撑块分别位于涂布辊的两端,支撑轮组位于支撑块的下方,每组支撑轮组有两个支撑轮,两个支撑轮分别设置在支撑链的两侧,多组支撑轮组等间距设置,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块,涂布辊抬升一定高度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的弹性部件为可伸缩弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明包括涂布辊、支撑架、支撑链、支撑轮组和支撑块,通过设置支撑链上支撑轮组的间距来调整涂布的长短,通过更换支撑架下端两侧的两块可拆卸的支撑块来调整涂布分段的间距,当换用较长的支撑块时,未涂布的间隙变长。本发明不仅能够进行分段涂布而且能够根据需要非常方便的调整涂布的长度及间隙,结构简单可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示的一种锂电池涂布机,包括机架9、涂布辊3、支撑架6、传动链轮组1、支撑链7和分段调整结构,涂布辊3两端通过轴与支撑架6转动连接,支撑架6通过弹性部件与机架9连接,弹性部件为可伸缩弹簧2,所述的支撑链7设置在涂布辊3下方,用于驱动支撑链7的传动链轮组1设置在支撑链7中,每个传动链轮组1包括有两个同轴设置有链轮,支撑链7包括环状输送带和设置在环状输送带两侧的两个环状链条,两个环状链条分别与传动链轮组1的两个链轮啮合,所述的分段调整结构包括设置在支撑架6下端两侧的两块可拆卸的支撑块4和设置在支撑链7上多组支撑轮组5,支撑块4分别位于涂布辊3的两端,支撑轮组5位于支撑块4的下方,每组支撑轮组5有两个支撑轮,两个支撑轮分别设置在支撑链7的两侧,多组支撑轮组5等间距设置,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块4的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块4,涂布辊抬升一定高度。
工作原理:如图1所示,锂电池极片8铺在支撑链7上,涂布机开启后,支撑链7从右向左运动,锂电池极片8被支撑链7传送到涂布辊3下方时,涂布辊3对锂电池极片8进行均匀涂布。如图2、图3 所示锂电池极片8继续向左传送,当下一组支撑轮组5传送到涂布辊3下方时,支撑轮组5将支撑块4撑起,此时可伸缩弹簧2产生压缩变形,支撑架6带动涂布辊3脱离锂电池极片8,涂布辊3不再对锂电池极片8进行涂布,支撑链7继续带动支撑轮组5和锂电池极片8向左传动,当支撑轮组5穿过支撑块4后,可伸缩弹簧2恢复原样推动涂布辊3向下移动,涂布辊3又恢复涂布状态,这样通过运动的支撑轮组5抬起涂布辊3来实现对锂电池极片8的分段涂布。本发明通过更换不同长度的支撑块4来达到锂电池极片8分段的不同长度的设置,通过调整各支撑轮组5之间的间距来调整锂电池极片8涂布的长度,从而达到生产不同型号的锂电池极片8的目的。

Claims (2)

1.一种锂电池涂布机,包括机架(9)、涂布辊(3)、支撑架(6)、传动链轮组(1)、支撑链(7)和分段调整结构,其特征在于:所述涂布辊(3)两端通过轴与支撑架(6)转动连接,支撑架(6)通过弹性部件与机架(9)连接,所述的支撑链(7)设置在涂布辊(3)下方,用于驱动支撑链(7)的传动链轮组(1)设置在支撑链(7)中,每个传动链轮组(1)包括有两个同轴设置有链轮,支撑链(7)包括环状输送带和设置在环状输送带两侧的两个环状链条,两个环状链条分别与传动链轮组(1)的两个链轮啮合,所述的分段调整结构包括设置在支撑架(6)下端两侧的两块可拆卸的支撑块(4)和设置在支撑链(7)上多组支撑轮组(5),支撑块(4)分别位于涂布辊(3)的两端,支撑轮组(5)位于支撑块(4)的下方,每组支撑轮组(5)有两个支撑轮,两个支撑轮分别设置在支撑链(7)的两侧,多组支撑轮组(5)等间距设置,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块(4)的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块(4),涂布辊抬升一定高度。
