Abstract
本发明公开了一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂及制造方法,该矿砂包括有:凹凸棒土500~600份、膨润土50~100份、海泡石50~100份、麦饭石50~100份、沸石150~250份;通过采用凹凸棒土、膨润土、海泡石、麦饭石、沸石制造的矿砂可以有效循环的净化水质。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿砂技术领域,尤其涉及一种一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂以及制造方法。
背景技术
天然沸石用于水质净化,经过加工处理常用作水池底部的铺垫,传统的净化水质用的是沸石配上石英砂来进行净化,但是此种净化效果不够理想,过滤砂在经过一段时间使用后,积存的污物会阻挡水流使其减弱甚至引起堵塞的问题,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂及制造方法,通过采用凹凸棒土、膨润土、海泡石、麦饭石、沸石制造的矿砂可以有效循环的净化水质,以解决现有矿砂净化水质效率低下的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂及制造方法,该矿砂包括有:凹凸棒土500~600份、膨润土50~100份、海泡石50~100份、麦饭石50~100份、沸石150~250份。
进一步改进在于:该矿砂包括有凹凸棒土550份、膨润土75份、海泡石75份、麦饭石75份、沸石200份。
一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂的制造方法:先将凹凸棒土、膨润土、石英、沸石、海泡石和麦饭石进行干燥,干燥后的含水量3~5%,然后分别进行磨碎成150~200目,再将各成分进行混合并进行搅拌,搅拌混合时间30~60分钟,然后进行均化处理24~48小时,最后成型造粒并进行高温处理,温度保持在600-800°。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过采用凹凸棒土、膨润土、海泡石、麦饭石、沸石制造的矿砂可以有效循环的净化水质,凹凸棒土中可以填满沸石水和结晶水,增强矿砂的吸水性和吸附脱色性,本发明生产简单、制造的矿砂性能有益,可以用于鱼缸、水族池、景观池等,具有水质净化净化和景观功能;也可用于各类池塘,具有水质净化净化功能,且纯天然无食品污染风险,或者撒播于花土中,具有保水和水质净化,尤其是抑制异味功能,还用于小便池,具有尿液净化,尤其是抑制异味功能。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂及制造方法,其特征在于,该矿砂包括有:凹凸棒土500份、膨润土50份、海泡石50份、麦饭石50份、沸石150份。

本实施例提供一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂及制造方法,其特征在于,该矿砂包括有:凹凸棒土550份、膨润土75份、海泡石75份、麦饭石75份、沸石200份。

本发明通过采用凹凸棒土、膨润土、海泡石、麦饭石、沸石制造的矿砂可以有效循环的净化水质,凹凸棒土中可以填满沸石水和结晶水,增强矿砂的吸水性和吸附脱色性,本发明生产简单、制造的矿砂性能有益,可以用于鱼缸、水族池、景观池等,具有水质净化净化和景观功能;也可用于各类池塘,具有水质净化净化功能,且纯天然无食品污染风险,或者撒播于花土中,具有保水和水质净化,尤其是抑制异味功能,还用于小便池,具有尿液净化,尤其是抑制异味功能。

1.一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂及制造方法,其特征在于,该矿砂包括有:凹凸棒土500~600份、膨润土50~100份、海泡石50~100份、麦饭石50~100份、沸石150~250份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂,其特征在于:该矿砂包括有凹凸棒土550份、膨润土75份、海泡石75份、麦饭石75份、沸石200份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可以循环使用的净化水质用矿砂的制造方法,其特征在于:先将凹凸棒土、膨润土、石英、沸石、海泡石和麦饭石进行干燥,干燥后的含水量3~5%,然后分别进行磨碎成150~200目,再将各成分进行混合并进行搅拌,搅拌混合时间30~60分钟,然后进行均化处理24~48小时,最后成型造粒并进行高温处理,温度保持在600-800°。
