本发明涉及一种溶气水直饮机,其特征在于:压力罐(1)顶部装有喷淋器(2),喷淋器(2)上部连接上三通(3),上三通(3)上部接有泄压阀(4),上三通(3)侧面连接循环水管(20),压力罐(1)上部侧面开口接有气管(5),气管(5)另一端经过单向气阀(6)连接着气体发生器(7),压力罐(1)底部开口接有下三通(11),下三通(11)底部安装有伸入压力罐(1)内部的水位传感器下浮球(12)和水位传感器上浮球(13),下三通接头(11)侧面连接供水管(15),供水管(15)经单向水阀(16)连接供水泵(17),供水泵(17)接源水管(18)。本发明实现了用物理方法制作出适合长期保存或直接饮用的溶气水饮料,并且浓度较高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种溶气水直饮机,主要用于制作高浓度溶气水的制作和饮用。
背景技术
某些气体的水溶液,具有很好地保健和医疗作用,但是类似于氢气这样的一些难溶于水的气体很难用于制作饮用溶气水,这种饮用溶气水不但制作困难,而且不容易保存,所以市场上很难见到能够长期保存的富氢水饮料,也没有成熟的直饮机设备。目前市场上能够找到的富氢水饮料实测溶气浓度较低,并且不适宜长期保存。目前市场上的富氢水直饮机以电解水或矿化水为主,主要制作方法是化学法(包括电化学方法),这些方法对源水的水质都有一定得要求,比如自来水都含有一定量的氯离子,经过电解会生成次氯酸盐等物质,优质矿泉水经过电解会改变水质,这些方法制作的饮用水对身体健康都存在不良影响。
发明内容
我们经过长期研究,实现了溶气水理论突破,对溶气方法和溶气量的概念有了新的认识,明确了气体在水中的多种状态,尤其明确了对身体最有益的溶气状态,经过长期的试验实现了用物理方法能够制作出适合长期保存或直接饮用的溶气水饮料,并且浓度较高。本发明就是物理法制作饮用溶气水的直饮机实施方案之一,填补了物理法溶气水直饮机的空白。实现本发明采取的技术方案是:一种溶气水直饮机,包括有压力罐,压力罐下部侧面开口接有节制阀,节制阀经过饮水管给水杯供水,其特征在于:压力罐顶部开口,并装有喷淋器,喷淋器上部连接上三通,上三通上部接有泄压阀,上三通侧面连接循环水管,压力罐上部侧面开口接有气管,气管另一端经过单向气阀连接着气体发生器,压力罐底部开口接有下三通,下三通底部安装有伸入压力罐内部的水位传感器下浮球和水位传感器上浮球,下三通接头侧面连接供水管,供水管经单向水阀连接供水泵,供水泵接源水管,供水泵通过水位信号线连接水位传感器下浮球和水位传感器上浮球,同时,供水管连接循环水泵,循环水泵上部经过循环水管接上三通,溶质气体储存于压力罐上部,罐内水体储存于压力罐下部,喷淋器的喷射水流,自上而下喷射于溶质气体中。
本发明能用任何种类的饮用源水制作溶气饮用水。本发明是用物理方法,在一个压力罐内同时保存溶质气体和水,通过高压和喷淋混合,使得罐内水成为气液混合水,但是这种气液混合水中的水和气主要基于压力而简单混合,真正以键合态溶于水的气体非常少。键合态气体溶液需要剪切和高压两种基本条件。因此如果罐内的气液混合物直接释放在常压下,溶质气体会急速从水中分离出来。罐内的高压气液混合水经过具有适当开度的节制阀和适当长度的饮水管释放到常压环境,期间就会基于特定的流道效应,经过急速剪切,在常压的水中形成大量的微纳米气泡,这些微纳米气泡通过内表面张力效应,把经过剪切混合的气水混合物变成高浓度溶气水,溶气水的溶质含量较高,同时能保持60分钟左右,能够满足直接饮用。本发明的设备能用任何种类的饮用源水制作溶气饮用水。
本发明的溶气水直饮机由压力罐、气体发生器、循环水泵、供水泵、水位传感器、球阀、饮水管、循环水管、供水管、气管、单向阀、泄压阀等部件组成。压力罐内同时保存溶质气体和水,通过高压和喷淋混合,使得罐内水成为气液混合水。压力罐内的溶质气体由气体发生器经过单向气阀和气管定压供应到上部,气体发生器自动控制输出气压值,气体发生器的输出气压值就是压力罐的基本工作压力。压力罐内的水来自外部的供水泵,罐内水位受控于水位传感器的浮球位置。压力罐的工作压力在其基本工作压力下,随供水泵泵入少量的水而发生一定幅度的增高,并随着饮水管向外释放一定水量而降低。循环水泵从压力罐底部吸水,送水到压力罐上部的喷淋器,喷淋器喷水于压力罐上部溶质气体,回落于压力罐下部的水中。压力罐顶部设有泄压阀,维护压力系统的安全。压力罐内部的气水混合物经过适当开度节制阀和饮水管,释放到饮水杯。
本发明实现了用物理方法制作出适合长期保存或直接饮用的溶气水饮料,并且浓度较高。

参照附图,一种溶气水直饮机,包括有压力罐1,压力罐1下部侧面开口接有节制阀8,节制阀8经过饮水管9给水杯10供水,其特征在于:压力罐1顶部开口,并装有喷淋器2,喷淋器2上部连接上三通3,上三通3上部接有泄压阀4,上三通3侧面连接循环水管20,压力罐1上部侧面开口接有气管5,气管5另一端经过单向气阀6连接着气体发生器7,压力罐1底部开口接有下三通11,下三通11底部安装有伸入压力罐1内部的水位传感器下浮球12和水位传感器上浮球13,下三通接头11侧面连接供水管15,供水管15经单向水阀16连接供水泵17,供水泵17接源水管18,供水泵17通过水位信号线14连接水位传感器下浮球12和水位传感器上浮球13,同时,供水管15连接循环水泵19,循环水泵19上部经过循环水管20接上三通3,溶质气体22储存于压力罐1上部,罐内水体21储存于压力罐1下部,喷淋器2的喷射水流23,自上而下喷射于溶质气体22中。

1.一种溶气水直饮机,包括有压力罐(1),压力罐(1)下部侧面开口接有节制阀(8),节制阀(8)经过饮水管(9)给水杯(10)供水,其特征在于:压力罐(1)顶部开口,并装有喷淋器(2),喷淋器(2)上部连接上三通(3),上三通(3)上部接有泄压阀(4),上三通(3)侧面连接循环水管(20),压力罐(1)上部侧面开口接有气管(5),气管(5)另一端经过单向气阀(6)连接着气体发生器(7),压力罐(1)底部开口接有下三通(11),下三通(11)底部安装有伸入压力罐(1)内部的水位传感器下浮球(12)和水位传感器上浮球(13),下三通接头(11)侧面连接供水管(15),供水管(15)经单向水阀(16)连接供水泵(17),供水泵(17)接源水管(18),供水泵(17)通过水位信号线(14)连接水位传感器下浮球(12)和水位传感器上浮球(13),同时,供水管(15)连接循环水泵(19),循环水泵(19)上部经过循环水管(20)接上三通(3),溶质气体(22)储存于压力罐(1)上部,罐内水体(21)储存于压力罐(1)下部,喷淋器(2)的喷射水流(23),自上而下喷射于溶质气体(22)中。
