本发明公开了一种酵素,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:野薄荷0.5份,马齿笕0.4份,车前草0.4份,蒲公英0.4份,苍耳子0.5份,马兰0.4份,狗尾巴草0.4份,葡萄糖2份,水15份,其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)按前述原料份数备料;(2)清洗及控干:将步骤(1)准备好的野薄荷5份、马齿笕4份、车前草4份、蒲公英4份、苍耳子5份、马兰4份、狗尾巴草4份清洗后控干;(3)发酵:将步骤(2)清洗好的原料切碎放入发酵桶,加入葡萄糖2份、水15份,然后密封发酵,温度25度,发酵半年。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明采用多种野生植物和有机水果蔬菜为原料,具有清热解毒,湿疹利尿抗病毒的作用。除多种食用酵素以外,还是农业所需的好肥料。

技术领域
本发明涉及酵素,尤其涉及一种酵素及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,传统的农药化肥对人类的危害;一、容易造成肥胖;二、容易致癌;三、干扰内分泌;四、会使消化功能紊乱;五、影响免疫系统和造血系统;六、导致胎儿的内脏发育不全而畸形。
随着化肥农药在人体内的堆积,形成了现代高血压,心脏病,糖尿病和癌症等疾病的爆发。化肥农药成了我们食物中的最大的潜在杀手,食品安全和健康的环境得不到保证。
酵素又称为“酶”,一种比细胞单位更小的蛋白质。是一种带有生物催化的特殊蛋白质。人或植物内新城代谢中各种生化变的媒介体,作用于细胞代谢新生,分解消化都少不了它,没有酵素就没有生命。
酵素是天然的好肥料,能改善土壤环境,把贫瘠地转变为肥沃的土地。酵素液稀释后喷洒植物叶面有助于促进光合作用,浇灌植物根系会获得更多的氧气,促进蛋白质,淀粉,脂肪在土里的分解,为植物增加肥料。抗病,杀菌,抗倒伏,控制病虫害,回归生态种植,恢复原生态营养,提高产品质量,成本比化肥农药低,而且环保。

本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种酵素及其制备工 艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种酵素,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下原料组成:野薄荷0.5份,马齿笕0.4份,车前草0.4份,蒲公英0.4份,苍耳子0.5份,马兰0.4份,狗尾巴草0.4份,葡萄糖2份,水15份。
一种酵素的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:野薄荷0.5份,马齿笕0.4份,车前草0.4份,蒲公英0.4份,苍耳子0.5份,马兰0.4份,狗尾巴草0.4份,葡萄糖2份,水15份;
(2)清洗及控干:将步骤(1)准备好的野薄荷5份、马齿笕4份、车前草4份、蒲公英4份、苍耳子5份、马兰4份、狗尾巴草4份清洗后控干;
(3)发酵:将步骤(2)清洗好的原料切碎放入发酵桶,加入葡萄糖2份、水15份,然后密封发酵,温度25度,发酵半年。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明采用多种野生植物和有机水果蔬菜为原料,具有清热解毒,湿疹,疮癣,抗病毒的作用。除多种食用酵素以外,还是农业所需的好肥料。同时,本发明提供的酵素制备工艺是一种绿色制备工艺,最大限度保留酵素对人体和植物所需的营养成分自然发酵而成。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
一种酵素,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下原料组成:野薄荷0.5份,马齿笕0.4份,车前草0.4份,蒲公英0.4份,苍耳子0.5份,马兰0.4份,狗尾巴草0.4份,葡萄糖2份,水 15份。
一种酵素的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:野薄荷0.5份,马齿笕0.4份,车前草0.4份,蒲公英0.4份,苍耳子0.5份,马兰0.4份,狗尾巴草0.4份,葡萄糖2份,水15份;
(2)清洗及控干:将步骤(1)准备好的野薄荷5份、马齿笕4份、车前草4份、蒲公英4份、苍耳子5份、马兰4份、狗尾巴草4份清洗后控干;
(3)发酵:将步骤(2)清洗好的原料切碎放入发酵桶,加入葡萄糖2份、水15份,然后密封发酵,温度25度,发酵半年。
本发明应用于农业领域:用发酵好的酵素1斤稀释100斤水1000斤土,100斤秸秆粉碎(减少焚烧,减少空气污染)100斤有机垃圾和厨余垃圾进行发酵15天左右,温度25度左右,发酵后土壤深翻30公分,把肥料撒入覆盖,起垄播种。出苗后,三叶到四叶喷洒一遍(20毫升酵素原液稀释5斤水)以后一个月喷洒一次稀释倍加。
本发明应用于家居环境中去除香烟异味,家居怪味和新装修甲醛:用30毫升酵素原液稀释半斤水,喷洒,三分钟见效;
本发明应用于污水处理:一立方污水配比酵素原液一公斤,一周见效。
