针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种温和、无刺激;泡沫细腻、持久绵密的一种洁面泡泡;本发明还提供一种温和的洁面泡泡的制备方法,该方法生产工艺简单、好操作、易控制,具有重现性。本发明具体是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种温和的洁面泡泡,其包括以质量百分比的以下组分:
本发明中,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠或EDTA四钠中的一种。优选EDTA二钠。
本发明中,所述多元醇对中和脂肪酸皂的分散、低温稳定性、泡沫持久性都有益。进一步,所述多元醇选自以下一种或任意几种的组合:甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、PEG-400、双甘油。更进一步,所述多元醇选自以下三种的组合:甘油、1,3-丁二醇、双甘油。
本发明中,所述脂肪酸与碱中和,制得脂肪酸皂具有较强的清洁力和泡沫。进一步,所述脂肪酸选自月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸的一种或任意几种的组合。更进一步,所述脂肪酸选自下列几种的组合:月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸。
本发明中,所述碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺中的一种。优选氢氧化钾。
本发明中,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵中的一种或任意几种的混合物。而天然来源的椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠,气味低,色度低,发泡强,泡沫柔软丰富,对皮肤和眼睛都很温和。所以优选表面活性剂选自下列几种的组合:椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠。
本发明中,所述甜菜碱为月桂酰丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰羟磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱中的一种或任意几种的混合物。优选:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱。
本发明中,所述纤维素为羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种。优选:羟丙基甲基纤维素。
本发明中,所述调理剂为聚季铵盐-7或聚季铵盐-39中的一种。聚季铵盐-39由于其阳离子性,可使泡沫更加稠密,更加稳定,并且带来柔滑肤感,减少干后皮肤的紧绷感。进一步优选调理剂为:聚季铵盐-39。
本发明中,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、苯甲醇/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/甲基异噻唑啉酮中的一种或任意几种的混合物。进一步优选防腐剂为下列几种组合:羟苯甲酯、苯甲醇/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/甲基异噻唑啉酮。其中羟苯甲酯含量为0.05%-0.2%,苯甲醇/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/甲基异噻唑啉酮:0.05%-0.2%。
本发明还提供了一种温和的洁面泡泡的制自方法,具体步骤如下:
A.将螯合剂、多元醇、脂肪酸加入部分去离子水中,加热至70~80℃,得到水相,并抽入乳化锅中;
B.将碱用少量去离子水溶解并加热至70~80℃,抽入乳化锅中,并保持80℃以上温度皂化15分钟;
C.保温结束后加入表面活性剂和甜菜碱,搅拌,确保完全溶解;
D.降温至55~60℃时加入调理剂和预溶好的纤维素,搅拌溶解均匀。
E.降温至40~45℃时加入香精,防腐剂,搅拌均匀,准备出料,即制得温和的洁面泡泡。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、采用氨基酸表面活性剂和皂基的完美搭配,在清洁肌肤的同时,又能带来产品视觉上的感官体验,泡沫细腻丰富,持久绵密。天然来源的椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠,低气味低色度,发泡性强,泡沫柔软丰富,对眼睛和皮肤都很温和。脂肪酸和碱中和后的皂基除具有丰富稳定的泡沫外,还具有深层清洁的特点。甘油、1,3-丁二醇和双甘油的搭配使用,能给皮肤提供更温和、更长效的保湿效果,而且也具有很好的增泡效果,使泡沫更细腻,持续时间更长。
2、本发明的温和的洁面泡泡,完全符合国家颁布的《化妆品卫生规范》(2007版)中的各项指标,该组合物不含有任何有毒物质。
3、本发明的温和的洁面泡泡,是一种可以用于面部清洁,同时可以养护皮肤,洗完脸后不紧绷,清爽不油腻。
4、本发明提供的温和的洁面泡泡的制备方法工艺简单,易于操作,生产较易控制,提高了生产效率,降低了能耗。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的具体说明。

本发明上述实施例1、对比例1-3的温和洁面泡泡,可通过以下工艺制得:将螯合剂、多元醇、脂肪酸加入部分去离子水中,加热至70~80℃,得到水相,并抽入乳化锅中;将碱用少量去离子水溶解并加热至70~80℃,抽入乳化锅中,并保持80℃以上温度皂化15分钟;保温结束后加入表面活性剂和甜菜碱,搅拌,确保完全溶解;降温至55~60℃时加入调理剂和预溶好的纤维素,搅拌溶解均匀;降温至40~45℃时加入香精,防腐剂,搅拌均匀,准备出料,即制得温和的洁面泡泡。
对以上实施例及对照例的使用感及稳定性进行评价。
其中所述使用感评价方法是:选择120名测试者(男女均等,年龄段15岁-55岁),随机平均分为四组。对实施例1和对比例1~3进行盲测。每个实施例和对比例平行测定3次。测试者根据自己的使用感进行评分,评价项包括泡沫丰富度,泡沫持久性,冲水感,干后肤感。评分标准采取10分制,1分最差,10分最好。评价结果为所有测试者分数的平均分,平均分越高效果越好。
测试方法:将手部和脸部润湿;用一只手挤压产品两次所得的泡沫在另一只手上,双手揉搓泡沫涂在面部,轻揉面部肌肤一分钟。最后用清水清洗干净,让手部和脸部自然晾干。

从表2可以看出,本发明实施例1的洁面泡泡在泡沫丰富感、泡沫持久度、冲水肤感、干后肤感方面具有优异的效果。通过实施例1和对比实施例1~3的试验结果,可见,本发明实施例1的洁面泡泡添加了如下质量百分比的双甘油2.0%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.10%、聚季铵盐-391.00%,在泡沫丰富感、泡沫持久度、冲水肤感、干后肤感效果方面产生了协同增效的作用,可以提高洁面泡泡的泡沫丰富度、持久度、厚实感,可以改善泡沫的稳定性及冲水后的肤感,取得了本领域技术人员预料不到的技术效果。
上述实施例仅为本发明优选的实施案例,不能以此来限定本发明所要求保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的及替换均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种温和的洁面泡泡,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
2.根据权利要求1所述的洁面泡泡,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠或EDTA四钠中的一种;所述多元醇选自以下一种或任意几种的组合:甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、PEG-400、双甘油;所述脂肪酸选自月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸的一种或任意几种的组合;所述碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺中的一种;所述表面活性剂为椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵中的一种或任意几种的混合物;所述甜菜碱为月桂酰丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰羟磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱中的一种或任意几种的混合物;所述纤维素为羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种;所述调理剂为聚季铵盐-7或聚季铵盐-39中的一种;所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、苯甲醇/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/甲基异噻唑啉酮中的一种或任意几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的洁面泡泡,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠;所述多元醇为甘油、1,3-丁二醇、双甘油的组合;所述脂肪酸为月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸的组合;所述碱为氢氧化钾;所述表面活性剂为椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的组合;所述甜菜碱为椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱;所述纤维素为羟丙基甲基纤维素;所述调理剂为聚季铵盐-39;所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、苯甲醇/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/甲基异噻唑啉酮的组合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洁面泡泡,其特征在于,羟苯甲酯含量为0.05%-0.2%,苯甲醇/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/甲基异噻唑啉酮含量为0.05%-0.2%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的洁面泡泡,其特征在于,制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
A.将螯合剂、多元醇、脂肪酸加入部分去离子水中,加热至70~80℃,得到水相,并抽入乳化锅中;
B.将碱用少量去离子水溶解并加热至70~80℃,抽入乳化锅中,并保持80℃以上温度皂化15分钟;
C.保温结束后加入表面活性剂和甜菜碱,搅拌,确保完全溶解;
D.降温至55~60℃时加入调理剂和预溶好的纤维素,搅拌溶解均匀。
E.降温至40~45℃时加入香精,防腐剂,搅拌均匀,准备出料,即制得温和的洁面泡泡。
