本发明公开了一种高效除螨的复合果蔬酵素及其制成的洗衣液,该复合果蔬酵素由柠檬30%、百香果15%、火龙果22%、桑椹15%、蓝莓3%、木瓜5%、西红柿2%、茼蒿3%和黄秋葵5%发酵制得;本发明的洗衣液含有1‑10%的复合果蔬酵素、1‑10%的椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠。本发明的果蔬发酵滤液中含有益生菌以及众多微生物,洗完后对皮肤有益,能大幅度提高产品的温和性。本发明的洗衣液含有复合果蔬酵素和椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠,两者复配大大提高了配方的温和性,并且能够有效驱除和杀灭各类螨虫。

Description

一种高效除螨的复合果蔬酵素及其制成的洗衣液
技术领域
本发明属于洗涤用品领域,具体涉及一种高效除螨的复合果蔬酵素及其制成的洗衣液。
背景技术
当下,洗涤产品正在更新换代,从洗衣粉更新到洗衣液,使洗衣更便利。目前的洗衣液虽然具有较强的去污能力,但是化学合成物太多,长久使用会造成过敏和手部皮肤脱皮,其中的化学成分排放到水中更会造成水体污染,破坏生态平衡。
植物酵素含有天然去污活性物质,对皮肤刺激性弱,对环境污染性低。目前已有将植物酵素应用到洗涤用品的报道,比如中国专利申请CN 105505617A公开了一种多功能果蔬酵素洗衣露,但该洗涤用品并不具有除螨功能。在目前衣服上残留的“螨虫”越来越多的情况下,不具有除螨功能的洗衣液很难获得消费者的青睐。
CN 105887470A和CN 106281780A都公开了一种含有酵素、兼具除螨功能的洗衣液,然而其除螨功能是由除螨剂(驱螨剂)带来的,说明其酵素本身除螨能力不强,此外这些专利也未公开其酵素具体是什么成分及如何制得。
发明内容
为了克服现有的(植物)酵素除螨能力不强的缺陷,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种高效除螨的复合果蔬酵素。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种含有上述复合果蔬酵素的洗衣液,该洗衣液具有除螨功能,对皮肤刺激性低,对环境污染性较弱。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种复合果蔬酵素,是由柠檬30%、百香果15%、火龙果22%、桑椹15%、蓝莓3%、木瓜5%、西红柿2%、茼蒿3%和黄秋葵5%发酵制得;所述的百分比是各原料占发酵原料总质量的百分比。
上述复合果蔬酵素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在发酵罐中加入20重量份的纯净水,再加入50重量份的发酵原料,搅匀后撒入酵母菌,用纱布覆盖发酵罐口,再用橡皮圈扎紧发酵罐口后,置于室内阴凉处开始发酵;
(2)开始发酵后的第3-5天发酵罐内浆状液面冒泡时,加入20重量份的发酵原料和10重量份的纯净水,搅匀后,用纱布覆盖灌口,扎紧,继续发酵;
(3)步骤(2)的操作过去7-8天后,用不透气的薄膜纸代替纱布密封好发酵罐口,继续发酵;之后每天打开薄膜纸对发酵液搅拌5分钟以上,连续搅拌20天;
(4)开始发酵2个月后(从步骤(1)的操作完成后起算),测得发酵液的pH值控制在在2.8-3.2,加入酵母菌,每天搅拌两次,连续搅拌15天;发酵12个月后,将发酵液转移至带透气孔的容器中熟化7天,然后做超滤处理,得到复合果蔬酵素;
步骤(1)和(4)所述的酵母菌优选圆形假丝酵母菌。
上述的复合果蔬酵素可以用于制备具有除螨功能的洗衣用品。

所述的保湿剂是甘油、PCA钠、羟乙基脲或丙二醇中的一种以上;
所述的其他表面活性剂优选月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠;
所述的增稠剂是汉生胶、纤维素或卡波中的一种以上;
所述的防腐剂是苯氧乙醇、卡松、甲酯或丙酯中的一种以上。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
1、本发明的果蔬发酵滤液中含有益生菌以及众多微生物,洗完后对皮肤有益,能大幅度提高产品的温和性。另外果蔬发酵滤液中含有大量酶,能温和清除衣服深层污垢,还能够温和分解蛋白质,螨虫会因为蛋白质物质被破坏而死亡。由于发酵条件的不断优化,相对于其他植物酵素有高效除螨作用,由于果蔬酵素直接来源于水果、蔬菜,具有生物可降解性,对生态环境有益。
2、本发明采用的椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠是苹果汁来源的,是天然氨基酸表面活性剂,其具有三大优点:
A、温和的触感:椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠具有丰富、密实和柔软的泡沫,当被用作辅助表面活性剂和特别苛刻的条件下,都保持卓越的发泡性。
B、皮肤温和性:椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠对皮肤有很好的耐受性,与皮肤完全适应并能保护皮肤屏障。
C、环保:椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠容易生物降解,是环境发展可以接受的。
3、本发明的洗衣液含有复合果蔬酵素和椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠,两者复配大大提高了配方的温和性,并且能够有效驱除和杀灭各类螨虫。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。

本发明洗衣液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将A相加热到80-85度,搅拌均匀,降温至45度后,加入复合果蔬酵素、卡松。搅拌均匀,检验合格,过滤出料即可。
为了更好地说明本发明的优点,下面给出实施例的含有苹果来源氨基酸表面活性剂以及复合果蔬酵素的洗衣液功效评价试验(皮肤TEWL值分析):
选取20名年龄25-60岁的志愿者,其中男10例,女10例,平均分为4组,每组5人(保证每组男女比例,年龄比例相同)。
利用3%SLS溶液对双前臂曲侧皮肤屏障功能进行破坏,人工遇到皮肤炎症后,连续试用实施例制得的洗衣液1个月,每天早晚用固定量洗衣液(模拟洗衣)各一次,使用Tewameter测得试验区第1、10、20、30天,受试部位的TEWL值。
TEWL值是用来评价皮肤屏障功能受损后,皮肤修复的重要参数,其参数变化趋势越小,变化越少,说明产品越温和。

如上表所示,当配方中不含复合果蔬酵素和椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠时,皮肤TEWL值变化比较大且减少趋势较大(如对比例1),当两者复配时能明显改善皮肤TEWL值(如实施例1、2、3)。
当复合果蔬酵素和椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠比例是4:7时(实施例3),皮肤经皮失水较少,且下降趋势较缓慢,继续增加其比例并没有明显改善皮肤状态。
除此之外,中国疾病预防控制中心寄生虫预防控制所对该高效除螨的复合果蔬酵素洗衣液(实施例3)进行了抑菌防螨检测,检验报告如下:
该高效除螨复合果蔬酵素洗衣液抑菌效果良好。经检测,样品对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的平均抑制率分别为:99.25%、99.83%、99.76%,能有效驱除和杀灭各类螨虫。
综上所述,复合果蔬酵素和椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠比例在该发明洗衣液中起着至关重要的作用,两者复配大大提高了配方的温和性。并且经权威机构检测,该高效除螨复合果蔬酵素洗衣液能够有效驱除和杀灭各类螨虫。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合果蔬酵素,其特征在于是由柠檬30%、百香果15%、火龙果22%、桑椹15%、蓝莓3%、木瓜5%、西红柿2%、茼蒿3%和黄秋葵5%发酵制得;所述的百分比是各原料占发酵原料总质量的百分比。
2.权利要求1所述复合果蔬酵素的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)在发酵罐中加入20重量份的纯净水,再加入50重量份的发酵原料,搅匀后撒入酵母菌,用纱布覆盖发酵罐口,再用橡皮圈扎紧发酵罐口后,置于室内阴凉处开始发酵;
(2)开始发酵后的第3-5天发酵罐内浆状液面冒泡时,加入20重量份的发酵原料和10重量份的纯净水,搅匀后,用纱布覆盖灌口,扎紧,继续发酵;
(3)步骤(2)的操作过去7-8天后,用不透气的薄膜纸代替纱布密封好发酵罐口,继续发酵;之后每天打开薄膜纸对发酵液搅拌5分钟以上,连续搅拌20天;
(4)开始发酵2个月后,测得发酵液的pH值在2.8-3.2时,加入酵母菌,每天搅拌两次,连续搅拌15天;发酵12个月后,将发酵液转移至带透气孔的容器中熟化7天,然后做超滤处理,得到复合果蔬酵素。
3.权利要求1所述的复合果蔬酵素在制备具有除螨功能的洗衣用品中的应用。
4.一种洗衣液,其特征在于:含有权利要求1所述的复合果蔬酵素。
