a3: the second infrared probe synchronously detects the temperature of the hand-washing kettle 1 when the first infrared probe detects the temperature of the hand-washing kettle 1, the infrared calibration device compares and analyzes the temperature detected by the second infrared probe with the temperature detected by the first infrared probe and the reference data, and the average value of the three temperature data is taken as the actual temperature of the current hand-washing kettle 1 and is transmitted to the infrared sensor.
By the method for infrared calibration of temperature signals by the constant-temperature heating control method of the coffee hand-brewing kettle, a user only needs to finish the steps of placing the hand-brewing kettle 1 filled with water on the heating area 4 of the heating base 2, pressing a function button on the control area 5 to start the heating base 2, adjusting the heating temperature of the heating base 2 through the function button and other simple procedures, and the constant-temperature heating device can automatically operate the constant-temperature heating control step of the hand-brewing kettle and the infrared temperature signal calibration step to finish the purpose of constant-temperature heating of the hand-brewing kettle 1 placed on the heating area 4.
According to the constant-temperature heating device and the constant-temperature control method for the coffee hand-brewing kettle, the hand-brewing kettle 1 is a stainless steel kettle, a glass kettle or a ceramic kettle, and an induction coating or induction sticker is arranged at the position of the hand-brewing kettle 1 corresponding to the infrared temperature detection device; when the hand-washing kettle 1 uses a stainless steel kettle, the surface of the primary color of the stainless steel is too bright, the reflection is serious, the emissivity is small, the temperature of the primary color stainless steel cannot be detected by infrared detection, and the second infrared probe can detect the temperature of the hand-washing kettle 1 and can improve the ornamental value of the hand-washing kettle 1 by arranging an induction coating or an induction sticker at the position corresponding to the infrared temperature detection device; when the hand-washing kettle 1 uses glass or ceramic, the hand-washing kettle can be directly used, and an induction coating or induction sticker is not required to be arranged at the position of the hand-washing kettle 1 corresponding to the infrared temperature detection device.
The heating base 2 is provided with a detection part 6, an infrared temperature detection device is arranged in the detection part 6, the detection part further comprises an infrared calibration device, the infrared calibration device comprises a first infrared probe 9 and an infrared receiver, the infrared calibration device is used for adjusting the infrared temperature detection device to detect the temperature of the hand-washing kettle 1, the infrared temperature detection device further comprises a second infrared probe 3, a filter disc and an electronic sensing conversion part, and the electronic sensing conversion part is an infrared sensor; the infrared calibration device is started according to the operation time of the infrared sensor and the received temperature interval, when the infrared sensor is used for a period of time or the received temperature is too high or too low, the infrared calibration device is started, the current temperature information of the infrared sensor is read through the infrared receiver and stored as reference data, meanwhile, the first infrared probe detects the temperature of the hand-flushing kettle 1, the second infrared probe synchronously detects the temperature of the hand-flushing kettle 1, the infrared calibration device performs comparison analysis on the temperature detected by the second infrared probe, the temperature detected by the first infrared probe and the reference data, the average value of the three temperature information is transmitted to the infrared sensor as the current actual temperature of the hand-flushing kettle 1, so that the effect of temperature self-calibration is achieved, the error of temperature detection is reduced, and the infrared temperature detection device stably operates for a long time.
A temperature control device is arranged in the heating base 2 and comprises a control part and a heating part, wherein the heating part is a nickel-chromium heating coil, and the control part comprises a signal receiver and a temperature controller. The nickel-chromium heating coil can be used for converting heat generated by heating of the heating coil into infrared rays, and the infrared rays are transmitted to the bottom surface of the heating area 4 and heat the hand-washing kettle 1 placed in the heating area 4; and the nickel-chromium wire in the market has low price, so that the material cost of the constant temperature heating device is reduced. The heating temperature of the heating base 2 is set to be 35-95 ℃, different temperatures are required for baking or grinding brewing of different types of coffee or coffee of the same type, and the heating base 2 can heat the hand brewing kettle 1 according to different coffee types by using different heating temperatures.
Compared with the heating mode that a coffee hand-brewing kettle which is used for brewing coffee by hand is directly heated on an electromagnetic oven or a gas stove or is poured into the hand-brewing kettle 1 after being heated by using other heating devices, the constant-temperature heating device can accurately and constantly heat the hand-brewing kettle 1 by the constant-temperature heating method and the infrared temperature calibration method, different constant-temperature heating temperatures can be regulated according to different coffee, meanwhile, errors of detected temperatures can be reduced, and the error range of the constant-temperature heating temperatures is ensured to be within plus or minus 3 ℃. The problem that the coffee hand brewing kettle can not heat at constant temperature and can not meet different temperatures required by brewing different coffee is solved, and the temperature detected in the constant temperature heating process can generate larger errors is solved.
Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains from the foregoing description and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention. In addition, although specific terms are used in the present specification, these terms are for convenience of description only and do not limit the present invention in any way.

Claims (8)

1. The constant temperature heating device of the coffee hand-brewing kettle comprises a hand-brewing kettle and a heating base thereof, wherein the surface of the heating base is provided with at least one control area; the detection part also comprises an infrared calibration device, wherein the infrared calibration device is used for adjusting the infrared temperature detection device to detect the temperature of the hand-flushing kettle; the heating base is provided with a detection part, and the detection part is connected with the heating base;
the method also comprises a constant temperature control method, at least comprising the following steps:
s1: the method comprises the steps of irradiating an induction area of a hand-washing kettle through a second infrared probe of an infrared temperature detection device, and collecting temperature signals of the hand-washing kettle;
s2: the temperature signals are filtered through a filter disc and are transmitted to an infrared sensor, and the temperature signals are converted into electronic signals after being calibrated by an infrared calibration device and are transmitted to a signal receiver of a temperature control device through the infrared sensor;
s3: the temperature controller in the temperature control device synchronously adjusts the power of the heating coil according to the temperature signal received by the signal receiver, and the hand-washing kettle is subjected to constant-temperature heating operation;
the step S2 further includes a step of calibrating the temperature signal by the infrared calibration device, and the calibration operation includes at least the following steps:
a1: the infrared calibration device is started according to the operation time of the infrared sensor and the detected temperature interval, and when the infrared sensor is operated for a period of time or the received temperature is too high or too low, the infrared calibration device is started;
a2: when the infrared calibration device is started, the current temperature information of the infrared sensor is read through the infrared receiver and stored as reference data, and meanwhile, the first infrared probe detects the current temperature of the hand-flushing kettle;
a3: the second infrared probe synchronously detects the temperature of the hand-flushing kettle when the first infrared probe detects the temperature of the hand-flushing kettle; the infrared calibration device compares and analyzes the temperature detected by the second infrared probe with the temperature detected by the first infrared probe and the reference data, and the average value of the three temperature data is taken as the actual temperature of the current hand-washing kettle and is transmitted to the infrared sensor.
2. A constant temperature heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the infrared calibration means comprises a first infrared probe and an infrared receiver for temperature detection and temperature signal reception of the infrared calibration means.
3. The constant temperature heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the hand-washing kettle is a stainless steel kettle, a glass kettle or a ceramic kettle, and the hand-washing kettle is provided with an induction coating or an induction sticker at a position corresponding to the infrared temperature detection apparatus.

The constant temperature heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the infrared temperature detecting apparatus further comprises a second infrared probe, a filter sheet, and an electronic sensing transformation part, the filter sheet being connected to the second infrared probe, the electronic sensing transformation part being connected to the temperature control apparatus; the electronic sensing transformation part is an infrared sensor and is used for converting temperature signals into electronic signals, and two ends of the infrared sensor are respectively connected with the filter disc and the temperature control device.

The constant temperature heating device according to claim 1, wherein the temperature control device comprises a control part and a heating part, the heating part is arranged below the heating area, and the control part is arranged in the control area and is connected with the infrared sensor; the control area is provided with a plurality of function buttons and a display screen, and is used for controlling the starting and closing of the heating base and the setting and display of constant-temperature heating temperature.

The constant temperature heating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the control section includes a signal receiver and a temperature controller for receiving an electronic signal to control the heating temperature; the signal receiver is connected with the infrared sensor, the temperature controller is connected with the heating part, and the heating part is a nickel-chromium heating coil.
7. The constant temperature heating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the outer wall of the detecting portion is provided with a plurality of heat radiation grooves, and the bottom of the heating base is provided with a plurality of feet.
8. A constant temperature heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heating temperature of the heating base is set to 35 to 95 degrees.
