技术背景
高血压病系一种常见的疑难病症,它以动脉升高为主要特征,可并发心、脑、肾、视网膜等疾症,引起头晕、头痛、烦躁、肢体麻木、眼睛肿胀等,威胁着人类的身体健康。高血压的发生主要是因为人们在平时摄入了过多的脂肪,血液中胆固醇、甘油三脂过高所致,同时,血管也像肌肉及其它组织器官一样,随着年龄增加,逐步出现老化、硬化。这时就需要较高一些的血压来促进血液循环。但是,如果血压过高,而且长期居高不下,会进一步加快血管硬化,导致血栓形成、脑动脉血管破裂等危险性疾病。目前,国内外对高血压的治疗主要是通过药物降压,但是只能控制血压,不能根治,存在长期服用和副作用大等缺点。长期服用即“一次得病,终身服药”,副作用大即长期服用降压药会引起肝功能受损、肾功能异常、心律失常、心肌收缩力下降等症状。

上述的一种降血压的固体饮料,其中,是由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蜂王浆35份、蜂蜜30份、蜂胶10份、菊花45份、山楂14份、荸荠13份、胡萝卜15份。
上述降血压固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份的胡萝卜、山楂、荸荠,并洗净,将胡萝卜切成段,山楂去籽,荸荠去皮;然后将胡萝卜、山楂、荸荠和适量的水一起放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,取滤液待用;
(2)蜂胶液的制备;
(3)菊花浸液的制备;
(4)将蜂蜜、蜂王浆、步骤(2)中制备的蜂胶液及步骤(3)中制备的菊花浸液加入步骤(1)中获得的滤液中,混合均匀,浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25;
(5)加入麦芽糊精和玉米淀粉,喷雾干燥,制得。
上述的降血压固体饮料的制备方法,其中,步骤(2)制备蜂胶液具体包括如下步骤:称取上述重量份的蜂胶,加入20-25倍原料重量的乙醇水溶液,浸泡10-12h后过滤,加热滤液去除乙醇和水,即得蜂胶液。
上述的降血压固体饮料的制备方法,其中,步骤(3)制备菊花浸液具体包括如下步骤:称取上述重量份的菊花,加入10-15倍原料重量的水浸泡20-30min后,大火煎煮,水沸10-20min后,文火煮20-30min,滤出药液,即得菊花浸液。
上述的降血压固体饮料的制备方法,其中,所述乙醇水溶液的质量分数为70-90%。
本发明配方中,蜂王浆是一种高活性成分的超级营养品,其营养成分易于吸收,蜂王浆中含有的王浆酸(10-羟基-葵烯酸)可以降低血压和软化血管,此外,蜂王浆中含有人体必需的十余种维生素,能平衡脂肪代谢和糖代谢,可有效降低肥胖者的高血脂和高血糖;蜂蜜其性平,味苦、辛、微甘,具有双向调节血压的作用,当血压较高时,蜂蜜可促使冠状血管扩张,使血压下降,当血压下降到一定程度时,蜂蜜中的乙酰胆碱,能帮助患者体内胆固醇的运输和利用,进而又能使血压升高,除此之外,蜂蜜对脑功能有促进效果,产生使血压维持正常的自律调整作用, 因此蜂蜜可用于防治动脉硬化和冠心病;蜂胶中含有的黄酮类化合物槲皮素可以减少过氧化脂质对血管的危害,阻止血管硬化,而且还能有效地降低甘油三酯含量,减少血小板聚集,改善微循环,缓解过高的血压;菊花具有降血压、消除癌细胞、扩张冠状动脉和抑菌的作用,长期饮用能增加人体钙质、调节心肌功能、降低胆固醇,适合中老年人和预防流行性结膜炎时饮用。对肝火旺、用眼过度导致的双眼干涩也有较好的疗效;山楂中的总黄酮有扩张血管和持久降压的作用,此外,山楂还能显著降低血清胆固醇及甘油三酯,有效防治动脉粥样硬化,山楂还能通过增强心肌收缩力、增加心输出量、扩张冠状动脉血管、增加冠脉血流量、降低心肌耗氧量等起到强心和预防心绞痛的作用;荸荠中含有一种不耐热的抗病成分荸荠英,具有降压、抗癌的作用;胡萝卜中含有丰富的胡萝卜素,能够增加冠状动脉中血液的流量,清除血管中的血脂,防治血管的硬化,降低人体中的胆固醇和血压。
上述原料中,菊花、山楂、胡萝卜、荸荠均为凉性,长期饮用,对高血压患者的脾胃不好,加入蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂胶中和了上述原料的凉性,对于高血压患者来说可以长期饮用,对人体无副作用,蜂蜜、山楂、胡萝卜能够调和固体饮料的口感,使固体饮料的口感好,且携带方便,速溶快,营养丰富;除此之外,上述原料配伍,长期饮用不仅能够降血压,使血压维持在正常值内,同时还能防治血管硬化、心绞痛和冠心病等病症的发生。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种降血压的固体饮料,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蜂王浆30-40份、蜂蜜27-33份、蜂胶7-13份、菊花40-50份、山楂11-17份、荸荠10-16份、胡萝卜12-18份。
上述降血压的固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份的胡萝卜、山楂、荸荠,并洗净,将胡萝卜切成4-5cm段,山楂去籽,荸荠去皮;然后将胡萝卜、山楂、荸荠和适量的水一起放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,取滤液待用;
(2)蜂胶液的制备;称取上述重量份的蜂胶,加入20-25倍原料重量的质量分数为70-90%乙醇水溶液,浸泡10-12h后过滤,加热滤液去除乙醇和水,即得蜂胶液;
(3)菊花浸液的制备;称取上述重量份的菊花,加入10-15倍原料重量的水浸泡20-30min后,大火煎煮,水沸10-20min后,文火煮20-30min,滤出药液,即得菊花浸液;
(4)将蜂蜜、蜂王浆、步骤(2)中制备的蜂胶液及步骤(3)中制备的菊花浸液加入步骤(1)中获得的滤液中,混合均匀,浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25;
(5)加入麦芽糊精和玉米淀粉,喷雾干燥,制得。
实施例2
一种降血压的固体饮料,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蜂王浆35份、蜂蜜30份、蜂胶10份、菊花45份、山楂14份、荸荠13份、胡萝卜15份。
上述降血压的固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份的胡萝卜、山楂、荸荠,并洗净,将胡萝卜切成4-5cm段,山楂去籽,荸荠去皮;然后将胡萝卜、山楂、荸荠和适量的水一起放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,取滤液待用;
(2)蜂胶液的制备;称取上述重量份的蜂胶,加入22倍原料重量的质量分数为80%乙醇水溶液,浸泡11h后过滤,加热滤液去除乙醇和水,即得蜂胶液;
(3)菊花浸液的制备;称取上述重量份的菊花,加入12倍原料重量的水浸泡25min后,大火煎煮,水沸15min后,文火煮25min,滤出药液,即得菊花浸液;
(4)将蜂蜜、蜂王浆、步骤(2)中制备的蜂胶液及步骤(3)中制备的菊花浸液加入步骤(1)中获得的滤液中,混合均匀,浓缩至相对密度为1.20;
(5)加入麦芽糊精和玉米淀粉,喷雾干燥,制得。
采用上述配比和方法制备出的降血压固体饮料,口感好,携带方便,速溶快,营养丰富,长期饮用,不仅能够降血压,同时还能防治血管硬化、心绞痛和冠心病等病的发生。
对比例1
一种降血压的固体饮料,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蜂王浆35份、蜂胶10份、菊花45份、山楂14份、荸荠13份、胡萝卜15份。具体制备方法同实施例2。与实施例2相比,未添加蜂蜜,采用上述配比和方法制备出的降血压固体饮料,口感欠佳,长期饮用能够降血压,但是不能将血压维持在正常值内,容易造成血压较大的浮动。
对比例2
一种降血压的固体饮料,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蜂蜜30份、菊花45份、山楂14份、荸荠13份、胡萝卜15份。具体制备方法同实施例2。与实施例2相比,未添加蜂王浆、蜂胶,采用上述配比和方法制备出的降血压固体饮料,口感欠佳,且所制得的固体饮料偏寒性,不适宜长期饮用,降血压效果也不近理想。。
本发明实施例3-18提供的治疗口腔溃疡的中药的配方见表1-2。

功效实验
高血压患者150例,其中男100例,女50例,年龄40-75岁,随机分为三组,分别为实施例2组(饮用实施例2制备出的降血压固体饮料)、对比例1组(饮用对比例1制备出的降血压固体饮料)、对比例2组(饮用对比例2制备出的降血压固体饮料),每人每日在早餐时饮用一次,每次一块固体饮料,用150mL溶解,连续饮用3个月。
中医症候诊断标准参照卫生部《中药新药治疗高血压病临床研究指导原则》,高血压诊断标准参照世界卫生组织和中国高血压联盟制定的《高血压防治指南》。
疗效标准:参照卫生部《中药新药治疗高血压病临床研究指导原则》中制定的降压疗效标准。显效:(1)舒张压降低≥1.3KPa,并达到正常范围;(2)舒张压虽未下降至正常,但已下降≥2.7KPa,须具备其中1项。有效:(1)舒张压下降<1.3KPa,但已达到正常范围;(2)舒张压较饮用降压固体饮料前下降1.3-2.5KPa,但未达到正常范围;(3)收缩压较饮用降压固体饮料前下降≥4.0KPa,须具备其中1项。无效:未达到上述标准。
连续饮用降血压固体饮料3个月后疗效评价如表3:

从表3中可以看出,虽然实施例1组、对比例1组和对比例2组制备出的降血压固体饮料对降血压均有一定的疗效,但是实施例1组对于降血压疗效最好,明显优于对比例1组和对比例2组。
Claims (6)
1.一种降血压的固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蜂王浆30-40份、蜂蜜27-33份、蜂胶7-13份、菊花40-50份、山楂11-17份、荸荠10-16份、胡萝卜12-18份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种降血压的固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蜂王浆35份、蜂蜜30份、蜂胶10份、菊花45份、山楂14份、荸荠13份、胡萝卜15份。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述降血压固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份的胡萝卜、山楂、荸荠,并洗净,将胡萝卜切成段,山楂去籽,荸荠去皮;然后将胡萝卜、山楂、荸荠和适量的水一起放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,取滤液待用;
(2)蜂胶液的制备;
(3)菊花浸液的制备;
(4)将蜂蜜、蜂王浆、步骤(2)中制备的蜂胶液及步骤(3)中制备的菊花浸液加入步骤(1)中获得的滤液中,混合均匀,浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25;
(5)加入麦芽糊精和玉米淀粉,喷雾干燥,制得。
4.如权利要求3所述的降血压固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)制备蜂胶液具体包括如下步骤:称取上述重量份的蜂胶,加入20-25倍原料重量的乙醇水溶液,浸泡10-12h后过滤,加热滤液去除乙醇和水,即得蜂胶液。
5.如权利要求3所述的降血压固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)制备菊花浸液具体包括如下步骤:称取上述重量份的菊花,加入10-15倍原料重量的水浸泡20-30min后,大火煎煮,水沸10-20min后,文火煮20-30min,滤出药液,即得菊花浸液。
6.如权利要求4所述的降血压固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乙醇水溶液的质量分数为70-90%。
