在本发明的意义下的乳剂的油相、油凝胶或水分散体或脂质分散体有利地从如下组中选择：由饱和的和/或不饱和的、带支链的和/或不带支链的、链长为3到30个碳原子的链烷羧酸以及饱和的和/或不饱和的、带支链的和/或不带支链的、链长为3到30个碳原子的醇形成的酯的组；由芳香族的羧酸以及饱和的和/或不饱和的、带支链的和/或不带支链的、链长为3到30个碳原子的醇形成的酯的组。这样的酯类油可以有利地选自如下的组：肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、硬脂酸异丙酯、油酸异丙酯、硬脂酸正丁酯、月桂酸正己酯、油酸正癸酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异壬酯、异壬酸异壬酯、棕榈酸2-乙基已酯、月桂酸2-乙基已酯、硬脂酸2-己基癸酯、棕榈酸2-辛基十二烷基酯、油酸油酯、芥酸油酯、油酸芥酯、芥酸芥酯以及这些酯类的合成的、半合成的和天然的混合物，例如：荷荷巴油。
此外，油相可以有利地从如下组中选择；带有支链和无支链的烃和烃蜡、硅油、二烷基醚的组；饱和的或不饱和的、带支链的或不带支链的醇的组，以及脂肪酸甘油三酯、尤其是饱和的和/或不饱和的、带支链的和/或不带支链的、链长为8到24个，尤其是12-18个碳原子的链烷羧酸的三甘油酯的组。脂肪酸甘油三酯例如可以有利地从如下组中选择；合成的、半合成的和天然的油，例如橄榄油、葵花子油、大豆油、花生油、菜籽油、杏仁油、棕榈油、椰子油、棕榈仁油或类似物的组。
这些种油组分和蜡组分的任意的混合物也有利地在本发明的意义下使用。同样也可能有利的是，使用蜡例如鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯作为油相的唯一脂质组分。
特别有利的是由C12-15-烷基苯甲酸酯和2-乙基己基异硬脂酸酯构成的混合物、由C12-15-烷基苯甲酸酯和异十三烷基异壬酸酯构成的混合物以及由C12-15-烷基苯甲酸酯、2-乙基己基异硬脂酸酯和异十三烷基异壬酸酯构成的混合物。
对于烃，有利地在本发明的意义下使用石蜡油、角鲨烷和角鲨烯。
有利地，油相还可以具有环状的或线性的硅油的份额或完全由这些油构成，然而其中优选地，除了所述一种或多种硅油外还使用了其他的油相组分的附加的份额。
有利地，二甲基硅油作为根据本发明所要应用的硅油来使用。然而，其他硅油也有利地在本发明的意义下使用，例如六甲基环三硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚(甲基苯基硅氧烷)。
优选地，根据本发明的制剂相对于制剂(Z)的总重量包含有至多35重量％的脂质相。
特别有利地，根据本发明应用的脂质从以下物质的组中选择：棕榈酸、硬脂酸、肉豆蔻酸、花生酸油酸、硬脂酸甘油酯、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、氢化的椰油脂肪酸甘油酯，微晶蜡、石蜡油、二甲基硅油。
根据本发明的制剂的水相对于制剂(Z)的总重量包含有至少3重量％的、优选至少5重量％的、特别优选至少10重量％的一种或多种低碳数的醇、二醇或多元醇以及必要时的它们的醚，优选乙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、甘油、乙基已基甘油、乙二醇、乙二醇单乙醚或乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇单甲醚、丙二醇单乙醚或丙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单乙醚以及类似物，此外还有具有低碳数的醇，例如乙醇、异丙醇、1,2-丙二醇、甘油以及尤其是一种或多种增稠剂，一种或多种增稠剂可以有利地从二氧化硅、硅酸铝、多糖或它们的衍生物，例如透明质酸、黄原胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素中选择，特别有利地从聚丙烯酸酯的组中选择，优选来自所谓的卡波姆(Carbopol)的组，例如单独的或组合的980、981、1382、2984、5984、TR2、TR1型卡波姆的聚丙烯酸酯。
尤其地，使用上述溶剂的混合物。在醇溶剂中，水可以是另外的组成部分。
根据本发明的乳剂是有利的，并且例如包含有所述的脂肪、油、蜡和其他的脂肪体、以及水和如通常用于这种类型的配制物的乳化剂。
根据本发明的凝胶在增稠剂存在下通常包含有低碳数的醇，例如乙醇、异丙醇、1,2-丙二醇、甘油，以及水或上述的油，增稠剂在油-醇的凝胶中优选为二氧化硅或硅酸铝，在水-醇凝胶或醇凝胶中优选是聚丙烯酸酯。
有利地，根据本发明的制剂还可以包含有另外的物质，它们吸收在UVA和/或UVB范围内的UV辐射，其中，滤光物质的总量相对于制剂的总重量例如为0.1重量％至30重量％，优选为0.5至10重量％，尤其为1.0至6.0重量％，以便提供保护毛发或皮肤免受紫外线辐射的整个范围的影响。

Claims (4)

1.一种化妆用的产品，其包括
金属罐，所述金属罐包括
aa)具有转动螺纹(Α‘)的金属的容器部分(A)，
aaa)在所述容器部分内部中存在有化妆用的制剂(Z)，以及
bb)由与所述容器部分同样的金属构成的具有螺纹(D‘)的盖部分(D)，
其中，所述盖部分(D)借助所述盖螺纹(D‘)和容器螺纹(Α‘)通过转动运动能被封闭式地拧在所述容器部分(A)上以及能被拧下，也就是被设计成通过螺旋运动能打开并又能再次封闭，
其特征在于，所述化妆用的制剂包括由
cc)一个或多个亲水性的相
dd)一个或多个亲脂性的相
构成的乳剂，
其中，
ee)在所述制剂中，脂质相包含有至少一种(在25℃下)具有最高700mm2/10分钟的铺展值的脂质，
ff)所述制剂还包含有至少一种具有>30℃的滴点的脂质，
gg)所述制剂还包含有至少一种相对于所述制剂(Z)的总重量总共占至少3重量％的份额的一元和/或多元醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆用的产品，其特征在于，从以下物质的组中选择所使用的一种或多种脂质：棕榈酸、硬脂酸，肉豆蔻酸、花生酸、油酸、硬脂酸甘油酯、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、氢化的椰油脂肪酸甘油酯，微晶蜡、石蜡油、二甲基硅油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的化妆用的产品，其特征在于，所述制剂(Z)包含有相对于所述制剂(Z)的总重量的至多20重量％的亲脂性物质，其中，组分ee)相对ff)的重量比例以有利的方式在20比80至50比50之间，优选在30比70至45比55之间的范围内变化。
4.根据权利要求1所述的化妆用的产品，其特征在于，所述金属罐由铝构成，其中，在罐的内侧上以本身公知的方式施加有内防护，所述内防护特别是由能封护的漆或类似物构成，其中，该内防护有利地在所述罐和卷边缘成形之前就已经被施加，根据优选的实施方式，有凸棱侧向围绕罐，所述凸棱被用于对所述罐加强并且必要时被用作针对所要放置的盖的止挡，如这方面本身已公知的那样。
