一种外层耐磨、里层发泡的双层轮胎配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种外层耐磨、里层发泡的双层轮胎配方,属于轮胎技术领域。
背景技术
目前,市面上流行的汽车轮胎分为有内胎轮胎和无内胎轮胎两大类,有内胎轮胎为传统型的;无内胎轮胎俗称真空轮胎,是由外胎紧密着合在专门结构的轮辋上形成密封内腔,这种轮胎穿孔较小时能够继续行驶,中途修理比有内胎轮胎容易,不需拆卸轮辋,故在某些情况下可以不用备胎,其行驶的安全性也较好;同时,这种轮胎有较好的柔软性,可改善轮胎的缓冲性能,在高速行驶下生热小、工作温度低,可提高轮胎的使用寿命。但是,当这种轮胎穿孔较大时,泄气较快,就不能继续行驶,尚若没有携带备用胎,而距离修理厂(店)又较远时,同样也会带来极大的不便,甚至会带来安全隐患。

外层轮胎的配方包括下列重量份数的组分:
天然橡胶:30-40份,丁苯橡胶:20-30份,顺丁橡胶:30-40份,220炭黑:55-60份,芳烃油:8-10份,氧化锌:3-5份,硬脂酸:1-3份,防老剂4020:2-3份,RD:2-3份,微晶蜡:1-3份,耐磨剂:5-10份,硫磺:1.5-2份,促进剂NS:1-2份,
里层轮胎的配方包括下列重量份数的组分:
天然橡胶:60-80份,丁苯橡胶:20-40份,660炭黑:50-55份,轻钙:30-50份,芳烃油:8-10份,氧化锌:3-5份,硬脂酸:1-3份,防老剂4020:2-3份,RD:2-3份,发泡剂:5-8份,硫磺:1.5-2份,促进剂NS:1-2份。
所述的双层轮胎的炼胶工艺,包括下列步骤:
(1)外层胶料混炼工艺步骤:
母炼胶制备:
①天然橡胶塑炼2分钟,②加入丁苯胶,顺丁橡胶、助剂类小料和1/2重量份数的炭黑,塑炼2分钟,③加入剩余的1/2重量份数的炭黑和芳烃油塑炼3分钟,④提坨清扫,再压1分钟;⑤温度160℃以上排胶;
终炼胶制备:
⑴母炼胶放密炼机预热30秒,⑵加入硫磺,促进剂类小料30秒,⑶排胶(95℃以下)
2.内层发泡胶料混炼工艺步骤:
母炼胶制备顺序:①天然胶塑炼(2分钟),②加入助剂类小料和炭黑(2分钟),③加入轻钙和芳烃油(3分钟),④提坨清扫,再压(1分钟)⑤排胶(温度140℃以上)
终炼胶制备顺序:⑴母炼胶放密炼机预热(30秒),⑵加入硫磺,促进剂,发泡剂类小料,(30秒)⑶排胶(95℃以下)。
本发明的有益效果:
此外层耐磨胶料和内层发泡胶料配方制作的轮胎,不用再装配内胎,也不用充气便可直接使用,解决了内胎漏气或爆胎影响使用的问题。

里层轮胎的配方包括下列重量份数的组分:

1.一种外层耐磨、里层发泡的双层轮胎配方,其特征在于,包括外层和里层;
外层轮胎的配方包括下列重量份数的组分:
天然橡胶:30-40份,丁苯橡胶:20-30份,顺丁橡胶:30-40份,220炭黑:55-60份,芳烃油:8-10份,氧化锌:3-5份,硬脂酸:1-3份,防老剂4020:2-3份,RD:2-3份,微晶蜡:1-3份,耐磨剂:5-10份,硫磺:1.5-2份,促进剂NS:1-2份,
里层轮胎的配方包括下列重量份数的组分:

母炼胶制备:
天然橡胶塑炼,(2分钟,温度80℃)此过程胶料开始分散混合;②加入丁苯胶,顺丁橡胶、助剂类小料和1/2重量份数的炭黑,塑炼(2分钟,温度100℃);此过程胶料被炭黑包裹,分散混合一起;③加入剩余的1/2重量份数的炭黑和芳烃油塑炼(3分钟,温度140℃),此过程胶料与轻钙,油混合软化,提高可塑性;④提坨清扫,再压(1分钟,温度160℃);⑤温度160℃以上排胶;
终炼胶制备:
⑴母炼胶放密炼机预热30秒, (30秒,温度85℃)⑵加入硫磺,促进剂类小料(30秒,温度90℃) 此过程小料均匀的分散于胶料中.⑶ 排胶(95℃以下)
内层发泡胶料混炼工艺步骤:
母炼胶制备顺序: ①天然胶塑炼(2分钟,温度80℃),此过程胶料开始分散混合;② 加入助剂类小料和炭黑(2分钟,温度100℃),此过程胶料被炭黑包裹,分散混合一起;③加入轻钙和芳烃油(2分钟,温度110℃),此过程胶料与轻钙;油混合软化;提高可塑性,④提坨清扫,再压(1分钟,温度120℃)⑤ 排胶(温度130℃以上);
终炼胶制备顺序: ⑴母炼胶放密炼机预热(30秒),⑵加入硫磺,促进剂,发泡剂类小料(30秒,温度90℃) ;此过程小料均匀的分散于胶料中; ⑶ 排胶(95℃以下)。
