本发明设计一种新型安全轮毂,其可以在汽车爆胎时能替代轮胎的作用避免事故发生并能持续行驶的新型安全轮毂。
背景技术
在交通事故中因爆胎造成的占据将近三分之一,因此对于汽车行驶中爆胎后的安全预防技术举足轻重。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型安全轮毂,其包括:在原有传统的轮毂基础上增大轮缘周长,轮缘边上围绕的橡胶圈。
所述在原有传统的轮毂基础上增大的轮缘和轮毂是一体的,轮缘在轮胎爆胎后能起到替代的作用,轮缘的边上围绕有橡胶圈以便轮胎爆胎时汽车继续行驶中起到减震作用,轮缘设置在轮毂的内侧,便于拆换轮胎以及美观的作用,轮缘的半径是根据轮胎的半径设定的,在轮胎正常气压下,轮缘的半径比轮胎的半径小2CM左右便于保持汽车原有的舒适度和汽车行驶中轮胎爆胎时起到支撑防护作用,不至于汽车严重倾斜失去方向导致车祸发生。

1.一种新型安全轮毂,其特点是:在原有传统的轮毂基础上增大轮缘的周长,轮缘的边上围绕有橡胶圈,轮缘在轮胎爆胎后能起到替代作用,轮缘设置在轮毂的内侧,轮缘的半径比轮胎正常气压下的半径小。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的新型安全轮毂,其特点是轮缘的半径比轮胎正常胎压下的半径小2CM左右,轮缘的边上围绕有橡胶圈,轮缘选用金属或其他硬质材料制作而成能在轮胎爆胎后起到替代作用,轮缘设置在轮毂内侧。
