Abstract
本发明提供了一种纸铝塑复合软包装材料,由依次排列的表层聚乙烯层、印刷油墨层、原纸板层、聚乙烯层、铝箔和双聚乙烯层组成,其中,所述双聚乙烯层由以下按重量份计的原料制成:聚乙烯10‑30份、瓜尔胶2‑5份、微晶纤维素0.8‑1.5份、膨润土0.4‑1.5份、二氧化钛0.2‑0.5份、聚碳酸酯1‑3份、卵磷脂1‑3份、马铃薯交联淀粉1‑3份和壳聚糖0.8‑1.5份。本发明的包装材料具有优异的耐摔耐压性能,耐摔测试显示在10m高处落下至水泥地面一次不破裂,耐压性能测试显示静压压力为20MPa时,24小时不泄漏。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种纸铝塑复合软包装材料。
背景技术
随着经济的高速发展和生活水平的不断提高,人们对包装材料健康和安全越来越重视,越来越多的人和企业投入到对包装材料的研究中。由于各种包装材料性能大不一样,单独的某一种或一层包装材料很难达到产品的要求,因此人们将两种或两种以上的包装材料用一定的复合方式制成复合包装。纸铝塑复合软包装就是在这种趋势下形成的一种包装形式。纸铝塑复合软包装材料以纸板、聚乙烯塑料和铝箔为主要基材,此外还含有少量油墨、涂料、胶黏剂等成分。
目前,纸铝塑复合软包装多采用普通的聚乙烯,其保鲜期仅为3-6天,抗菌保鲜时间短,严重制约其作为乳制品包装的应用。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种纸铝塑复合软包装材料。
技术方案: 一种纸铝塑复合软包装材料,由依次排列的表层聚乙烯层、印刷油墨层、原纸板层、聚乙烯层、铝箔和双聚乙烯层组成,其中,所述双聚乙烯层由以下按重量份计的原料制成:聚乙烯10-30份、瓜尔胶2-5份、微晶纤维素0.8-1.5份、膨润土0.4-1.5份、二氧化钛0.2-0.5份、聚碳酸酯1-3份、卵磷脂1-3份、马铃薯交联淀粉1-3份和壳聚糖0.8-1.5份。
优选地,所述表层聚乙烯层的厚度为80-100µm、印刷油墨层的厚度为10-20µm、原纸板层的厚度为50-100µm、聚乙烯层的厚度为10-30µm、铝箔的厚度为10-20µm和双聚乙烯层的厚度为80-100µm。
优选地,所述表层聚乙烯层和聚乙烯层是经过低温等离子电晕处理。
优选地,所述双聚乙烯层是将聚乙烯、瓜尔胶、微晶纤维素、膨润土、二氧化钛、聚碳酸酯、卵磷脂、马铃薯交联淀粉和壳聚糖混合后吹塑制成。
优选地,吹塑温度为160-170℃。
优选地,所述聚乙烯是线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的混合物,线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的重量比为1:1-3:1。
有益效果:本发明的包装材料具有优异的耐摔耐压性能,耐摔测试显示在10m高处落下至水泥地面一次不破裂,耐压性能测试显示静压压力为20MPa时,24小时不泄漏。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种纸铝塑复合软包装材料,由依次排列的表层聚乙烯层、印刷油墨层、原纸板层、聚乙烯层、铝箔和双聚乙烯层组成,其中,所述双聚乙烯层由以下按重量份计的原料制成:聚乙烯16份、瓜尔胶3份、微晶纤维素1.1份、膨润土0.6份、二氧化钛0.3份、聚碳酸酯1.5份、卵磷脂1.6份、马铃薯交联淀粉2份和壳聚糖1.1份。
其中,所述表层聚乙烯层的厚度为90µm、印刷油墨层的厚度为20µm、原纸板层的厚度为70µm、聚乙烯层的厚度为10µm、铝箔的厚度为20µm和双聚乙烯层的厚度为100µm。
所述表层聚乙烯层和聚乙烯层是经过低温等离子电晕处理。
所述双聚乙烯层是将聚乙烯、瓜尔胶、微晶纤维素、膨润土、二氧化钛、聚碳酸酯、卵磷脂、马铃薯交联淀粉和壳聚糖混合后吹塑制成,吹塑温度为160-170℃。
所述聚乙烯是线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的混合物,线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的重量比为2:1。

所述表层聚乙烯层和聚乙烯层是经过低温等离子电晕处理。
所述双聚乙烯层是将聚乙烯、瓜尔胶、微晶纤维素、膨润土、二氧化钛、聚碳酸酯、卵磷脂、马铃薯交联淀粉和壳聚糖混合后吹塑制成,吹塑温度为160-170℃。
所述聚乙烯是线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的混合物,线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的重量比为1:1。

一种纸铝塑复合软包装材料,由依次排列的表层聚乙烯层、印刷油墨层、原纸板层、聚乙烯层、铝箔和双聚乙烯层组成,其中,所述双聚乙烯层由以下按重量份计的原料制成:聚乙烯25份、瓜尔胶4份、微晶纤维素1.3份、膨润土1.1份、二氧化钛0.4份、聚碳酸酯2份、卵磷脂2份、马铃薯交联淀粉2份和壳聚糖1.3份。
其中,所述表层聚乙烯层的厚度为100µm、印刷油墨层的厚度为20µm、原纸板层的厚度为70µm、聚乙烯层的厚度为10µm、铝箔的厚度为20µm和双聚乙烯层的厚度为80µm。
所述表层聚乙烯层和聚乙烯层是经过低温等离子电晕处理。
所述双聚乙烯层是将聚乙烯、瓜尔胶、微晶纤维素、膨润土、二氧化钛、聚碳酸酯、卵磷脂、马铃薯交联淀粉和壳聚糖混合后吹塑制成,吹塑温度为160-170℃。
所述聚乙烯是线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的混合物,线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的重量比为1:1。
实施例4
一种纸铝塑复合软包装材料,由依次排列的表层聚乙烯层、印刷油墨层、原纸板层、聚乙烯层、铝箔和双聚乙烯层组成,其中,所述双聚乙烯层由以下按重量份计的原料制成:聚乙烯30份、瓜尔胶5份、微晶纤维素1.5份、膨润土1.5份、二氧化钛0.5份、聚碳酸酯3份、卵磷脂3份、马铃薯交联淀粉3份和壳聚糖1.5份。
其中,所述表层聚乙烯层的厚度为80µm、印刷油墨层的厚度为10µm、原纸板层的厚度为80µm、聚乙烯层的厚度为20µm、铝箔的厚度为10µm和双聚乙烯层的厚度为100µm。
所述表层聚乙烯层和聚乙烯层是经过低温等离子电晕处理。
所述双聚乙烯层是将聚乙烯、瓜尔胶、微晶纤维素、膨润土、二氧化钛、聚碳酸酯、卵磷脂、马铃薯交联淀粉和壳聚糖混合后吹塑制成,吹塑温度为160-170℃。
所述聚乙烯是线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的混合物,线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的重量比为2:1。
对上述实施例1至4所述包装材料进行耐摔耐压性能测试,测试方法和测试结果如下。
测试方法:
耐摔性能测试方法:将所述复合膜封成100mm×160mm的小袋,内装80mL水,10m高处落下至水泥地面一次不破裂,即为合格。
耐压性能测试方法:将所述复合膜封成100mm×160mm的小袋,内装80mL水,静压压力:20MPa,时间:24小时不泄漏即为合格。
测试结果:实施例1-4所述的液体包装复合膜经上述测试方法测试,测试结果均合格,说明该包装材料具有极佳的耐摔耐压性能。
Claims (6)
1.一种纸铝塑复合软包装材料,其特征在于:由依次排列的表层聚乙烯层、印刷油墨层、原纸板层、聚乙烯层、铝箔和双聚乙烯层组成,其中,所述双聚乙烯层由以下按重量份计的原料制成:聚乙烯10-30份、瓜尔胶2-5份、微晶纤维素0.8-1.5份、膨润土0.4-1.5份、二氧化钛0.2-0.5份、聚碳酸酯1-3份、卵磷脂1-3份、马铃薯交联淀粉1-3份和壳聚糖0.8-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝塑复合软包装材料,其特征在于:所述表层聚乙烯层的厚度为80-100µm、印刷油墨层的厚度为10-20µm、原纸板层的厚度为50-100µm、聚乙烯层的厚度为10-30µm、铝箔的厚度为10-20µm和双聚乙烯层的厚度为80-100µm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝塑复合软包装材料,其特征在于:所述表层聚乙烯层和聚乙烯层是经过低温等离子电晕处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝塑复合软包装材料,其特征在于:所述双聚乙烯层是将聚乙烯、瓜尔胶、微晶纤维素、膨润土、二氧化钛、聚碳酸酯、卵磷脂、马铃薯交联淀粉和壳聚糖混合后吹塑制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝塑复合软包装材料,其特征在于:吹塑温度为160-170℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝塑复合软包装材料,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯是线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的混合物,线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯的重量比为1:1-3:1。
