Abstract
本发明公开了一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法,包括(1)准备原料,(2)制备水柏油‑膨润土‑羟甲基纤维素溶液,(3)制备有色面层的料浆,(4)制备水柏油‑膨润土‑羟甲基纤维素溶液材料,(5)在阻燃板生产线上成型。本发明是一种有效、合理的处理复合材料的阻燃板制备工艺,其操作简单,节约成本,产品填充的玻纤胶带以及膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、水柏油增强了阻燃板的强度,且有色面层表面可呈现出不同的色彩,具有很强的装饰效果;制备的产品吸水率<6%,软化系数在1左右,抗压强度>51Mpa,抗折强度高,阻燃性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及室内装饰材料制作工艺领域,具体涉及一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法。
背景技术
阻燃板又名耐火板,学名为热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层积板,是表面装饰用耐火建材,有丰富的表面色彩,纹路以及特殊的物流性能,广泛用于室内装饰、家具、厨柜、实验室枱面、外墙等领域。目前,市场上的阻燃板,其由两层面板及设置于面板之间的芯层构成,此种结构的阻燃板,其强度较低,且隔热效果差,整体综合性能较差。而且目前制作阻燃板的制作工艺过程繁杂,往往耗费很高的成本。而且目前制作阻燃板的制作工艺过程繁杂,往往耗费很高的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种为克服现有技术上的不足,进行有效、合理的处理复合材料的阻燃板制备工艺,其操作简单,节约成本。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原料:原料包括水柏油、膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、乙醇、甲醇、异丙醇、聚丙烯酸胺、改性剂、群青、颜料助剂、玻纤胶带、氯纶无纺布;
(2)制备水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液:将水柏油、膨润土、羟甲基纤维素熔融,温度控制在110℃~150℃,然后溶于乙醇或甲醇或异丙醇中,经过滤,提炼出纯度高的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液;
(3)制备有色面层的料浆:取步骤(1)中1份重量的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液,1份重量的聚丙烯酸胺和1份重量的改性剂,1份重量的群青,1份重量的颜料助剂,并将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到有色面层料浆;
(4)制备水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料:取步骤(1)中一份重量的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液,再向其中加入一份重量的改性剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料料浆,并将其按重量分成至少三份;
(5)在阻燃板生产线上成型。
进一步地,所述步骤(5)的具体步骤为:
A、将步骤(2)中制备好的有色面层浆料铺平在PVC或ABS基板上;
B、将不少于两层的玻纤胶带压入步骤A中铺平的有色面层浆料中,将水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料铺平在有色面层浆料上;
C、再次将玻纤胶带铺平在步骤B中的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料上;
D、将步骤(3)中制备好的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤C中的玻纤胶带上方;然后将玻纤胶带压入铺平的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料中;
E、将步骤(3)中制备好的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤D中的玻纤胶带层上方,然后在水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料上方铺平氯纶无纺布层;
F、然后将上述铺设好的材料层经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割,形成本发明产品阻燃板。
进一步地,所述步骤B中玻纤胶带放置2层。
进一步地,所述步骤C中玻纤胶带放置2层。
进一步地,所述步骤E中氯纶无纺布放置2层。
经检测,本产品的产品吸水率<6%,软化系数在1左右,抗压强度>51Mpa,抗折强度高,阻燃性能好。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
(1)本发明是一种有效、合理的处理复合材料的阻燃板制备工艺,其操作简单,节约成本,产品填充的玻纤胶带以及膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、水柏油增强了阻燃板的强度,且有色面层表面可呈现出不同的色彩,具有很强的装饰效果;

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,在不脱离本发明上述技术思想情况下,根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段,做出各种替换和变更,均应包括在本发明的范围内。
实施例1:
一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原料:原料包括水柏油、膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、乙醇、甲醇、异丙醇、聚丙烯酸胺、改性剂、群青、颜料助剂、玻纤胶带、氯纶无纺布;
(2)制备水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液:将水柏油、膨润土、羟甲基纤维素熔融,温度控制在110℃~150℃,然后溶于乙醇或甲醇或异丙醇中,经过滤,提炼出纯度高的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液;
(3)制备有色面层的料浆:取步骤(1)中1份重量的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液,1份重量的聚丙烯酸胺和1份重量的改性剂,1份重量的群青,1份重量的颜料助剂,并将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到有色面层料浆;
(4)制备水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料:取步骤(1)中一份重量的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液,再向其中加入一份重量的改性剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料料浆,并将其按重量分成至少三份;
(5)在阻燃板生产线上成型。
所述步骤(5)的具体步骤为:
A、将步骤(2)中制备好的有色面层浆料铺平在PVC或ABS基板上;
B、将不少于两层的玻纤胶带压入步骤A中铺平的有色面层浆料中,将水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料铺平在有色面层浆料上;
C、再次将玻纤胶带铺平在步骤B中的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料上;
D、将步骤(3)中制备好的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤C中的玻纤胶带上方;然后将玻纤胶带压入铺平的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料中;
E、将步骤(3)中制备好的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤D中的玻纤胶带层上方,然后在水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料上方铺平氯纶无纺布层;
F、然后将上述铺设好的材料层经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割,形成本发明产品阻燃板。
所述步骤B中玻纤胶带放置2层,步骤C中玻纤胶带放置2层,所述步骤E中氯纶无纺布放置2层。
经检测,本产品的产品吸水率<6%,软化系数在1左右,抗压强度>51Mpa,抗折强度高,阻燃性能好。
本实施例产品克服了现有阻燃板的不足,其结构简单、制备工艺简单、具有较强的阻燃性能,强度高,且有色面层有很强的装饰效果,可作为室内装饰阻燃板。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原料:原料包括水柏油、膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、乙醇、甲醇、异丙醇、聚丙烯酸胺、改性剂、群青、颜料助剂、玻纤胶带、氯纶无纺布;
(2)制备水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液:将水柏油、膨润土、羟甲基纤维素熔融,温度控制在110℃~150℃,然后溶于乙醇或甲醇或异丙醇中,经过滤,提炼出纯度高的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液;
(3)制备有色面层的料浆:取步骤(1)中1份重量的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液,1份重量的聚丙烯酸胺和1份重量的改性剂,1份重量的群青,1份重量的颜料助剂,并将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到有色面层料浆;
(4)制备水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料:取步骤(1)中一份重量的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液,再向其中加入一份重量的改性剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料料浆,并将其按重量分成至少三份;
(5)在阻燃板生产线上成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)的具体步骤为:
A、将步骤(2)中制备好的有色面层浆料铺平在PVC基板上;
B、将不少于两层的玻纤胶带压入步骤A中铺平的有色面层浆料中,将水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料铺平在有色面层浆料上;
C、再次将玻纤胶带铺平在步骤B中的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料上;
D、将步骤(3)中制备好的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤C中的玻纤胶带上方;然后将玻纤胶带压入铺平的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料中;
E、将步骤(3)中制备好的水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤D中的玻纤胶带层上方,然后在水柏油-膨润土-羟甲基纤维素溶液材料浆料上方铺平氯纶无纺布层;
F、然后将上述铺设好的材料层经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割,形成本发明产品阻燃板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中玻纤胶带放置2层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中玻纤胶带放置2层。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种防腐蚀室内装修阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤E中氯纶无纺布放置2层。
