Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于消防通道的环保防火板,包括丙纶无纺布层和有色面层,所述丙纶无纺布层和有色面层之间填充有聚合磷酸材料,所述有色面层为设有颜色面层的面层材料,丙纶无纺布层和有色面层之间设有至少一层用于增强强度的无碱玻璃纤维网格布。本发明产品填充的无碱玻璃纤维网格布以及聚合磷酸工业煤渣‑尾矿增强了防火板的强度和环保的性能,充分利用了工业煤渣和尾矿,且有色面层表面可呈现出不同的色彩,具有很强的装饰效果,砂光面有天然石材效果;产品的产品吸水率<5%,软化系数在0.8左右,抗压强度>53Mpa,抗折强度高,防火性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及室内装饰材料领域,具体涉及一种用于消防通道的环保防火板。
背景技术
防火板又名耐火板,学名为热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层积板,是表面装饰用耐火建材,有丰富的表面色彩,纹路以及特殊的物流性能,广泛用于室内装饰、家具、厨柜、实验室枱面、外墙等领域。目前,市场上的防火板,其由两层面板及设置于面板之间的芯层构成,此种结构的防火板,其强度较低,且隔热效果差,整体综合性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,强度高,装饰性强,环保清洁的建筑用高强度防火板。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种用于消防通道的环保防火板,包括丙纶无纺布层和有色面层,所述丙纶无纺布层和有色面层之间填充有聚合磷酸材料,所述有色面层为设有颜色面层的面层材料,丙纶无纺布层和有色面层之间设有至少一层用于增强强度的无碱玻璃纤维网格布。
进一步地,所述有色面层和无碱玻璃纤维网格布之间、相邻两层无碱玻璃纤维网格布之间、以及无碱玻璃纤维网格布和丙纶无纺布层之间均填充有聚合磷酸材料。
进一步地,所述聚合磷酸材料主要由聚合磷酸、工业煤渣-尾矿材料组成,按重量份计,聚合磷酸2-9份,工业煤渣-尾矿材料1-5份,羟甲基纤维素2-9份。
进一步地,所述无碱玻璃纤维网格布的总层数为6层。
进一步地,所述丙纶无纺布层包括4层丙纶无纺布。
上述一种用于消防通道的环保防火板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备工业煤渣-尾矿-聚合磷酸溶液:上述工业煤渣-尾矿、聚合磷酸,羟甲基纤维素熔融,温度控制在110℃~150℃,然后溶于乙醇或甲醇或异丙醇中,经过滤,提炼出纯度高的工业煤渣-尾矿-聚合磷酸溶液;
(2)制备有色面层的料浆:取步骤(1)中1份重量的工业煤渣-尾矿-聚合磷酸溶液,1份重量的白云石粉和1份重量的改性剂,1份重量的颜料,1份重量的颜料助剂,并将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到有色面层料浆;
(3)制备聚合磷酸材料:取步骤(1)中一份重量的工业煤渣-尾矿-聚合磷酸溶液,再向其中加入一份重量的改性剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到聚合磷酸材料料浆,并将其按重量分成至少三份;
(4)在防火板生产线上成型,具体步骤如下:
A、将步骤(2)中制备好的有色面层浆料铺平在PVC或ABS基板上;
B、将不少于两层的无碱玻璃纤维网格布压入步骤A中铺平的有色面层浆料中,将聚合磷酸材料浆料铺平在有色面层浆料上;
C、再次将无碱玻璃纤维网格布铺平在步骤B中的聚合磷酸材料浆料上;
D、将步骤(3)中制备好的聚合磷酸材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤C中的无碱玻璃纤维网格布上方;然后将无碱玻璃纤维网格布压入铺平的聚合磷酸材料浆料中;
E、将步骤(3)中制备好的聚合磷酸材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤D中的无碱玻璃纤维网格布层上方,然后在聚合磷酸材料浆料上方铺平丙纶无纺布层;
F、然后将上述铺设好的材料层经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割,形成本发明产品防火板。
经检测,本产品的产品吸水率<5%,软化系数在0.8左右,抗压强度>53Mpa,抗折强度高,防火性能好。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
(2)本发明产品填充的无碱玻璃纤维网格布以及聚合磷酸工业煤渣-尾矿增强了防火板的强度和环保的性能,充分利用了工业煤渣和尾矿,且有色面层表面可呈现出不同的色彩,具有很强的装饰效果;
(3)本发明产品的产品吸水率<5%,软化系数在0.8左右,抗压强度>53Mpa,抗折强度高,防火性能好。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种用于消防通道的环保防火板,包括丙纶无纺布层1和有色面层2,所述丙纶无纺布层1和有色面层2之间填充有聚合磷酸材料3,所述有色面层2为设有颜色面层的面层材料,丙纶无纺布层1和有色面层2之间设有至少一层用于增强强度的无碱玻璃纤维网格布4。
其中,有色面层2和无碱玻璃纤维网格布4之间、相邻两层无碱玻璃纤维网格布4之间、以及无碱玻璃纤维网格布4和丙纶无纺布层1之间均填充有聚合磷酸材料3。
同时,聚合磷酸材料3主要由聚合磷酸、工业煤渣-尾矿材料组成,按重量份计,聚合磷酸8份,工业煤渣-尾矿材料4份,羟甲基纤维素5份;无碱玻璃纤维网格布4的总层数为3层;丙纶无纺布层1包括4层丙纶无纺布。
上述一种用于消防通道的环保防火板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备工业煤渣-尾矿-聚合磷酸溶液:上述工业煤渣-尾矿、聚合磷酸熔融,温度控制在110℃~150℃,然后溶于乙醇或甲醇或异丙醇中,经过滤,提炼出纯度高的工业煤渣-尾矿-聚合磷酸溶液;
(2)制备有色面层的料浆:取步骤(1)中1份重量的工业煤渣-尾矿-聚合磷酸溶液,1份重量的白云石粉和1份重量的改性剂,1份重量的颜料,1份重量的颜料助剂,并将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到有色面层料浆;
(3)制备聚合磷酸材料:取步骤(1)中一份重量的工业煤渣-尾矿-聚合磷酸溶液,再向其中加入一份重量的改性剂,然后将上述混合物搅拌均匀,得到聚合磷酸材料料浆,并将其按重量分成至少三份;
(4)在防火板生产线上成型,具体步骤如下:
A、将步骤(2)中制备好的有色面层浆料铺平在带有木纹状PVC或ABS基板上;
B、将不少于两层的无碱玻璃纤维网格布压入步骤A中铺平的有色面层浆料中,将聚合磷酸材料浆料铺平在有色面层浆料上;
C、再次将无碱玻璃纤维网格布铺平在步骤B中的聚合磷酸材料浆料上;
D、将步骤(3)中制备好的聚合磷酸材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤C中的无碱玻璃纤维网格布上方;然后将无碱玻璃纤维网格布压入铺平的聚合磷酸材料浆料中;
E、将步骤(3)中制备好的聚合磷酸材料浆料取一份铺平在步骤D中的无碱玻璃纤维网格布层上方,然后在聚合磷酸材料浆料上方铺平丙纶无纺布层;
F、然后将上述铺设好的材料层经切割、整平、养护、固化、拆模、四边定尺切割,形成本发明产品防火板。
经检测,本实施例产品的吸水率在4%-5%之间,软化系数为1,抗压强度大于53Mpa,外表面色彩明亮,抗折强度高,防火性能强。
本实施例产品克服了现有防火板的不足,其结构简单、制备工艺简单、具有较强的防火性能,强度高,且有色面层有很强的装饰效果,可作为室内装饰防火板。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于消防通道的环保防火板,其特征在于:包括丙纶无纺布层(1)和有色面层(2),所述丙纶无纺布层(1)和有色面层(2)之间填充有聚合磷酸材料(3),所述有色面层(2)为设有颜色面层的面层材料,丙纶无纺布层(1)和有色面层(2)之间设有至少两层用于增强强度的无碱玻璃纤维网格布(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于消防通道的环保防火板,其特征在于:所述有色面层(2)和无碱玻璃纤维网格布(4)之间、相邻两层无碱玻璃纤维网格布(4)之间、以及无碱玻璃纤维网格布(4)和丙纶无纺布层(1)之间均填充有聚合磷酸材料(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于消防通道的环保防火板,其特征在于:所述聚合磷酸材料(3)主要由聚合磷酸、工业煤渣-尾矿材料组成,按重量份计,聚合磷酸2-9份,工业煤渣-尾矿材料1-5份,羟甲基纤维素2-9份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于消防通道的环保防火板,其特征在于:所述无碱玻璃纤维网格布(4)的总层数为7层。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于消防通道的环保防火板,其特征在于:所述丙纶无纺布层(1)包括5层丙纶无纺布。
