本发明公开了一种全自动直边倒角抛光机,包含输送机构、侧架和压轮架;所述输送机构上设置有输送驱动装置,压轮架的下侧设置有多个沿输送机构的送料方向排列的压轮,侧架上设置有上倒角机构、直边抛光机构和下倒角机构;本发明的全自动直边倒角抛光机,通过输送机构、侧架和压轮架与上倒角机构、直边抛光机构和下倒角机构配合,将石材侧边的上下倒角以及侧面的直边抛光在一条流水线上一次完成,提高了加工效率和产品质量,并且降低了人力成本。

本发明涉及一种全自动直边倒角抛光机。
背景技术
在石材的侧边进行上下倒角以及侧面抛光时,通常需要通过上倒角机、下倒角机以及抛光机依次进行,各个机器需要分别对刀再进行加工,转换机器时还需要通过器械辅助人工搬运,导致加工效率低下,并且耗费大量的人力物力,频繁对刀也会导致次品率升高。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种全自动直边倒角抛光机。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种全自动直边倒角抛光机,包含输送机构、侧架和压轮架;所述输送机构上设置有输送驱动装置,压轮架的下侧设置有多个沿输送机构的送料方向排列的压轮,侧架上设置有上倒角机构、直边抛光机构和下倒角机构。
优选的,所述上倒角机构包含上倒角升降架、上倒角横移架、上倒角转动架和上倒角电机;所述上倒角升降架设置在侧架上,上倒角升降架上设置有升降调节手轮;所述上倒角横移架设置在上倒角升降架上,并通过升降调节手轮调节高度,上倒角横移架上设置有横向调节手轮;所述上倒角转动架设置在上倒角横移架上,并通过横向调节手轮调整横向位置;所述上倒角电机转动设置在上倒角转动架上,上倒角电机的主轴上设置有上倒角切割刀具。
优选的,所述直边抛光机构包含直边连接架、直边电机、直边气缸、直边外缸、直边内缸、直边主轴和直边轴套;所述直边外缸通过直边连接架水平设置在侧架上,直边电机连接在直边外缸的尾端;所述直边内缸由直边气缸带动,与直边外缸的内侧滑动配合;所述直边轴套设置在直边外缸中,并由直边电机驱动转动;所述直边内缸的两端设置有轴承,直边主轴通过轴承与直边内缸配合,直边主轴的前端设置有抛光刀具,直边主轴的后端通过长形的键结构与直边轴套连接。
优选的,所述直边气缸与直边内缸的前端连接,直边外缸的前端设置有直边缓冲垫。
优选的,所述下倒角机构包含下倒角连接架、下倒角电机、下倒角气缸、下倒角外缸、下倒角内缸、下倒角主轴和下倒角轴套;所述下倒角外缸通过下倒角连接架呈前高后低倾斜设置在侧架上,下倒角电机连接在下倒角外缸的尾端;所述下倒角内缸由下倒角气缸带动,与下倒角外缸的内侧滑动配合;所述下倒角轴套设置在下倒角外缸中,并由下倒角电机驱动转动;所述下倒角内缸的两端设置有轴承,下倒角主轴通过轴承与下倒角内缸配合,下倒角主轴的前端设置有倒角打磨刀具,下倒角主轴的后端通过长形的键结构与下倒角轴套连接。
优选的,所述下倒角气缸与下倒角内缸的前端连接,下倒角外缸的前端设置有下倒角缓冲垫。
优选的,所述压轮架的两端通过压轮升降机构与侧架连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1-7所示,本发明所述的一种全自动直边倒角抛光机,包含输送机构1、侧架2和压轮架3;所述输送机构1为带轮输送机构,输送机构1上设置有驱动带轮运转的输送驱动装置4,压轮架3的下侧设置有4排沿输送机构1的送料方向排列的压轮,压轮架3的两端通过压轮升降机构8与侧架2连接,压轮升降机构8为电机丝杆结构;所述侧架2上沿送料方向依次设置有上倒角机构5、多个直边抛光机构6和多个下倒角机构7。
所述上倒角机构5包含上倒角升降架51、上倒角横移架52、上倒角转动架53和上倒角电机54;所述上倒角升降架51固定连接在侧架2上,上倒角升降架51上设置有升降调节手轮55;所述上倒角横移架52沿竖向滑动设置在上倒角升降架51上,上倒角横移架52通过升降调节手轮55调节高度;所述上倒角横移架52上设置有横向调节手轮56,上倒角转动架53沿横向滑动设置在上倒角横移架52上,上倒角转动架53通过横向调节手轮56调整横向位置;所述上倒角电机54设置在上倒角转动架53上,上倒角转动架53通过伺服电机自动控制转动角度,上倒角电机54的主轴上设置有上倒角切割刀具57。
所述直边抛光机构6包含直边连接架61、直边电机62、直边气缸63、直边外缸64、直边内缸65、直边主轴66和直边轴套67;所述直边外缸64通过直边连接架61沿水平方向安装在侧架2上,直边电机62连接在直边外缸64的尾端;所述直边气缸63设置在直边外缸64上,直边气缸63与直边内缸65的前端连接,带动直边内缸65在直边外缸64的内侧滑动,直边外缸64的前端海设置有直边缓冲垫69;所述直边轴套67设置在直边外缸64中,并由直边电机62驱动转动;所述直边内缸65的两端设置有轴承,直边主轴66通过轴承与直边内缸65配合,直边主轴66的前端设置有抛光刀具68,直边主轴66的后端通过长形的键结构与直边轴套67连接。
所述下倒角机构7包含下倒角连接架71、下倒角电机72、下倒角气缸73、下倒角外缸74、下倒角内缸75、下倒角主轴76和下倒角轴套77;所述下倒角外缸74通过下倒角连接架71呈前高后低倾斜设置在侧架2上,下倒角电机72连接在下倒角外缸74的尾端;所述下倒角气缸73设置在下倒角外缸74上,下倒角气缸73与下倒角内缸75的前端连接,带动下倒角内缸75在下倒角外缸74的内侧滑动,下倒角外缸74的前端海设置有下倒角缓冲垫79;所述下倒角轴套77设置在下倒角外缸74中,并由下倒角电机72驱动转动;所述下倒角内缸75的两端设置有轴承,下倒角主轴76通过轴承与下倒角内缸75配合,下倒角主轴76的前端设置有倒角打磨刀具78,下倒角主轴76的后端通过长形的键结构与下倒角轴套77连接。
工作时,先将石材放置在输送机构1的上料端,石材由输送机构1带动前进,石材的前端侧部先经过上倒角机构5,上倒角机构5事先通过手动调节过升降调节手轮55和横向调节手轮56来对刀,石材到达上倒角机构5处时,上倒角转动架53带动上倒角电机54转动至设定的角度,通过上倒角切割刀具57进行上侧倒角的切割;石材的前端行进至直边抛光机构6处时,直边气缸63带动直边内缸65伸出至设定的距离,同时直边电机62通过直边轴套67带动直边主轴66上的抛光刀具68对石材侧面的竖直边进行抛光;石材的前端行进至直边下倒角机构7处时,下倒角气缸73带动下倒角内缸75伸出至设定的距离,同时下倒角电机72通过下倒角轴套77带动下倒角主轴76上的倒角打磨刀具78对石材下侧边进行研磨微倒角。
当然,上倒角机构5、直边抛光机构6和下倒角机构7的设置顺序可以根据实际情况进行调整。
