Abstract
本发明涉及一种高直链淀粉比例的低蛋白肉鸡日粮,本发明中,控制日粮中直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比为0.3~0.5,可有效地降低饲料中粗蛋白质质量含量为16~18%,日粮的代谢能为3.0~3.2MCal/kg。本发明通过提高直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比例,可在保证肉鸡生长情况的前提下,有效地降低日粮中粗蛋白的添加量,有效地节约蛋白质资源;而且粗蛋白含量的降低有助于降低肉鸡的氮排放,改善饲养环境。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家禽饲料加工领域,具体涉及一种直链淀粉比例较高,粗蛋白含量较低的肉鸡日粮。
背景技术
蛋白质是畜禽重要的营养素,日粮蛋白质为畜禽提供必需氨基酸用于机体蛋白质合成,同时作为消化酶和激素的活性成分来源参与机体的代谢活动。我国畜禽养殖量大,蛋白质饲料供应不足,每年需进口大量的大豆满足日益增长的蛋白质需要。因此,提高日粮中蛋白的利用率,降低蛋白质损耗有助于减少日粮中蛋白质的添加量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可降低生长期肉鸡日粮中粗蛋白添加量的日粮,所述日粮中直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比为0.3~0.5,粗蛋白质质量百分数为16~18%,日粮的代谢能为3.0~3.2MCal/kg。
申请人研究发现,直链淀粉(又称慢速消化淀粉)可以为肠道供给提供更多的葡萄糖,抑制肠黏膜上皮细胞增殖,降低肠道所需的氨基酸代谢燃料损耗,提高氨基酸转运和蛋白沉积,改善蛋白质利用,实现节约日粮蛋白质水平,保障肉鸡正常生产性能。进而,申请人发现,控制日粮中的直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比为0.3~0.5,与常规的0.2或0.2以下相比,可将生长期肉鸡饲料中粗蛋白的含量由19.5%降低到16~18%。
优选的,控制所述日粮中直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比为0.4,粗蛋白质质量百分数为17%,日粮的代谢能为3.05MCal/kg。
作为一种优选的饲料配方,所述日粮中的淀粉和蛋白来源类的物质由包括如下重量份的原料配制而成,玉米60~70份,豆粕20~30份,直链淀粉5~10份。
进一步骤优选的,所述日粮由包括如下重量份的原料配制而成,玉米56~58份,豆粕24~26份,玉米源直链淀粉7~8份。
上述两种方案中,所述玉米中干物质质量含量为86~88%,粗蛋白质质量含量为7.5~8%;所述豆粕中粗蛋白质质量含量为43~44%;所述玉米源直链淀粉的纯度大于97%。
在实际应用中,只要控制直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比为0.3~0.5,均可有效地降低饲料中的粗蛋白的含量为16~18%,上述的方案仅仅是在实际应用中的一个例子,申请人可根据实际情况和肉鸡生长的需求来选择相应的原料并调整其他常用组分如油脂、氨基酸和微量元素等的添加量。
优选的,在应用的过程中,在上述三种原料的基础上,还需再添加肉鸡生长所必需的其他营养物质,具体的,包括动植物油4~8份,磷酸氢钙1.2~1.6份,石粉1.0~1.4份,食盐0.2~0.40份,赖氨酸0.20~0.50份,蛋氨酸0.10~0.30份,苏氨酸0.0~0.10份,色氨酸0.0~0.01份,复合维生素0.02~0.05份,复合微量元素0.10~0.20份,氯化胆碱0.05~0.30份,植酸酶0.01~0.03份。
更优选的,包括动植物油4~5份,磷酸氢钙1.3~1.6份,石粉1.2~1.4份,食盐0.3~0.40份,赖氨酸0.25~0.50份,蛋氨酸0.15~0.30份,苏氨酸0.05~0.10份,色氨酸0.005~0.01份,复合维生素0.02~0.03份,复合微量元素0.10~0.20份,氯化胆碱0.01~0.30份,植酸酶0.01~0.03份。
上述方案中,所述复合维生素中包括维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、泛酸,叶酸和生物素。
和/或所述复合微量元素中包括铜,铁,锌,锰,硒和碘。
和/或所述植酸酶为耐高温植酸酶,酶活单位大于5000FTU/g。
上述的复合维生素、复合微量元素、酶制剂可调配制得,也可通过购买直接获得,肉鸡或禽类专用均可满足本申请的需求。
上述两种方案中,植物油或动物油可选自豆油、鸡油、鸭油、猪油中的一种或多种;磷酸氢钙中磷质量含量大于17%;石粉中钙质量含量大于36%;赖氨酸为赖氨酸硫酸盐或盐酸盐均可;蛋氨酸为DL~蛋氨酸或蛋氨酸羟基类似物均可;氯化胆碱的纯度为质量含量50%或60%均可;食盐为食用盐或非加碘盐。
本发明的另一目的是保护本申请所述日粮在养殖肉鸡中的应用。
优选的,在养殖白羽肉鸡、黄羽肉鸡、817杂交鸡中的应用。
具体应用的过程中,包括如下步骤:
1)肉鸡1~21日龄阶段,饲喂常规肉鸡饲料;
2)肉鸡21日龄~出栏阶段,饲喂本申请所述的饲料。
本发明所述的方法具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明所述的肉鸡饲料通过提高直链淀粉的比例,可有效地降低日粮中粗蛋白质水平降低,节约蛋白质资源;
2)经过实验证实,在提高直链淀粉比例的情况下,肉鸡在蛋白含量为19.5%和17%的情况下的生长性能并没有显著差异;
2)本发明中粗蛋白含量的降低有助于降低肉鸡的氮排放,改善饲养环境。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例中所涉及的复合维生素、复合微量元素均是直接购买得到。
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种肉鸡肉鸡生长期日粮,其配方具体为:
玉米57.2份,豆粕25.6份,玉米源直链淀粉7.5份,动植物油4.4份,磷酸氢钙1.39份,石粉1.21份,食盐0.35份,L-赖氨酸盐酸盐0.31份,蛋氨酸0.22份,苏氨酸0.079,色氨酸0.007,复合维生素0.02份,复合微量元素0.20份,氯化胆碱50%0.2份,植酸酶0.02份。
上述日粮的直链/支链淀粉比为0.4,代谢能为3.05MCal/kg,粗蛋白质量含量为17%。
实施例2
本实施例涉及一种肉鸡生长期日粮,其配方具体为:
玉米57.8份,豆粕25份,小麦源直链淀粉7份,动植物油4~5份,磷酸氢钙1.3份,石粉1.2份,食盐0.30份,小苏打0.20份,赖氨酸0.28~0.40份,蛋氨酸0.12~0.20份,复合维生素0.03份,复合微量元素0.20份,氯化胆碱0.06~0.12份,植酸酶0.02份。
上述日粮的直链/支链淀粉比为0.35,代谢能为3.05MCal/kg,粗蛋白质量含量为17%。
对比例1
本实施例涉及一种肉鸡生长期日粮,其配方具体为:
玉米64.5份,豆粕24.56份,玉米蛋白粉4.02份,动植物油2.44份,磷酸氢钙1.33份,石粉1.24份,食盐0.35份,赖氨酸0.28份,蛋氨酸0.10份,复合维生素0.02份,复合微量元素0.2份,氯化胆碱0.2份,植酸酶0.02份。
上述日粮的直链/支链淀粉比为0.2,代谢能为3.05MCal/kg,粗蛋白质质量含量为19.5%。
实验例
本实验例涉及养殖21~35日龄肉鸡的生长比较:
(1)试验日粮和动物分组
试验按3×2设计,即3个直链/支链比例,分别为0.1,0.2和0.4;每个淀粉比例分别设正常蛋白(19.5%)和低蛋白(17%)两个水平。试验选择480只21日龄雄性AA+商品肉鸡分为6个处理组,每个处理8个重复,每重复10只。分别饲喂按表1所示配方配制的日粮。

(2)测定指标
试验35日龄结束,测定结束时体重,耗料量,计算21-35日龄平均日增重,采食量和料重比。
(3)统计方法
试验按照双因素分析进行统计,计算淀粉比例和蛋白质主效应,以及淀粉比例×蛋白质水平的互作效应的概率值。
(4)结果

直链/支链淀粉比主效应可以看出,淀粉类型显著影响肉鸡平均日增重(p<0.05),直链/支链淀粉比例由0.1提高到0.4,21-35日龄肉鸡平均日增重由98.05提高到103.12(p<0.05);淀粉类型对肉鸡平均日采食量没有显著影响(p>0.05);淀粉类型有影响耗料/增重比趋势,直链/支链淀粉比例由0.1提高到0.4料重比由1.63降低到1.60(p<0.10),其中直链/支链淀粉比例由0.2提高到0.4导致耗料增重比显著下降(p<0.05)。蛋白质水平对肉鸡生产性能没有显著影响。但淀粉类型与蛋白质水平对耗料增重比存在交互作用。直链/支链淀粉比为0.4中低蛋白日粮耗料增重比1.62有低于直链/支链淀粉比为0.1高蛋白1.65的趋势(P<0.10),而且与高蛋白日粮没有显著差异(p>0.05)。由以上数据可知,同直链/支链淀粉比较低的情况相比,本申请所述的日粮确实可促进肉鸡对蛋白的利用,生长情况良好。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种高直链/支链淀粉比例的低蛋白肉鸡日粮,其特征在于,所述日粮中直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比为0.35~0.5,粗蛋白质质量百分数为16~18%,日粮的代谢能为3.0~3.2MCal/kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的日粮,其特征在于,所述日粮中直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比为0.4,粗蛋白质质量百分数为17%,日粮的代谢能为3.05MCal/kg。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的日粮,其特征在于,所述日粮由包括如下重量份的原料配制而成,玉米60~70份,豆粕20~30份,直链淀粉5~10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的日粮,其特征在于,所述玉米中干物质质量含量为86~88%,粗蛋白质质量含量为7.5~8%;所述豆粕中粗蛋白质质量含量为43~44%;所述直链淀粉中淀粉的百分含量大于97%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的日粮,其特征在于,所述日粮中还包括动植物油4~8份,磷酸氢钙1.2~1.6份,石粉1.0~1.4份,食盐0.2~0.40份,赖氨酸0.20~0.50份,蛋氨酸0.10~0.30份,苏氨酸0.0~0.10份,色氨酸0.0~0.01份,复合维生素0.02~0.05份,复合微量元素0.10~0.20份,氯化胆碱0.05~0.30份,植酸酶0.01~0.03份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的日粮,其特征在于,所述复合维生素中包括维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、泛酸、叶酸和生物素;
和/或所述复合微量元素中包括铜、铁、锌、锰、硒和碘;
和/或所述植酸酶为耐高温植酸酶,酶活单位大于5000FTU/g。
7.权利要求1~6任一项所述的日粮在肉鸡养殖中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述日粮用于养殖白羽肉鸡、黄羽肉鸡或817杂交鸡。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的应用,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)肉鸡1~21日龄阶段,饲喂常规肉鸡饲料;
2)肉鸡21日龄~出栏阶段,饲喂权利要求1~6任一项所述的日粮。
