Abstract

一种无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂,包括以下组分:醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇1799、聚乙烯醇1788、2,5‑呋喃二甲醛、过硫酸铵、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、OP‑10、可溶性淀粉、盐酸、氢氧化钠、去离子水。本发明通过聚乙烯醇与2,5‑呋喃二甲醛缩合,制备聚乙烯醇缩2,5‑呋喃二甲醛作为保护胶体,制备无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂。

一种无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂
技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂领域,尤其涉及一种聚乙烯醇缩2,5-呋喃二甲醛作为保护胶体,制备无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂。
背景技术
粘合剂是聚合物材料的一种,广泛应用于木材、纸张、玻璃、织物等的粘接,种类繁多。聚醋酸乙烯酯通常称为白乳胶,是一种水溶性、热塑型胶粘剂,是仅次于脲醛树脂胶和酚醛树脂胶的大品种之一。白乳胶可常温固化、固化较快、粘接强度较高,粘接层具有较好的韧性和耐久性且不易老化。缺点是耐水性、耐湿性和耐热性差,易在潮湿空气中吸湿,或在高温下使用会产生蠕变现象,使粘结强度下降。此外,在-5℃以下储存易冻结,使乳液受到破坏。
聚乙烯醇缩甲醛常被用于保护胶体对白乳胶进行改性,使白乳胶乳液的耐水性、耐湿性和抗冻融性能有所改善,可以扩大白乳胶乳液的应用范围。但是,游离甲醛不仅在生产过程中,还会在使用若干年之后,释放出。甲醛气体,污染环境,危害人们的健康,甚至诱发癌症。在人们环保意识日益增强的今天,环保型胶粘剂的研发热情在科学界和工业界都得到了前所未有的提高。
2,5-呋喃二甲醛是生物质基二元醛,具有醛的化学特性,可通过碳水化合物如果糖、葡萄糖、纤维素等通过水解、异构、脱水、氧化等过程制备得到。与甲醛相比,2,5-呋喃二甲醛常温时是固体,熔点为110℃,蒸汽压低,不易挥发。此外,聚乙烯醇缩2,5-呋喃二甲醛交联度更高,若聚乙烯醇缩2,5-呋喃二甲醛作为保护胶体对白乳胶改性,不仅能使白乳胶乳液的耐水性、耐湿性和抗冻融性能有所改善,还有可能使白乳胶的耐热性得以改善。
本专利的目标是以聚乙烯醇缩2,5-呋喃二甲醛作为保护胶体,研制无甲醛生物质基环保型聚合物材料胶粘剂。
发明内容
一种无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂,其特征在于:按质量比包括以下组分:
一种无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂,合成步骤如下:
a)将3.0-8.0份聚乙烯醇1799中加入30.0-50.0份去离子水,溶胀后,升温至85-90℃,溶解,保温0.5-1.5小时,并不断搅拌;
b)降温至75-82℃,用1:1工业盐酸水溶液调节pH=2-2.5;
c)在不断搅拌下,缓慢滴加1份2,5-呋喃二甲醛,30-50分钟滴完,升温至85-88℃,保温0.5-1.5小时;
d)降温至55-60℃,用10%NaOH水溶液调节pH=6.5-7.0;
e)加入1.5-4.2份10%聚乙烯醇1788水溶液,再加入0.05-0.3份OP-10,升温至70-80℃;
f)加入0.06-0.7份10%过硫酸铵水溶液,缓慢滴加醋酸乙烯酯,10.1-15.5份醋酸乙烯酯约2.5-3.5小时滴完,每隔35-40分钟补加10%过硫酸铵水溶液0.01-0.2份,4次左右加完。控制反应温度在82-88℃之间,滴完后,保温0.4-0.6小时;
g)当无回流的醋酸乙烯酯后,继续保温0.5-1小时,降温至65-72℃;
h)加入0.01-0.3份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,再加入1.0-8.0份淀粉;不断搅拌,直至均匀;降温至58-62℃左右,出料过滤网;
a)将滤后产品装筒,存放。
可溶性淀粉为大米、玉米、小米、土豆、红薯的淀粉制成的。
与现有技术相比,本发明合成了一种以聚乙烯醇缩2,5-呋喃二甲醛作为保护胶体的胶粘剂,其特点是不含甲醛、环保、耐水和耐热性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂,按质量比包括以下组分:
实施例2:根据实施例1中各组分质量比,按此步骤合成无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂:
a)将6.5份聚乙烯醇1799中加入45.5份去离子水,溶胀后,升温至88℃,溶解,保温1小时,并不断搅拌;
b)降温至80℃,用1.2份1:1工业盐酸水溶液调节pH=2.4;
c)在不断搅拌下,缓慢滴加1份2,5-呋喃二甲醛,40分钟滴完,升温至85℃,保温1小时;
d)降温至58℃,用2.0份10%NaOH水溶液调节pH=6.6;
e)加入3.0份10%聚乙烯醇1788水溶液,再加入0.21份OP-10,升温至80℃;
f)加入0.4份10%过硫酸铵水溶液,缓慢滴加醋酸乙烯酯,15.1份醋酸乙烯酯3小时滴完,每隔40分钟补加10%过硫酸铵水溶液0.1份,4次加完。控制反应温度在85℃之间,滴完后,保温0.5小时;
g)当无回流的醋酸乙烯酯后,继续保温0.8小时,降温至70℃;
h)加入0.09份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,再加入5.0份淀粉;不断搅拌,直至均匀;降温至60℃左右,出料过滤网;
i)将滤后产品装筒,存放。
实施例3:根据相关标准测定实施例2中所得胶粘剂的性质,如下表所示。

Claims (2)

1.一种无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂,其特征在于:按质量份数比包括以下组分:
合成步骤如下:
a)将3.0-8.0份聚乙烯醇1799中加入30.0-50.0份去离子水,溶胀后,升温至85-90 oC,溶解,保温0.5-1.5小时,并不断搅拌;
b)降温至75-82 oC,用0.5-1.5份1:1工业盐酸水溶液调节pH;
c)在不断搅拌下,缓慢滴加1份2,5-呋喃二甲醛,30-50分钟滴完,升温至85-88 oC,保温0.5-1.5小时;
d)降温至55-60 oC,用1.1-3.1份质量浓度10% NaOH水溶液调节pH;
e)加入1.5-4.2份质量浓度10%聚乙烯醇1788水溶液,再加入0.05-0.3份OP-10,升温至70-80 oC;
f)加入0.06-0.7份质量浓度10%过硫酸铵水溶液,滴加醋酸乙烯酯,10.1-15.5份醋酸乙烯酯2.5-3.5小时滴完,每隔35-40分钟补加10%过硫酸铵水溶液0.01-0.2份,4次加完;控制反应温度在82-88 oC之间,滴完后,保温0.4-0.6小时;
g)当无回流的醋酸乙烯酯后,继续保温0.5-1小时,降温至65-72 oC;

2.一种无甲醛生物质基环保型胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:合成步骤如下:
a)将3.0-8.0份聚乙烯醇1799中加入30.0-50.0份去离子水,溶胀后,升温至85-90 oC,溶解,保温0.5-1.5小时,并不断搅拌;
b)降温至75-82 oC,用0.5-1.5份1:1工业盐酸水溶液调节pH;
