高血脂症是由于血中胆固醇和/或甘油三酯过高或高密度脂蛋白胆固醇过低引起,包括高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯症及两者均高的复合型高血脂症。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足之处,提出一种改善血脂的陶瓷制品及其制备方法,该陶瓷制品有效增强人体自身的免疫力,具有改善血脂的功能。

一种改善血脂的陶瓷制品,按重量份数计算,陶瓷制品组分包括:高岭石30-70份、辅料18-47份、电气石5-25份、氧化铝5-35份、二氧化硅10-35份、氧化锆5-30份、红曲1-5份、α-亚麻酸3-7份、灵芝1-5份和丹参1-4份。
更进一步地,所述辅料包括粘合剂和球粘土,按重量份数计算,所述粘合剂为3-7份,所述球粘土为15-40份。
更进一步地,按重量份数计算,陶瓷制品组分包括:高岭石40份、辅料30份、电气石20份、氧化铝30份、二氧化硅25份、氧化锆25份、红曲3份、α-亚麻酸5份、灵芝4份、丹参2份、粘合剂5份、球粘土20份。

A、将高岭石30-70份、电气石5-25份、氧化铝5-35份、二氧化硅10-35份、氧化锆5-30份进行粉碎,根据各物质材料熔点高低与性能的不同,分别选择不同粉碎工艺,磨成后过300目网筛,得原料粉料;B、将步骤A中得到的原料粉料投入搅拌池,加水充分混合后,再添加粘合剂3-7份和球粘土15-40份充分搅拌均匀,制成原料浆;C、将步骤B中制成的原料浆用压力虹吸机喷入喷雾干燥造粒塔内,制成含水量小于3%的微米级固体颗粒;D、将步骤C中制成的固体颗粒置入干压机料斗内,根据不同类型产品的要求,选用相应模具,压制出不同形状的陶瓷坯体;E、将步骤D中制成的不同形状坯体置入中温干燥箱进行第一次预烧结,其烧结温度控制在500-700℃范围内,并恒温60-80分钟;F、把红曲1-5份、α-亚麻酸3-7份、灵芝1-5份和丹参1-4份制备成溶液,把溶液多次涂在步骤E中陶瓷坯体上,晾干再涂液,再晾干;G、将步骤F中得到的预烧结坯体,在保温的状态下,迅速移至高温滚道烧结窑内第二次烧结,烧结温度控制在1200-1400℃范围内,恒温70-100分钟,出炉时迅速风冷至室温,即得陶瓷制品。

A、将高岭石40份、电气石20份、氧化铝30份、二氧化硅25份、氧化锆25份进行粉碎,根据各物质材料熔点高低与性能的不同,分别选择不同粉碎工艺,磨成后过300目网筛,得原料粉料;B、将步骤A中得到的原料粉料投入搅拌池,加水充分混合后,再添加粘合剂5份和球粘土20份充分搅拌均匀,制成原料浆;C、将步骤B中制成的原料浆用压力虹吸机喷入喷雾干燥造粒塔内,制成含水量小于3%的微米级固体颗粒;D、将步骤C中制成的固体颗粒置入干压机料斗内,根据不同类型产品的要求,选用相应模具,压制出不同形状的陶瓷坯体;E、将步骤D中制成的不同形状坯体置入中温干燥箱进行第一次预烧结,其烧结温度控制在500-700℃范围内,并恒温60-80分钟;F、把红曲3份、α-亚麻酸5份、灵芝4份和丹参2份制备成溶液,把溶液多次涂在步骤E中陶瓷坯体上,晾干再涂液,再晾干;G、将步骤F中得到的预烧结坯体,在保温的状态下,迅速移至高温滚道烧结窑内第二次烧结,烧结温度控制在1200-1400℃范围内,恒温70-100分钟,出炉时迅速风冷至室温,即得陶瓷制品;H、对步骤G中制成的不同形状的坯体置入抛光机内进行抛光。

针对各实施例和对比例制备的陶瓷制品进行性能测试,统计有高血脂情况的人群在一定时间内做出情况统计,可见表1:

由表1果可知:
(1)通过实施例1-3看出,所制备的陶瓷制品具有良好的改善血脂的情况;实施例3最优选实施方案;(2)通过对比实施例1和2对比可以看出,不添加氧化铝、二氧化硅或者红曲、α-亚麻酸、灵芝,其所制备的陶瓷制品改善血脂能力差;(3)通过对比实施例1-2与实施例3对比可以看出,添加氧化铝、二氧化硅或者红曲、α-亚麻酸、灵芝,所制备出来的陶瓷制品的各性能均比未添加的所得产品要优越,改善血脂功能强。

Claims (5)
1.一种改善血脂的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:按重量份数计算,陶瓷制品组分包括:高岭石30-70份、辅料18-47份、电气石5-25份、氧化铝5-35份、二氧化硅10-35份、氧化锆5-30份、红曲1-5份、α-亚麻酸3-7份、灵芝1-5份和丹参1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善血脂的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:所述辅料包括粘合剂和球粘土,按重量份数计算,所述粘合剂为3-7份,所述球粘土为15-40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改善血脂的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:按重量份数计算,陶瓷制品组分包括:高岭石40份、辅料30份、电气石20份、氧化铝30份、二氧化硅25份、氧化锆25份、红曲3份、α-亚麻酸5份、灵芝4份、丹参2份、粘合剂5份、球粘土20份。
4.一种制备权利要求1-3所述的改善血脂的陶瓷制品的方法,其特征在于:包括步骤如下:A、将高岭石30-70份、电气石5-25份、氧化铝5-35份、二氧化硅10-35份、氧化锆5-30份进行粉碎,根据各物质材料熔点高低与性能的不同,分别选择不同粉碎工艺,磨成后过300目网筛,得原料粉料;B、将步骤A中得到的原料粉料投入搅拌池,加水充分混合后,再添加粘合剂3-7份和球粘土15-40份充分搅拌均匀,制成原料浆;C、将步骤B中制成的原料浆用压力虹吸机喷入喷雾干燥造粒塔内,制成含水量小于3%的微米级固体颗粒;D、将步骤C中制成的固体颗粒置入干压机料斗内,根据不同类型产品的要求,选用相应模具,压制出不同形状的陶瓷坯体;E、将步骤D中制成的不同形状坯体置入中温干燥箱进行第一次预烧结,其烧结温度控制在500-700℃范围内,并恒温60-80分钟;F、把红曲1-5份、α-亚麻酸3-7份、灵芝1-5份和丹参1-4份制备成溶液,把溶液多次涂在步骤E中陶瓷坯体上,晾干再涂液,再晾干;G、将步骤F中得到的预烧结坯体,在保温的状态下,迅速移至高温滚道烧结窑内第二次烧结,烧结温度控制在1200-1400℃范围内,恒温70-100分钟,出炉时迅速风冷至室温,即得陶瓷制品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改善血脂的陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括对步骤G中制成的不同形状的坯体置入抛光机内进行抛光的抛光步骤H。
