本发明公开了一种环保水泥,所述配方的重量百分比为:硅酸盐水泥熟料80‑92份、矿渣5‑10份、煤矸石3‑8份、粉煤灰渣2‑6、干粉电石渣3‑5份、氟石膏3‑6份、铁粉3‑6份,助磨剂2‑3份、黄沙岩5‑15份。本发明工艺简单,成本低廉,有效降低了水泥在制作过程中的煤耗和料耗,生产过程不污染环境,绿色环保。

本发明涉及水泥加工生产领域,尤其涉及一种环保水泥。
背景技术
水泥为粉状水硬性无机胶凝材料,加水搅拌后成浆体,能在空气中硬化或者在水中更好的硬化,并能把砂、石等材料牢固地胶结在一起,广泛应用于土木建筑、水利、国防等工程。水泥的种类很多,按其用途和性能可分为通用水泥、专用水泥及特性水泥三大类。但目前市面上不管是通用水泥、专用水泥还是特性水泥在制作过程中,煤耗和料耗的问题非常严重,生产工艺复杂,不仅增加了企业的制造成本,还造成了资源的浪费,环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术不足,提供一种降低资源消耗,工艺简单,生产过程不造成环境污染的环保水泥。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:环保水泥,所述配方的重量百分比为:硅酸盐水泥熟料80-92份、矿渣5-10份、煤矸石3-8份、粉煤灰渣2-6、干粉电石渣3-5份、氟石膏3-6份、铁粉3-6份,助磨剂2-3份、黄沙岩5-15份。
进一步的,硅酸盐水泥熟料91份、矿渣8份,煤矸石7份,粉煤灰渣5份,干粉电石渣4份、氟石膏4份、铁粉4份、助磨剂2份、黄沙岩10份。
本发明工艺简单,成本低廉,有效降低了水泥在制作过程中的煤耗和料耗,生产过程不污染环境,绿色环保。
