本发明提供了一种魔芋切片机，包括壳体，设于壳体的切片平台，多块转动设于壳体内的切刀，设于壳体内带动切刀转动的转动机构，以及设于壳体顶部的移动魔芋头的移动机构；所述移动机构包括滑动设于壳体顶部的移动组件，固设于移动组件下方的气缸，固设于气缸的气撑杆下端的安装块，以及固设于安装块下方且用于插固魔芋头的插头；所述壳体顶部设有供移动机构滑动的滑槽；所述切片平台设有供切刀转动的转动槽。本魔芋切片机结构简单，使用方便，对魔芋头的切片效果非常好。

技术领域
本发明涉及魔芋加工技术领域，贴别是一种魔芋切片机。
背景技术
传统的魔芋切片方式，是工人用菜刀进行切割，效率低，切出来的魔芋片的大小也不均匀。现在市场上的魔芋切片机，结构复杂，使用不便，造价还高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种结构简单，使用方便，切片效果好的魔芋切片机。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
一种魔芋切片机，包括壳体，设于壳体的切片平台，多块转动设于壳体内的切刀，设于壳体内带动切刀转动的转动机构，以及设于壳体顶部的移动魔芋头的移动机构；所述移动机构包括滑动设于壳体顶部的移动组件，固设于移动组件下方的气缸，固设于气缸的气撑杆下端的安装块，以及固设于安装块下方且用于插固魔芋头的插头；所述壳体顶部设有供移动机构滑动的滑槽；所述切片平台设有供切刀转动的转动槽。
进一步的，所述移动组件包括外壳，设于外壳下方的滑轮，以及设于外壳内的滑动电机。
进一步的，所述壳体内侧设有弹性限位块。
进一步的，所述转动机构包括设于壳体内的转动电机，与转动电机的动力输出轴传动连接的传动齿轮，以及与传动齿轮固定连接的转轴；所述切刀固设于转轴。
进一步的，相邻的两块切刀之间还设有辅助切片机构。
进一步的，所述辅助切片机构包括竖直设于切片平台下方的辅助电机，与辅助电机的电机轴传动连接的辅助转轴，以及设于辅助转轴的辅助切刀。
本发明的有益效果在于：上述的魔芋切片机，结构简单，造价低，只需将魔芋头插固与插头，然后在移动机构的带动下，左右移动，同时，下方的切刀在转动机构的带动下转动，对魔芋头进行切片；还有，相邻的切刀之间还设置有辅助切片机构，对魔芋头进行了充分地切片。

如图1所示，一种魔芋切片机，包括壳体10，设于壳体10的切片平台20，多块转动设于壳体10内的切刀30，设于壳体10内带动切刀30转动的转动机构40，以及设于壳体10顶部的移动魔芋头的移动机构50；所述移动机构50包括滑动设于壳体10顶部的移动组件51，固设于移动组件51下方的气缸52，固设于气缸52的气撑杆下端的安装块53，以及固设于安装块53下方且用于插固魔芋头的插头54；所述壳体10顶部设有供移动机构50滑动的滑槽；所述切片平台20设有供切刀30转动的转动槽。
具体的，所述移动组件51包括外壳511，设于外壳511下方的滑轮512，以及设于外壳511内的滑动电机513。
具体的，所述转动机构40包括设于壳体10内的转动电机41，与转动电机41的动力输出轴传动连接的传动齿轮42，以及与传动齿轮42固定连接的转轴43；所述切刀30固设于转轴43。
进一步的，在其他实施例中，所述壳体10内侧设有弹性限位块11。
进一步的，在其他实施例中，相邻的两块切刀30之间还设有辅助切片机构60。
进一步的，在其他实施例中，所述辅助切片机构60包括竖直设于切片平台20下方的辅助电机61，与辅助电机61的电机轴传动连接的辅助转轴62，以及设于辅助转轴62的辅助切刀63。
综上所述：上述的魔芋切片机，结构简单，造价低，只需将魔芋头插固与插头54，然后在移动机构50的带动下，左右移动，同时，下方的切刀30在转动机构40的带动下转动，对魔芋头进行切片；还有，相邻的切刀30之间还设置有辅助切片机构60，对魔芋头进行了充分地切片。

1.一种魔芋切片机，其特征在于：包括壳体，设于壳体的切片平台，多块转动设于壳体内的切刀，设于壳体内带动切刀转动的转动机构，以及设于壳体顶部的移动魔芋头的移动机构；所述移动机构包括滑动设于壳体顶部的移动组件，固设于移动组件下方的气缸，固设于气缸的气撑杆下端的安装块，以及固设于安装块下方且用于插固魔芋头的插头；所述壳体顶部设有供移动机构滑动的滑槽；所述切片平台设有供切刀转动的转动槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋切片机，其特征在于：所述移动组件包括外壳，设于外壳下方的滑轮，以及设于外壳内的滑动电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋切片机，其特征在于：所述壳体内侧设有弹性限位块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋切片机，其特征在于：所述转动机构包括设于壳体内的转动电机，与转动电机的动力输出轴传动连接的传动齿轮，以及与传动齿轮固定连接的转轴；所述切刀固设于转轴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋切片机，其特征在于：相邻的两块切刀之间还设有辅助切片机构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的魔芋切片机，其特征在于：所述辅助切片机构包括竖直设于切片平台下方的辅助电机，与辅助电机的电机轴传动连接的辅助转轴，以及设于辅助转轴的辅助切刀。
