本发明涉及金属加工机械，具体涉及一种钢丝打头除锈装置。
背景技术
丝管蒸发器是将数根钢丝通过排焊设备焊接在钢管上构成，钢丝在焊接前需要进行除锈及打头处理，目前，现有技术的除锈机结构复杂，除锈效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种同时具有钢丝打头和除锈功能的装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种钢丝打头除锈装置，包括机架及设在所述机架上的除锈桶，在所述的除锈桶内部设有滚筒，所述的滚筒与电机相连，在所述的滚筒的内壁设有钢丝刷，在其底部设有沙盘。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明一种钢丝打头除锈装置能将成捆的钢丝一次处理，滚筒内壁设有钢丝刷能够除去钢丝表面的锈迹，在除锈桶底部设有的沙盘能够将钢丝一端磨圆打头处理，设计机构合理，生产效率高，劳动强度低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步详细的说明：参见图1-图4，一种钢丝打头除锈装置，包括机架1及设在所述机架1上的除锈桶2，在所述的除锈桶2内部设有滚筒3，所述的滚筒3与电机4相连，在所述的滚筒3的内壁设有钢丝刷5，在其底部设有沙盘6。本发明一种钢丝打头除锈装置能将成捆的钢丝一次处理，滚筒3内壁设有钢丝刷5能够除去钢丝表面的锈迹，在除锈桶2底部设有的沙盘3能够将钢丝一端磨圆打头处理，设计机构合理，生产效率高，劳动强度低。

1.一种钢丝打头除锈装置，包括机架及设在所述机架上的除锈桶，其特征在于：在所述的除锈桶内部设有滚筒，所述的滚筒与电机相连，在所述的滚筒的内壁设有钢丝刷，在其底部设有沙盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝打头除锈装置，其特征在于：所述的除锈桶与底面呈30-45度夹角。
