Abstract
本发明提供的一种新型棱鳍复合垫片,即在金属板上制造细的金属突纹(即突起的金属),突纹的高度约在0.3~3mm,突纹的尖部宽度约在0.3~3.5mm,在突纹上再铺盖覆合层,突纹为同心圆布置,覆合层采用非金属材料或软金属材料。非金属覆合层最常用的是柔性石墨,非金属覆合层也可以采用聚四氟乙烯。根据需要突纹可以在金属的单侧或双侧制造。

技术领域
本发明属于一种用于石油、化工领域的设备静密封上,更具体的说涉及一种新型棱鳍复合垫片。
背景技术
在石化设备中,如换热器或空冷式热交换器(简称空冷器)等都需要大量的静密封,比如空冷器的丝堵管箱的丝堵密封和换热器的管嘴密封,在石油炼化和化工过程中广泛实用,但是有些工况由于温度的变化导致泄漏,有时由于同种材质硬度差和加工精度的问题导致泄漏,大量的泄露为这些石化设备的运行带来隐患。
传统的静设备垫片大体有这几种,非金属垫片,硬度低,利于低压非易燃易爆介质;缠绕垫片和波齿复合垫片,密封效果好,有抗温度交变载荷的能力,但不利于制造小垫片和窄垫片;纯金属垫片,密封效果较好,但对加工精度要求高,硬度差要求高。检索的专利复合垫片均是将金属骨架作成各种波纹形状,根据实验,这些波纹形状的密封形式在通常情况下是没有问题的,但是制作这样的垫片实验证明,在旋转装配的工况,比如空冷器的小直径丝堵密封,其上的复合部分如石墨,均会大量脱落,无法保证密封。
目前,类似空冷器的丝堵密封或换热器的管嘴密封,国内外只能选用金属垫片密封,经常泄露,直接威胁着装置的安全,我国西北某石化炼油厂的大火,就是由于换热器的管嘴密封泄露导致的。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种新型棱鳍复合垫片,使其能满足承受高温高压的场合,同时可以在温度压力变化的交变工况下运行。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种新型棱鳍复合垫片,即在金属板上制造细的金属突纹(即突起的金属),突纹的高度约在0.3~3mm,突纹的尖部宽度约在0.3~3.5mm,在突纹上再铺盖覆合层,突纹为同心圆布置,覆合层采用非金属材料或软金属材料。非金属覆合层最常用的是柔性石墨,非金属覆合层也可以采用聚四氟乙烯。根据需要突纹可以在金属的单侧或双侧制造。
本发明的优点在于:
垫片制造出突纹结构,而不是公知的波纹凹槽,突纹结构更利于实现线密封,实践证明,与公知的产品比较,最大的优点在于在旋转安装时,密封面的摩擦不会损失覆合层,同时由于突纹的线密封作用,使得其密封更耐高温高压。实践证明,更换此种垫片后其泄漏率大大降低,本发明制造成本低,经济实用。
可拆卸更换。
结构简单,材料成本低,实用性强。
适用于各类材料的使用,特别适用于不锈钢和镍基合金材料,保证了产品的密封可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、图2、图3对本发明的实施例进行说明,本实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本实施例的原理,本发明并不局限于实施例,结合使用领域的扩大,本发明将会有改进或变化,这些变化和改动都将是要求保护的范围内,比如突纹的数量是根据垫片的大小确定的,不限于图示的2个,比如突纹的形状可以是矩形、三角形或其它形状,但并不会改变本发明的原理。
一种新型棱鳍复合垫片,如图1中垫片金属本体1上加工出金属突纹2,突纹的高度约在0.3~3mm,突纹的尖部宽度约在0.3~3.5mm,在突纹2上复合非金属或软金属覆合层,如复合柔性石墨。本发明的形状与图3中公知的波齿复合垫的金属骨架区别较大,图3中的金属骨架1加工出弧形凹槽,占用面积较大,对于直径小的垫片无法加工,而上面的覆合层2复合在凹槽中,也极易脱落,而本发明的突纹较细,占有横向截面的面积较小,更适合与小垫片,突纹之间便于复合柔性石墨,突纹支撑着覆合层,覆合层不会脱落。根据需要突纹可以在金属的单侧或双侧制造。本发明在实施时的加工精度要求非常高,一般需要数控机床才能完成。

1.一种新型棱鳍复合垫片,包括金属本体(1)和非金属覆合层(3),其特征在于复合垫片在金属本体(1)上加工出金属突纹(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型棱鳍复合垫片,其特征在于:所述覆合层(3)为柔性石墨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型棱鳍复合垫片,其特征在于:所述覆合层(3)为聚四氟乙烯。
