Abstract
本发明涉及一种矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,包括水套壳体,其特征是:水套壳体内设有催化单元,催化单元沿轴向设有多个直通小气道和旁通大气道,直通小气道和旁通大气道的内表面均匀涂附贵金属催化层。所述矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器能够与矿用防爆柴油机完全兼容又不影响原机正常使用,具有热稳定性好,催化质量好,结构强度高,抗热冲击等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种尾气催化器,尤其是一种矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器。
背景技术
矿用防爆柴油机是一种在地面柴油机基础上增加或者改造原机进排气系统从而能够在爆炸性气体环境中安全使用的柴油机,具有功率大、安全系数高、可连续作业等特点,但是带来的尾气污染问题也尤为严重。矿用防爆柴油机采用的是水洗式尾气处理的方式,这种方式仅仅在很小范围内降低碳烟含量,对不可见的物质未做处理,如CO和CH,任由这些有害气体的排放会对井下作业人员带来极大的身心伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,能够与矿用防爆柴油机完全兼容又不影响原机正常使用,具有热稳定性好,催化质量好,结构强度高,抗热冲击等特点。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,包括水套壳体,其特征是:水套壳体内设有催化单元,催化单元沿轴向设有多个直通小气道和旁通大气道,直通小气道和旁通大气道的内表面均匀涂附贵金属催化层。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述水套壳体和催化单元之间设有保温衬垫。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述保温衬垫和水套壳体之间设有减震护套。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述催化单元的底端面与水套壳体之间设有定位套。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述水套壳体为圆桶体,桶壁为双层结构,包括内壁和外壁,内壁和外壁之间设有水套层。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述旁通大气道设置在催化单元的圆心。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述旁通大气道均匀分布在催化单元的圆周。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述旁通大气道内设有隔板。
本发明所述矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器具有以下优点:
(1)与原防爆柴油机排气系统串联,不影响原机的防爆结构,兼容性强;
(2)气道采用多孔直通式的结构,增加作用面积的同时有效的降低堵塞的可能;
(3)增设了旁通气道,进一步增加产品的稳定性和耐久性;
(4)催化器载体材料为陶瓷材料,具有热稳定性好,热膨胀系数小,催化质量好,结构强度高,抗热冲击等特点;
(5)外壳体内置水套,确保表面温度不超过150℃的安标许可值。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,所述矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器包括水套壳体5,水套壳体5为圆桶体,桶壁为双层结构,包括内壁和外壁,内壁和外壁之间设有水套层,外壁上设有进出水口,通过水冷保证装置表面温度不超过安标许可值150℃;水套壳体5的内壁内设有催化单元3,如图3所示,催化单元3沿轴向设有多个直通小气道6和5个旁通大气道7,其中1个旁通大气道7设置在催化单元3的圆心,4个均匀分布在催化单元3的圆周;如图4所示,所述旁通大气道7内设有隔板8;所述催化单元3由陶瓷制造,直通小气道6和旁通大气道7的表面均匀涂附上铂(Pt)、钯(Pd)等贵金属催化层;所述水套壳体5的内壁和催化单元3之间设有保温衬垫1,用于当尾气通过催化单元3时阻隔温度对外扩散,保证催化单元3内芯的作用温度;所述保温衬垫1和水套壳体5的内壁之间设有减震护套2,杜绝由于设备和发动机的震动导致催化单元3碎裂的可能;所述催化单元3的底端面与水套壳体5之间设有定位套4,防止催化单元3在水套壳体5内产生相对位移。
本发明的工作原理及工作过程:如图1-4所示,在原防爆柴油机排气岐管末端增加所述矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,当尾气通过催化单元3时产生氧化催化反应,利用氧化催化原理将发动机尾气中的一氧化碳(CO)和碳氢化合物(CH)转化成无害的水(H2O)和二氧化碳(CO2);在极端情况下直通小气道6会出现堵塞,此时发动机排气背压升高,当升高到设定值后会冲破旁通大气道7内的隔板8,此时尾气由旁通大气道7排出。
如图5所示,经检测,在综合工况下,CO排放量降低61.1%,最高优化率为91.4%。
Claims (8)
1.一种矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,包括水套壳体(5),其特征是:水套壳体(5)内设有催化单元(3),催化单元(3)沿轴向设有多个直通小气道(6)和旁通大气道(7),直通小气道(6)和旁通大气道(7)的内表面均匀涂附贵金属催化层。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,其特征是:所述水套壳体(5)和催化单元(3)之间设有保温衬垫(1)。
3.如权利要求2所述的矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,其特征是:所述保温衬垫(1)和水套壳体(5)之间设有减震护套(2)。
4.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,其特征是:所述催化单元(3)的底端面与水套壳体(5)之间设有定位套(4)。
5.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,其特征是:所述水套壳体(5)为圆桶体,桶壁为双层结构,包括内壁和外壁,内壁和外壁之间设有水套层。
6.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,其特征是:所述旁通大气道(7)设置在催化单元(3)的圆心。
7.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,其特征是:所述旁通大气道(7)均匀分布在催化单元(3)的圆周。
8.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机尾气催化器,其特征是:所述旁通大气道(7)内设有隔板(8)。
