本发明涉及一种矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,包括水套壳体,其特征是:所述水套壳体内设有碳烟过滤单元,碳烟过滤单元沿轴向间隔设置多个进气孔道和排气孔道,进气孔道的出口封闭,排气孔道的进口封闭,进气孔道和排气孔道之间设有过滤壁面。所述矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器能够与矿用防爆柴油机完全兼容又不影响原机正常使用,具有热稳定性好,过滤效果好,结构强度高,抗热冲击等特点。

矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种碳烟过滤器,尤其是一种矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器。
背景技术
矿用防爆柴油机是一种在地面柴油机基础上增加或者改造原机进排气系统从而能够在爆炸性气体环境中安全使用的柴油机,具有功率大、安全系数高、可连续作业等特点,但是带来的尾气污染问题也尤为严重。矿用防爆柴油机采用的是水洗式尾气处理的方式,这种方式仅仅在很小范围内降低碳烟含量,实测只能降低5%-10%的碳烟排放,煤矿井下已经形成一种浓烟滚滚的境况,对作业人员的呼吸道形成严重的危害,甚至极大的增加了诱发癌症的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,能够与矿用防爆柴油机完全兼容又不影响原机正常使用,具有热稳定性好,过滤效果好,结构强度高,抗热冲击等特点。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,包括水套壳体,其特征是:所述水套壳体内设有碳烟过滤单元,碳烟过滤单元沿轴向间隔设置多个进气孔道和排气孔道,进气孔道的出口封闭,排气孔道的进口封闭,进气孔道和排气孔道之间设有过滤壁面。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述水套壳体和碳烟过滤单元之间设有保温衬垫。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述保温衬垫和水套壳体之间设有减震护套。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述碳烟过滤单元的端面与水套壳体之间设有定位套。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述水套壳体为具有内腔的圆桶体,桶壁为双层结构,包括内壁和外壁,内壁和外壁之间设有水套层。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述水套壳体上设有旁通阀,旁通阀与水套壳体的内腔相连通。
在一个具体实施方式中,所述过滤壁面为微孔陶瓷材料。
本发明所述矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器具有以下优点:
(1)与原防爆柴油机排气系统串联,不影响原机的防爆结构,兼容性强;
(2)气道采用多孔壁流式的结构,增加作用面积确保碳烟过滤质量;
(3)增设了旁通气道,进一步增加产品的稳定性和耐久性;
(4)过滤器载体材料为陶瓷材料,具有热稳定性好,热膨胀系数小,过滤效果好,结构强度高,抗热冲击等特点;
(5)外壳体内置水套,确保表面温度不超过150℃的安标许可值。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,所述矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器包括水套壳体5,水套壳体5为具有内腔的圆桶体,桶壁为双层结构,包括内壁和外壁,内壁和外壁之间设有水套层,外壁上设有进出水口,通过水冷保证装置表面温度不超过安标许可值150℃;所述水套壳体5上设有旁通阀6,旁通阀6与水套壳体5的内腔相连通;所述水套壳体5的内腔中设有碳烟过滤单元4,如图3所示,碳烟过滤单元4沿轴向间隔设置多个进气孔道7和排气孔道8,进气孔道7的出口封闭,排气孔道8的进口封闭,进气孔道7和排气孔道8之间设有过滤壁面9,如图4所示,过滤壁面9为微孔陶瓷材料;所述水套壳体5的内壁和碳烟过滤单元4之间设有保温衬垫3,用于当尾气通过碳烟过滤单元4时阻隔温度对外扩散,保证碳烟过滤单元4内芯的作用温度;所述保温衬垫3和水套壳体5的内壁之间设有减震护套2,杜绝由于设备和发动机的震动导致碳烟过滤单元4碎裂的可能;所述碳烟过滤单元4的端面与水套壳体5之间设有定位套1,防止碳烟过滤单元4在水套壳体5内产生相对位移。
本发明的工作原理及工作过程:如图1-4所示,在原防爆柴油机排气岐管末端增加所述矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,当含有碳烟颗粒的尾气由进气孔道7的入口进入,因进气孔道7的出口被堵住,尾气只能通过过滤壁面9渗透进入相邻的排气孔道8内,再由排气孔道8的出口排出,因过滤壁面9是微孔陶瓷材料,具有很强的透气性,超过2.5um的颗粒将被阻隔在进气孔道7内,从而对尾气中的碳烟颗粒进行吸附过滤;当碳烟过滤单元4捕集满碳烟颗粒后在不再生或损毁的情况下打开旁通阀6,此时尾气通过旁通阀6排入大气,旁通阀6是一种发动机排气保护装置。
如图5所示,经检测,在综合工况下,烟度降低99.6%,最高优化率为99.9%。

1.一种矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,包括水套壳体(5),其特征是:所述水套壳体(5)内设有碳烟过滤单元(4),碳烟过滤单元(4)沿轴向间隔设置多个进气孔道(7)和排气孔道(8),进气孔道(7)的出口封闭,排气孔道(8)的进口封闭,进气孔道(7)和排气孔道(8)之间设有过滤壁面(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,其特征是:所述水套壳体(5)和碳烟过滤单元(4)之间设有保温衬垫(3)。
3.如权利要求2所述的矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,其特征是:所述保温衬垫(3)和水套壳体(5)之间设有减震护套(2)。
4.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,其特征是:所述碳烟过滤单元(4)的端面与水套壳体(5)之间设有定位套(1)。
5.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,其特征是:所述水套壳体(5)为具有内腔的圆桶体,桶壁为双层结构,包括内壁和外壁,内壁和外壁之间设有水套层。
6.如权利要求5所述的矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,其特征是:所述水套壳体(5)上设有旁通阀(6),旁通阀(6)与水套壳体(5)的内腔相连通。
7.如权利要求1所述的矿用防爆柴油机碳烟过滤器,其特征是:所述过滤壁面(9)为微孔陶瓷材料。
