本发明公开了一种空调箱通道清洗剂,具体涉及空调清洗技术领域,其成分包括环氧大豆油15‑30份、海藻酸钠15‑30份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2‑10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2‑10份、植物提取液20‑60份、改性蒙脱土2‑19份、松节油6‑10份、立石蜡8‑15份、磷酸三钠5‑10份、偏硅酸钠4‑10份、氢氧化钠5‑10份、N,N‑双羟乙基椰子油酰胺5‑15份、硫酸钠乙醚2‑15份、海沙粉2‑30份、乙醇5‑10份、去离子水10‑20份、3,7,11,15‑四甲基‑1,2,3‑三羟基C16烷5‑60份、蒽麻油4‑50份、巴西棕榈蜡3‑30份、二甲苯3‑19份。本发明所制备清洗剂有效清洗空调箱通道灰尘、菌类、粘着物,不沾管道,不腐蚀管路,清洗剂原料来源安全无毒,并选用植物提取液绿色环保,低污染,且植物提取液对聚集细菌类有一定抑制作用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及空调清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种空调箱通道清洗剂。
背景技术:
空调在日常生活中随处可见,空调对相对密闭环境空气的温度、湿度、洁净度、速度等参数进行调节和控制。一般包括冷源/热源设备,冷热介质输配系统,末端装置等几大部分和其他辅助设备。主要包括水泵、风机和管路系统。末端装置则负责利用输配来的冷热量,具体处理空气、温度,使目标环境的空气参数达到要求。
空调清洗是空调机的维护、空调保养的主要关键,有利于提高制冷效果,有利缩短降温时间,有利空调节能,有利延长空调机使用寿命,是合理使用空调,加强规范管理的重要组成部分。以前空调用户对空调机维护、清洗重视不够,现在应当加强这一领域工作,促进空调行业发展。
空调长时间使用后或空调长时间停用启动前需要清洗,且空调常年使用在此过程中管路通道中会积累灰尘和其他污染物,管道的不洁净会影响空调使用效果,特别是清洁度,因此清洗时也要注重空调内部清理,对于空调外部及各大部件清洗相对方便,但是对于空调通道不便于清洗和处理,因此开发出适用于空调箱通道的清洗剂。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供高效清污染,适应空调通道的一种空调箱通道清洗剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种空调箱通道清洗剂,包括以下份数的原料:
环氧大豆油15-30份、海藻酸钠15-30份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2-10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-10份、植物提取液20-60份、改性蒙脱土2-19份、松节油6-10份、立石蜡8-15份、磷酸三钠5-10份、偏硅酸钠4-10份、氢氧化钠5-10份、N,N-双羟乙基椰子油酰胺5-15份、硫酸钠乙醚2-15份、海沙粉2-30份、乙醇5-10份、去离子水10-20份、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-三羟基C16烷5-60份、蒽麻油4-50份、巴西棕榈蜡3-30份、二甲苯3-19份。
其中植物提取液包括:穿心莲20-60份、夏枯草10-60份、雷公藤多甙10-90份、虎杖20-60份、秦皮20-90份、败酱草20-90份、葛根20-80份、大青叶20-90份。
所述改性蒙脱土由蒙脱土改性而成,其改性方法为:向15-20份蒙脱土中加入3-5份松节油和0.5-1份聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1-2份氢化蓖麻油、0.5-1份聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,微波处理结束后立即转入0-5℃环境中密封静置3h,然后加热至125-130℃保温混合15min,向所得混合物中加入1-8份0-5℃冷水,充分混合后静置1h,后取出放置烘干机中烘炒直至蒙脱土蓬松变色,并自然冷却至室温即得改性蒙脱土。
优选的,其制备方法如下:
(1)选择优质的穿心莲20-60份、夏枯草10-60份、雷公藤多甙10-90份、虎杖20-60份、秦皮20-90份、败酱草20-90份、葛根20-80份、大青叶20-90份加入到10倍水中大火加热煮沸10-15min,后转为小火慢熬2-6h,待药液煮浓厚后,冷却至室温,室温静置沉淀过夜,后弃沉淀取上清2000-5000rpm/min离心,弃沉淀取上清,后上清进行孔径为0.02-500μm超微滤膜过滤,取滤液得到植物提取液;
(2)将环氧大豆油15-30份、海藻酸钠15-30份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2-10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-10份、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-三羟基C16烷5-60份、蒽麻油4-50份、巴西棕榈蜡3-30份、二甲苯3-19份加入到5倍重量的水中,高速搅拌加热50-90℃下使其溶解,过滤溶液去除未溶解聚甘油脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和气泡,得到酯溶液;
(3)将植物提取液20-60份、改性蒙脱土2-19份加入到5倍水中,室温静置8-24h使其充分混合,后500-5000rpm/min搅拌得到混合植物提取液溶液;
(4)搅拌下向制备的酯溶液中加入松节油6-10份、立石蜡8-15份、磷酸三钠5-10份、偏硅酸钠4-10份、氢氧化钠5-10份,升温至40-60℃搅拌15-60min,再加入酸或碱物质调节PH值至6-7,再100-500rpm/min 50-60℃保温搅拌20-40min,后静置室温冷却,得到混合溶液;
(5)向混合溶液中加入N,N-双羟乙基椰子油酰胺5-15份、硫酸钠乙醚2-15份、海沙粉2-30份、乙醇5-10份和剩余去离子水,充分搅拌使其混合均匀,过滤得到清洗液原液;
(6)灌装包装前将清洗液原液2000-5000rpm/min再次匀质分散10-20min,再将清洗液原液放入乳化机中,然后30-50℃乳化10-60min,再将乳化液放入蒸馏锅中,一边加入去离子水一边蒸馏5-20min,蒸馏结束冷却至室温得到空调箱通道清洗剂,后将其保存在环境湿度为45-65%的密闭容器中或进行灌装包装。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的空调箱通道清洗剂,有效清洗空调箱通道灰尘、菌类、粘着物,不沾管道,不腐蚀管路,清洗剂原料来源安全无毒,并选用植物提取液绿色环保,低污染,且植物提取液对聚集细菌类有一定抑制作用,在清洗管路同时也可以消毒管路。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:
一种空调箱通道清洗剂,包括以下份数的原料:
环氧大豆油15份、海藻酸钠15份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、植物提取液20份、改性蒙脱土2份、松节油份、立石蜡8份、磷酸三钠5份、偏硅酸钠4份、氢氧化钠5份、N,N-双羟乙基椰子油酰胺5份、硫酸钠乙醚2份、海沙粉2份、乙醇5份、去离子水10份、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-三羟基C16烷5份、蒽麻油4份、巴西棕榈蜡3份、二甲苯3份。
其中植物提取液包括:穿心莲20份、夏枯草10份、雷公藤多甙10份、虎杖20份、秦皮20份、败酱草20份、葛根20份、大青叶20份。
所述改性蒙脱土由蒙脱土改性而成,其改性方法为:向15份蒙脱土中加入3份松节油和0.5份聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份氢化蓖麻油、0.5份聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,微波处理结束后立即转入0-5℃环境中密封静置3h,然后加热至125-130℃保温混合15min,向所得混合物中加入1份0-5℃冷水,充分混合后静置1h,后取出放置烘干机中烘炒直至蒙脱土蓬松变色,并自然冷却至室温即得改性蒙脱土。

(2)将环氧大豆油15份、海藻酸钠15份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-三羟基C16烷5份、蒽麻油4份、巴西棕榈蜡3份、二甲苯3份加入到5倍重量的水中,高速搅拌加热50℃下使其溶解,过滤溶液去除未溶解聚甘油脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和气泡,得到酯溶液;
(3)将植物提取液20份、改性蒙脱土2份加入到5倍水中,室温静置8h使其充分混合,后2000rpm/min搅拌得到混合植物提取液溶液;
(4)搅拌下向制备的酯溶液中加入松节油6份、立石蜡8份、磷酸三钠5份、偏硅酸钠4份、氢氧化钠5份,升温至40-60℃搅拌20min,再加入酸或碱物质调节PH值至7,再500rpm/min 50-60℃保温搅拌0min,后静置室温冷却,得到混合溶液;
(5)向混合溶液中加入N,N-双羟乙基椰子油酰胺5份、硫酸钠乙醚2份、海沙粉2份、乙醇5份和剩余去离子水,充分搅拌使其混合均匀,过滤得到清洗液原液;
(6)灌装包前将清洗液原液5000rpm/min再次匀质分散10min,再将清洗液原液放入乳化机中,然后40℃乳化20min,再将乳化液放入蒸馏锅中,一边加入去离子水一边蒸馏10min,蒸馏结束冷却至室温得到空调箱通道清洗剂,后将其保存在环境湿度为45-65%的密闭容器中或进行灌装包装。
实施例2:
一种空调箱通道清洗剂,包括以下份数的原料:
环氧大豆油30份、海藻酸钠30份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10份、植物提取液60份、改性蒙脱土12份、松节油10份、立石蜡15份、磷酸三钠10份、偏硅酸钠10份、氢氧化钠10份、N,N-双羟乙基椰子油酰胺15份、硫酸钠乙醚15份、海沙粉30份、乙醇10份、去离子水20份、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-三羟基C16烷60份、蒽麻油50份、巴西棕榈蜡30份、二甲苯3-份。
其中植物提取液包括:穿心莲60份、夏枯草60份、雷公藤多甙90份、虎杖60份、秦皮90份、败酱草90份、葛根80份、大青叶90份。
所述改性蒙脱土由蒙脱土改性而成,其改性方法为:向20份蒙脱土中加入5份松节油和1份聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入2份氢化蓖麻油、1份聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,微波处理结束后立即转入0-5℃环境中密封静置3h,然后加热至130℃保温混合15min,向所得混合物中加入8份0-5℃冷水,充分混合后静置1h,后取出放置烘干机中烘炒直至蒙脱土蓬松变色,并自然冷却至室温即得改性蒙脱土。
其制备方法如下:
(1)选择优质的穿心莲60份、夏枯草60份、雷公藤多甙90份、虎杖60份、秦皮90份、败酱草90份、葛根80份、大青叶90份加入到10倍水中大火加热煮沸15min,后转为小火慢熬4h,待药液煮浓厚后,冷却至室温,室温静置沉淀过夜,后弃沉淀取上清5000rpm/min离心,弃沉淀取上清,后上清进行孔径为0.05μm超微滤膜过滤,取滤液得到植物提取液;
(2)将环氧大豆油30份、海藻酸钠30份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10份、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-三羟基C16烷60份、蒽麻油50份、巴西棕榈蜡30份、二甲苯3份加入到5倍重量的水中,高速搅拌加热50-90℃下使其溶解,过滤溶液去除未溶解聚甘油脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和气泡,得到酯溶液;
(3)将植物提取液60份、改性蒙脱土19份加入到5倍水中,室温静置8h使其充分混合,后3000rpm/min搅拌得到混合植物提取液溶液;
(4)搅拌下向制备的酯溶液中加入松节油10份、立石蜡15份、磷酸三钠10份、偏硅酸钠10份、氢氧化钠10份,升温至40℃搅拌20min,再加入酸或碱物质调节PH值至6.7,再500rpm/min 50℃保温搅拌40min,后静置室温冷却,得到混合溶液;
(5)向混合溶液中加入N,N-双羟乙基椰子油酰胺15份、硫酸钠乙醚15份、海沙粉30份、乙醇10份和剩余去离子水,充分搅拌使其混合均匀,过滤得到清洗液原液;
(6)灌装包装包装前前将清洗液原液5000rpm/min再次匀质分散20min,再将清洗液原液放入乳化机中,然后50℃乳化20min,再将乳化液放入蒸馏锅中,一边加入去离子水一边蒸馏15min,蒸馏结束冷却至室温得到空调箱通道清洗剂,后将其保存在环境湿度为45-65%的密闭容器中或进行灌装包装。
将实施例1和实施例2所制空调箱通道清洗剂,分别对实施例1和实施例2样品进行性能测试,结果如表1所示:

由实施例1和实施例2可见本发明制备空调箱通道清洗剂方便使用,符合人们对清洗剂的使用,无异味等,且有效清洗空调箱通道灰尘、菌类、粘着物,不沾管道,不腐蚀管路,清洗剂原料来源安全无毒,并选用植物提取液绿色环保,低污染,且植物提取液对聚集细菌类有一定抑制作用,在清洗管路同时也可以消毒管路。

1.一种空调箱通道清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下份数的原料:环氧大豆油15-30份、海藻酸钠15-30份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2-10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-10份、植物提取液20-60份、改性蒙脱土2-19份、松节油6-10份、立石蜡8-15份、磷酸三钠5-10份、偏硅酸钠4-10份、氢氧化钠5-10份、N,N-双羟乙基椰子油酰胺5-15份、硫酸钠乙醚2-15份、海沙粉2-30份、乙醇5-10份、去离子水10-20份、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-三羟基C16烷5-60份、蒽麻油4-50份、巴西棕榈蜡3-30份、二甲苯3-19份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调箱通道清洗剂,其特征在于:所述植物提取液包括:穿心莲20-60份、夏枯草10-60份、雷公藤多甙10-90份、虎杖20-60份、秦皮20-90份、败酱草20-90份、葛根20-80份、大青叶20-90份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空调箱通道清洗剂,其特征在于:所述所述改性蒙脱土由蒙脱土改性而成,其改性方法为:向15-20份蒙脱土中加入3-5份松节油和0.5-1份聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1-2份氢化蓖麻油、0.5-1份聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,微波处理结束后立即转入0-5℃环境中密封静置3h,然后加热至125-130℃保温混合15min,向所得混合物中加入1-8份0-5℃冷水,充分混合后静置1h,后取出放置烘干机中烘炒直至蒙脱土蓬松变色,并自然冷却至室温即得改性蒙脱土。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空调箱通道清洗剂,其特征在于:优选的,其制备方法如下:
(1)选择优质的穿心莲20-60份、夏枯草10-60份、雷公藤多甙10-90份、虎杖20-60份、秦皮20-90份、败酱草20-90份、葛根20-80份、大青叶20-90份加入到10倍水中大火加热煮沸10-15min,后转为小火慢熬2-6h,待药液煮浓厚后,冷却至室温,室温静置沉淀过夜,后弃沉淀取上清2000-5000rpm/min离心,弃沉淀取上清,后上清进行孔径为0.02-500μm超微滤膜过滤,取滤液得到植物提取液;
(2)将环氧大豆油15-30份、海藻酸钠15-30份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2-10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-10份、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-三羟基C16烷5-60份、蒽麻油4-50份、巴西棕榈蜡3-30份、二甲苯3-19份加入到5倍重量的水中,高速搅拌加热50-90℃下使其溶解,过滤溶液去除未溶解聚甘油脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和气泡,得到酯溶液;
(3)将植物提取液20-60份、改性蒙脱土2-19份加入到5倍水中,室温静置8-24h使其充分混合,后500-5000rpm/min搅拌得到混合植物提取液溶液;
(4)搅拌下向制备的酯溶液中加入松节油6-10份、立石蜡8-15份、磷酸三钠5-10份、偏硅酸钠4-10份、氢氧化钠5-10份,升温至40-60℃搅拌15-60min,再加入酸或碱物质调节PH值至6-7,再100-500rpm/min 50-60℃保温搅拌20-40min,后静置室温冷却,得到混合溶液;
(5)向混合溶液中加入N,N-双羟乙基椰子油酰胺5-15份、硫酸钠乙醚2-15份、海沙粉2-30份、乙醇5-10份和剩余去离子水,充分搅拌使其混合均匀,过滤得到清洗液原液;
(6)灌装包装前将清洗液原液2000-5000rpm/min再次匀质分散10-20min,再将清洗液原液放入乳化机中,然后30-50℃乳化10-60min,再将乳化液放入蒸馏锅中,一边加入去离子水一边蒸馏5-20min,蒸馏结束冷却至室温得到空调箱通道清洗剂,后将其保存在环境湿度为45-65%的密闭容器中或进行灌装包装。
