本发明涉及一种新型除螨护肤洗衣液,按照重量份数包括如下配方成分:AES 8‑15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 9‑14份、蛋白酶1‑2份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU‑350)1‑1.5份、大蒜提取液1‑3份、淘米水1‑4份、VE 0.5‑1份、去离子水50‑65份。本发明的洗衣液具有较高的去污能力,并能有效抑螨灭螨,不添加荧光剂和刺激性化学物质,无毒无刺激,通过添加天然物质,降低洗衣液对人体皮肤的伤害,手感温和;使用方便,适应性强,适用于硬水、冷水和各种衣料的机洗和手洗;本发明原料简单易得、制作简单、成本低,经济效益高,满足广大消费者的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型除螨护肤洗衣液。
背景技术
随着世界经济的一体化和贸易全球化的发展,文化背景、技术水平和环保法规逐渐成为洗涤用品全球化发展的三大驱动力,全球的洗涤用品将趋向多样化,但节能、节水、高效、 温和、使用方便以及符合安全与环保要求的产品将是当前及未来洗涤产品发展的主流方向。
近年来,小生物对人类的伤害引起人们的广泛关注。这里所指小生物是指一些不易被肉眼所观察到的有害微生物及细小害虫。它们的危害性在于人们往 往不经意中为其所害。细小害虫主要包括螨虫、蛀虫等毫米级甚至更小的害虫,其中螨虫的危害性较大。因此除螨类产品在近几年来得到广大消费者的认同和接受。 而大部分洗衣液只能发挥去渍效果, 还不能达到除螨的效果。
目前市场中的洗衣液大多添加荧光剂和一些有刺激性的化学物质,对人体伤害比较大,既伤害了我们的皮肤,又易导致癌变的发生,是现在洗涤业急需解决的一个重大问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足而提供的一种不添加荧光剂无毒无刺激性,含有除螨成分,部分采用天然成分,降低对皮肤的伤害的新型洗衣液。
本发明的技术方案包括:一种新型除螨护肤洗衣液,按照重量份数包括如下配方成分 : AES 8-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 9-14份、蛋白酶1-2份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU-350)1-1.5份、大蒜提取液1-3份、淘米水1-4份、VE 0.5-1份、去离子水50-65份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:大蒜提取液包括蒜氨酸、环蒜氨酸和蒜素等。
本发明的进一步改进在于:淘米水为二次淘米水,经过一定处理去除其杂质后产生。
本发明的进一步改进在于:将以上成分按照比例混合后经消毒装置消毒后为成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的洗衣液具有较高的去污能力,并能有效抑螨灭螨,不添加荧光剂和刺激性化学物质,无毒无刺激,通过添加天然物质,降低洗衣液对人体皮肤的伤害,手感温和;使用方便,适应性强,适用于硬水、冷水和各种衣料的机洗和手洗;本发明原料简单易得、制作简单、成本低,经济效益高,满足广大消费者的需求。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例一
按照重量份数包括如下配方成分 : AES 8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚14份、蛋白酶1份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU-350)1份、大蒜提取液3份、淘米水1份、VE 0.5份、去离子水50份。
实施例二
按照重量份数包括如下配方成分 : AES 15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 13份、蛋白酶2份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU-350)1.5份、大蒜提取液2.5份、淘米水2份、VE 1份、去离子水60份。
实施例三
按照重量份数包括如下配方成分 : AES 10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 11份、蛋白酶1.5份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU-350)1.5份、大蒜提取液1.5份、淘米水3份、VE 0.5份、去离子水65份。
实施例四
按照重量份数包括如下配方成分 : AES 12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 9份、蛋白酶1.5份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU-350)1.5份、大蒜提取液2份、淘米水4份、VE 1份、去离子水55份。
实施例五
按照重量份数包括如下配方成分 : AES 9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 10份、蛋白酶2份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU-350)1份、大蒜提取液3份、淘米水1.5份、VE 1份、去离子水52份。
实施例六
按照重量份数包括如下配方成分 : AES 14份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 9份、蛋白酶1份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU-350)1份、大蒜提取液1份、淘米水2.5份、VE 0.5份、去离子水58份。
将以上各实施例制备的新型除螨护肤洗衣液分别用于清洗衣服, 经检测发现不仅能够发挥现有洗衣液的良好去渍效果, 而且还能够杀死螨虫, 除掉绝大多数螨虫的过敏源。

1.一种新型除螨护肤洗衣液,其特征在于,按照重量份数包括如下配方成分 : AES 8-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 9-14份、蛋白酶1-2份、抗菌防霉驱螨剂 (MGU-350)1-1.5份、大蒜提取液1-3份、淘米水1-4份、VE 0.5-1份、去离子水50-65份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型除螨护肤洗衣液,其特征在于:大蒜提取液包括蒜氨酸、环蒜氨酸和蒜素等。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型除螨护肤洗衣液,特特征在于:淘米水为二次淘米水,经过一定处理去除其杂质后产生。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型除螨护肤洗衣液,特特征在于:将以上成分按照比例混合后经消毒装置消毒后为成品。
