the material frame input mechanism conveys empty material frames to a lifting station of the first lifting mechanism, the first lifting mechanism is used for lifting and transferring the empty material frames to a conveying starting end of the horizontal conveying mechanism, the material frames are conveyed to a discharging station of the transplanting mechanism through the horizontal conveying mechanism, and the second lifting mechanism then descends and transfers the material frames filled with materials to the conveying starting end of the material frame output mechanism.
