本发明公开了一种散热片表面处理工艺,该散热片表面处理工艺具体步骤如下:1)表面打磨处理;2)表面除油污处理;3)溶去挂灰附着物;4)清洗处理;5)着色氧化膜;6)经喷涂氧化膜后的工件在自然冷却的环境下放置即可。本发明操作简单,处理合理,预先采用碱性与酸性溶液除去散热片表面附着物以及原有的氧化层,使得散热片表面处理均匀化,平整度一致,有利于提高散热片表面光泽性,后喷涂环氧化树脂保护膜,耐腐蚀性较强,延长散热片使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热片表面处理工艺,应用于散热片使用保护技术领域。
背景技术
散热片是一种给电器中的易发热电子元件散热的装置,一般散热片在使用中要在电子元件与散热片接触面涂上一层导热硅脂,使元器件发出的热量更有效地传导到散热片上,再经散热片散发到周围空气中去。现有的散热片表面处理过于简单,遇水的过程中容易氧化,使散热片腐蚀,减短散热 片的使用寿命,而且影响其散热效果,为此,我们设计一种散热片表面处理工艺。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种散热片表面处理工艺。
本发明公开了一种散热片表面处理工艺,该散热片表面处理工艺具体步骤如下:
1)表面打磨处理,用砂轮机将散热片表面进行磨砂打磨处理,除去散热片毛刺边,保证散热片表面平整度一致;
2) 表面除油污处理,将打磨后的散热片放入至60-65℃碱性脱脂液处理2-3min,除去散热片表面的油污,防止散热片产生花斑;
3)溶去挂灰附着物,将去油污后的散热片工件放入到酸性溶液中处理4-5min,溶去工件挂灰附着物;
4)清洗处理,将经过碱性以及酸性溶液处理后的工件用清水冲洗,冲洗之后烘干;
5)着色氧化膜,将烘干后的工件放置喷涂箱内,箱内温度达到200-300℃时喷涂粉末状的涂料,处理10-15min;
6)经喷涂氧化膜后的工件在自然冷却的环境下放置即可。
优选的,所述散热片为铝合金材质散热片。
优选的,所述步骤2)中碱性脱脂液为氢氧化钠碱性溶液。
优选的,所述步骤3)中酸性溶液为硫酸溶液。
优选的,所述步骤5)中粉末为环氧化树脂薄膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明操作简单,处理合理,预先采用碱性与酸性溶液除去散热片表面附着物以及原有的氧化层,使得散热片表面处理均匀化,平整度一致,有利于提高散热片表面光泽性,后喷涂环氧化树脂保护膜,耐腐蚀性较强,延长散热片使用寿命。

1)表面打磨处理,用砂轮机将散热片表面进行磨砂打磨处理,除去散热片毛刺边,保证散热片表面平整度一致;
2) 表面除油污处理,将打磨后的散热片放入至60-65℃碱性脱脂液处理2-3min,除去散热片表面的油污,防止散热片产生花斑;
3)溶去挂灰附着物,将去油污后的散热片工件放入到酸性溶液中处理4-5min,溶去工件挂灰附着物;
4)清洗处理,将经过碱性以及酸性溶液处理后的工件用清水冲洗,冲洗之后烘干;
5)着色氧化膜,将烘干后的工件放置喷涂箱内,箱内温度达到200-300℃时喷涂粉末状的涂料,处理10-15min;
6)经喷涂氧化膜后的工件在自然冷却的环境下放置即可。
